Super friendly service and efficient. A great place to get late night food. Clean and the place is in a great location.

This location was RIDICULOUSLY cold. My children and I were shivering and even my partner who runs hot was cold. We waited outside for our order and ate in our car with two small children. You can only imagine how uncomfortable it was in there to opt out of sitting at a table and instead eating something so messy with children sitting in their car seats in a dark parking lot. Very unprofessional to keep a dining area that cold and I even saw another person say this in the comments without their review being addressed. The person taking our order said "it gets pretty hot back there with the fire," which yes, it probably does get warm, but you work in a kitchen and is to be expected. To freeze out and inconvenience your customers because you are uncomfortable with your working conditions sounds like a problem to take to management. We love wings! At first, this location had a few bumps on the road getting up to typical Wingstop standards - our orders weren't ready on time, packaging was sloppy, too salty/overseasoned/oversauced...but that's not unusual when a business first launches, and they've definitely figured it out over time. Tenders & boneless wings are great! The chicken sandwich is also a favorite. Another highlight is the cheesy jalapeño dip! I do wish they could somehow find a way to use less packaging as it feels very wasteful. We have only used Wingstop for takeout so far so we can't speak to ambiance of dining in. Lots of parking. Walked in with my wife after going to TJ Maxx. There where THREE employees there, too busy joking with each other to acknowledge us. After looking at the menu and not one of the employees daring to come up and take an order to help this clearly failing businesses stay open and keep them employed, we walked out. The store was entirely empty and the employees couldn't have cared less. If I were the store owner, be it corporate or franchise, I would be thoroughly embarrassed. I do, however, see them being out of their jobs soon as either someone competent will become manager, or the location goes back up for lease soon. Either way, they did it to themselves. I'm so disappointed.. The price is outrageous, the wings were hard in some spots and the nastiness of the employees was just sad.. The tables were gross, most of them didn't even sit straight on the floor. They had no lids for our cups and honestly, the drinks were gross. There is no "ambiance". I will not be returning.. I was very confused by the events here and because there are so many other choices of where to eat. I will not go back. There was 1 man waiting for his to-go order but no one else in the entire place. 1) I ordered their chicken sandwich. Not the combo, just the sandwich to eat in, not to go. That took 35 minutes. When I inquired about the time, they said they cook everything fresh and not from frozen so it takes longer. 2) When they finally brought the order to my table, there were no utensils or napkins. And there was no salt and pepper on the table. I got up to ask about this and was given a torn-off paper towel from a roll. No salt and pepper was available and gave me a plastic fork but nothing else. The sandwich was good. Not great, but eatable. After I ate, I asked why they had no napkins. I posed the question....what happens when someone comes in and orders wings covered in sauce? What are they suppose to do with that mess? The answer was, the owners won't supply napkins or anything else. That's your problem. I guess they think most people order to-go. And that might be right, but if you're on your lunch hour and not at home, how do you manage a messy meal without a napkin or two? So I decided this place did not need my money.
