This is my preferred Papa Murphy's location. It's located behind a coffee shop, but that doesn't stop the business from succeeding. The inside is welcoming, and the team of people working there is excellent - courteous, in a good mood, have great attention to detail and they make great pizzas. Seeing them make them with all those fresh ingredients just makes me want to order a whole other pizza. :) Papa Murphy's is take and bake pizza. You come and pick it up, then leave. I stopped here last weekend for a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pizza & a Chicken Bacon Stuffed Pizza; I grabbed a 5 Cheese Bread as well. All of these choices were very tasty! I tried papa Murphy's for the 1st time this month. I was hungry for pizza and expecting something like Domino's, only different. I found out that they only sell pizza unbaked. There was no real I dictater from outside that they fell pizzas to take home and bake yourself. They don't even have an oven. This was the only real problem I had. After they had made my pizza they offered to refund me. So I left with an unbaked pizza trying to think of s way I could bake it. *A miracle happens* The sauce is the best part of their pizza. 5 stars Atmosphere: the place is beautifully decorated and clean. 5 Staff: is friendly and fast. 5 Service: professional. Value: I could have gotten a baked pizza for the same price from pizza hut or Domino's. Except for the sauce, I believe it would have been close in quality. It's just that it's not convenient to have to bake your own pie. 3 Quality: 4. Suace is 5. Its a bit thin for my tastes. read more

Went online and ordered a Papa Murphy's Pizza tonight. In general, I like Papa Murphy's pizza, and I've been going to this place about once every couple of weeks. Usually, I just order once I got into the store, but thought I'd save myself some time by ordering online. Nope. The email that the store sent to me said 4:52, but my pizza wasn't ready when I got there, and I was alright with it because it wasn't 4:52 yet. I had to wait 15 more minutes than what was indicated, so I thought that maybe they'd want to make this right and give me a coupon for a discount the next time that I go in. The Papa Murphy's employee told me "No. No discount." This indicates to me that Papa Murphy's really doesn't appreciate their customers or their customer's time, and while I had been providing this Papa Murphy's with consistent business, I have decided that I will not be providing them with any more. read more

This review is for Papa Murphy's Pizza on Eaton Road, which will be my go-to Papa Murphy's now ... I again tried to order my half-and-half pizza from the Mangrove location, this time, however, on a Sunday, not the usual $13.99 Tuesday special ... the price is $18.99 UNLESS you want your half-and-half pizza ... this time the guy at Mangrove told me it would be $23.99 because of my half Combo and half pepperoni, green pepper, and onion ... I called Eaton and the price was $18.99 for my order, and was told I could add two more items if I wanted ... so for now on I'm just gonna order from Eaton Road even though it's a little longer drive and requires a round-about maneuver - seems Mangrove no longer wants my business ... read more

Good pizza, fair prices and safe pick up process. I ordered and paid through their website, then pulled into the drive-through 30 minutes later. I gave my name to one of their employees (who was wearing a mask), got our food and left quickly. Cooking the pizza is as easy as pie (see what I did there?). After about 20 minutes in the oven, you have an incredible dish that's better than most other pizza places. Highly recommend this place! read more

This review is based solely on the location & staff. Their pizza is alright, but their cinnamon wheel is delicious. I love that there's a drive through to pick-up your order and the staff overall is fairly friendly. No major complaints. Easy to order over the phone or online. Always fast service. read more

This is honestly the best place for easy, take home dinner pizza. In Chico we have a drive through pick up window that makes it that much simpler. There are always coupons so your food is never expensive. The the staff has always been super nice to me, once they remade my pizza when I came to pick it up and I was at fault for the mix-up. They always say its no problem. I love their different styles of pizza, something on the menu for everyone. Their cheese bread is alright, not my favorite but the pizza makes up for it. Also if you find the coupons there is always a free cookie dough in there. Who could hate that? read more

Papa Murphy's - We got all this for only $13! - Pizza Near Me - Chico, California

I bought pizzas from this location like I often do. And the crust on the bottom of pizzas would not cook. It stayed mushy. I even left it in for a longer time and kept checking them. It was like the dough was wet. I called the store to let them know and the girl told me I could come back and she would replace them. But I live 40 minutes away and they would have been closed by the time I got back. They told me the manager would call me within the week but I never received a call. I called the manager back( Becky) and she basically said it was my oven, which is not true. She told me she would not replace the pizzas and would not give me my money back. She would give me $4.00 off my next pizza. I spent $36.00. And I am a regular customer or I was!!! Unbelievable!! Terrible customer service!! read more

The pizza is good and the cookie dough is amazing and cheep but they do not require customers to wear masks inside the store and employees are not required to wear masks when they aren't in view of customers. I personally wouldn't feel safe going in or ordering from them during COVID times and wouldn't recommend it to other people either. read more

We get the individual Baby Murphs for our kids' parties. Making their own pizza is a huge hit and its $4.50 a kid. We add a very few extra choices for toppings and have contests with prizes. The kids also frost and decorate their own cupcakes for prizes. Activities are covered, lunch is no fuss/no muss, and the kids are happy and reasonably confined from running all over the house, and it is very inexpensive for a budget mindful event. SCORE! We put in a late order this evening after spending all day at the hospital. I ordered the wrong pizza (not even thinking at this point), and didn't realize until we went to pick it up in the drive through. The gentleman working the drive thru line was super accommodating and even swapped out the toppings to make the pizza I meant to order. You can't beat that kind of customer service! Best option available in North Chico! Always friendly, fast, and affordable ( and did I mention delicious)! When we moved here a couple years ago we got this pizza regularly, but then I found out I had a gluten allergy. Very happy that they now have a gluten free option that is actually very good. I've had them mess up orders on occasion but the staff is always very friendly and have always corrected mistakes without an issue. I understand mistakes happen and appreciate how gracious they are with mending whatever issue is at hand. Everytime we get pizza from there the staff (particularly whomever is manning the checkout window), is always very friendly. That combined with the tasty GF pizza will keep us as return customers. read more

Love papa murphys pizza but I went in with my brother today and they forgot the sausage on his pizza so we had to go back in, then I get home and notice they forgot the salami off mine. Plus we were charged for the herb and cheese blend which I'm sure is their right but in the 100 times before not once have we been charged for it. Great pizza but they were off their game. I recommend mangrove or notre dame location. read more
