Not a lot to choose from in Orange. These guys have the market corner. Everything was pretty decent. Two cheese steaks subs and a chicken salad sub about $45! Service was reasonable. Very friendly at the restaurant. Typical seating for a sub shop. Not the best quality beef for sure. read more

It's one of the few places in Orange to eat-in. They offer pizza, subs, salads, pasta dinners, other dinners, kids menu and a board with specials. One of today's specials was fish and chips. They have fried foods as well as the above. I had an eggplant sub. The sauce was good and the roll was good. Order at the counter and take to your seat. They did deliver our food to our table. Nice folks who work here. Clean place. Small town business with a large menu. Impressive. read more

Great pizza. The place is called Pizza Factory and that's for a reason... the pizza is good, and lots of options! I like the gourmet pizzas: the Mediterranean and Meatlover's are good, among others. Can't beat the prices too! The pizza is very much bang for your buck, and tasty. read more

Changed the owners....Changed the recipes...CLOSED when you call...Hung up on when calling.It's bad enough their customer service is already horrible, now their basic amenities are crap too. I'd rather drive 20 miles then eat here, do yourself a favor...order Domino's. read more

We stopped in on a weekend trip in the hopes that we'd get a nice pizza lunch. We were totally disappointed in the pizza. The bacon was barely cooked (looked like it was thrown on to *hopefully* cook) and as a whole, the pizza was extremely flimsy..... very difficult to cut with a crappy little plastic knife. The man (owner?) never asked how it was or even said goodbye as we were leaving.....too busy watching daytime TV. I'd never go back. read more

I' must say, my experience in the past here hasn't been that great. I usually get the Texas Burger my husbands favorite. I've come to realize that it's not that I don't like this place it's more so I don't like their Texas Burgers. I switched up and got a steak and onion sub and my golly it was the best. Just have to remember to AlWAYS have them toast the bread otherwise it gets extremely grease. I'm happy to give them five stars they deserve it. This a great little pizza place. I didn't know it was a chain until I tried looking up its menu. We have eaten from here a couple of times. My son loves their pizza. Their wings are very tasty. They do a great Hawaiian pizza. We don't live near a lot of restaurants so I feel we are lucky to have this down the street. Not expensive, pretty delicious for what they've got. read more

Sorry I have to downgrade my review here.. This is purely based on the quality of pizza. After shying away from eating pizza for a while, I returned to the pizza factory a few times. I don't know if the pizza has changed or just my taste.. But something has gone really wrong at this place. Once the OHOP closed, the pizza seemed to go downhill here. The crust is as thin as paper.. So thin, you can almost see through it. I understand they are trying to keep costs down (or something...) and prices are inexpensive here, but the quality of pizza is suffering. I'll pay a dollar or two more for a meal I can enjoy. The subs and other food is ok, but the pizza is lacking substance. read more

If i could give zero stars i would.Its the worst pizza place in town. My pizza is always burnt ave really greasy.when i order a hot sub it's always Luke warm to cold, if u get a side such as mozzarella sticks the forget the sauce.when you call to complain they are rude and blame you. I have been a customer for over 18 years , but the other night I called for take out and was told the would not deliver to my street anymore. I literally live 5 minutes from there by lake mattawa. So now I am totally boycotting this establishment. This a poor way to run a business the excuse I got was one of his drivers broke down out there, so why is that my fault his driver has a crappy car. read more

Burgers are good here. Daughter LOVES the bacon burger. My favorite is the bbq bacon burger.. Prices on burgers are SOOO reasonable! If only one pizza place had good everything. We travel to another one for pizza as this isn't the best we've found. Subs are good elsewhere. But Pizza Factory has our vote for burgers! read more

After an hour called to see where my order was. Delivered. It was, but not to me. They delivered it to my neighbor. Neighbor told the delivery kid he didn't order it. Was told it was already paid for and left it anyways. DAH!!!! Demanded they refill the order as I paid for it already and prepaid the tip. What I received was fried (soggy) fish (that also had some kind of slimy white stuff on it) laid on my fries (now soggy) and a salad that was 99.99% lettuce and a bit of onion. 16.00 later + 5.00 tip later I still didn't have dinner. Called the owner and he had the same attitude he had when the food was delivered to the wrong house, blaming it on the guy who told the driver he didn't order it. read more

Great service, fast delivery. Inconsistency in how the pizza is cooked is my only complaint.

Terrific deep fried mushrooms at a great price - much better than over in Athol at F.T.P.. Excellent pizzas and subs. Worth the trip to the Pizza Factory. When we travel to this area we always look forward to some awesome food from the Pizza Factory. read more
