It's a large portion so you can share or save half for another day. (When doing this I recommend getting the dressings on the side to prevent soggy greens.) All of the ingredients tasted super fresh, and that Szechuan tofu was thoroughly marinated. Deliciousness! The tempeh (and at home avocado) that I added wasn't necessary but it sure was tasty. This salad is gluten free. SZECHUAN BRUSSELS I love me some roasted brussels sprouts so it was a must to try theirs. I added jalapeños and Hot Tempeh. I have no idea what Hot Tempeh is but I wanted to try it. Best decision ever. The dish itself is amazing. 10/10! The sprouts are saturated in the Szechuan sauce and spices, so every tender bite bursts with tantalizing flavors in your mouth. The Hot Tempeh is tempeh with a coating. It's quite delicious and it elevated an already soaring experience for me. The Szechuan Brussels dish is gluten free, but the Hot Tempeh is not (because of the breading). DUBAI CHOCOLATE CAKE Because I had to. It was NOT gluten free, but I risked it (I have a gluten sensitivity). They did have a gluten free chocolate cake and a gluten free brownie à la mode dish, but I needed that Dubai Chocolate. It was delicious. BLUEBERRY PANCAKES I ordered a single pancake, gluten free for $1 extra. So fluffy and buttery. You'd never guess it was gluten free or vegan. ROASTED POTATOES Excellent preparation and seasonings. MOCK TUNA MELT Gluten free when ordered as a bowl. It was served on a bed of spinach instead of bread. I omitted the cheese and tomatoes. It was very good and the chipotle sauce had a great kick. TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE Gluten free. Rich. Delicious. Everything I ate here exceeded my expectations. Graze is sure to be one of my go to spots for delicious food when I'm in Nashville.

The restaurant is in a complex of several establishments. The dining room decor is modern with seating on two levels. When we arrived, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated as the restaurant was fairly busy on a Monday night, I assume due to the happy hour special that runs all night. We ordered the bruschetta appetizer to start and some drinks. The appetizer came out promptly and was nicely done, with plentiful helpings of burrata and cherry tomatoes layered with balsamic pearls. The pearls have the appearance of caviar so it was a pretty and flavorful twist. Unfortunately, that was the end of the positives. Our dinner entrees included the chicken parmesan and grilled salmon. Both were overcooked and the salmon in particular (I asked for it to be rare in the center) was so throughly cooked it had a very grainy texture. The sauce was bland and the pasta overly soft. Service was pretty one-note as well, not rude but not particularly attentive either. Dinner ran $120 with tip including two cocktails and one beer. Really disappointing.

I expected this would be like a chicken salad but the waitress said it came hot and melty, and I was in the mood for a risk. And man did the risk pay off, this sandwich was one of my favorite things I've eaten all month! It comes hot and melty with a house made pesto, blueberry compote, fontina, and thin pieces of chicken, perfectly cooked. The panuozzo bread is almost as if you made naan out of pizza dough, and it keeps everything nicely contained without making the sandwich too bready. The flavors are unexpected but work so, SO well together - truly a work of genius. I paired it with their shake shake fries, which have an awesome seasoning (not spicy, just adds flavor) and a Diet Coke. Service was so kind and helpful, even on a busy Wednesday night. I was able to get in and out within 40 minutes, which was a win for the time crunch I was in but I still felt relaxed to eat my sandwich at my leisure. I love it the level of consistency in quality and service here after so many years - I truly always know I'm guaranteed to have a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere with helpful servers every time I come. Nice dedicated parking lot in back is just an added bonus to the overall experience here!

Post 2020, this is the only Pizza Hut buffet left in Tennessee but big is it a gem: warm, friendly service that remembers my drink order and greets me immediately upon arrival. A well-stocked pizza buffet with a variety of pizzas, a pasta option, breadsticks with marinara, cinnamon bread, and of course a glorious, fresh salad bar with all of the fixings. It's very clean, but can get quite busy with local regulars like myself. The buffet is Monday through Friday, 11 am to 1:30 pm, often even open on several holidays. They have the same awesome crew normally holding it down when I come in: a kind older gentleman (the manager), the steadfast dude making pizzas and switching out the buffet seamlessly, a couple individuals bussing tables and making sure there are always clean plates, and the magic of the service team, the woman who greets/helps every guest and will refill your beverage before you even realize it's running low. This spot is always super clean, has easy parking, and at $10.99 for buffet (plus $3.99 if you get a drink), is a steal for a hefty lunch, and this will always remain a Nashville hidden gem to me.

An olive lover would have really enjoyed that salad! One server took the salad back and after a while the other one brought a new one back. Both were very apologetic. I have to say that the lettuce in the salad was a little brown but it tasted fine so we ate it. At this point I was really curious as to what our pizza was going to be. The server brought it out and it looked very good. We asked for plates and it took two servers but they finally brought out some little plastic plates, which were fine. We realized right away that there was no way that crust was gluten free. We just let that go and decided to eat it anyway. It was delicious...but we never saw any hamburger on it. Oh well, like I said, it was delicious. The service would have been perfect if the guys understood English. They were so respectful and polite. There was definitely a language barrier and we had to keep asking for things. I don't think they understood any of the changes we asked for.
