Our drinks were never refilled, and no one checked to see whether we were enjoying our meals or needed anything. What made the experience especially disappointing was that no one acknowledged my birthday, even though we heard other guests being celebrated at nearby tables. It also took a long time to receive our check, and by that point, the interaction felt rushed and forced, as though the staff simply wanted us to leave.
