Pizza is very good however the price is waaaaay too high. Deliveries typically fail the warmth test. Prices need to come down.

I really like and enjoy Pizza Factory regardless of the lack of service time. However, I placed an online order today as we are experiencing unusual times (Covid-19) still in existence June 2020. When I arrived, there were two patrons dining-in and outside as well, as well and there was another table with food trays remaining on the table, I asked if I could use the restroom as we were waiting for our our order. According to the the online order pickup time advised it should've only been 5 minute wait when I arrived, I was declined to use the restroom and advised to go to a neighbor business to use the restroom. I then had to wait 25+ mins for my order. As a customer and employee of another small business and of the customer service industry for 15+ years I was not satisfied with the service provided. The employee was not courteous nor have an appropriate response for a paying patron. It was very disappointing and frustrating; due to this this experience I'm very uncertain if I will be a continuing customer at Pizza Factory-Visalia. read more

The pizza is great but, The last time I went I walked out. The freakin lady at the counter seemed to be more interested in some stupid conversation in the kitchen than me a would be paying customer! What a terrible experience!!! I can't believe the lies that came out of one of the workers here. We ordered a medium pizza and 2 half sandwiches. My friends ordered a half a sandwich and a lasagna. My food was fine but my friends lasagna took almost an hour to get it served...mean while we were done except him. The bigger issue here is the table sitting next to us they cam in after us, then a third and several others. So as I sat and watched the people third plus tables which came later than the family next to us still had still not received their meal(2 pizza basic stuff). So then after an hr a young lady comes out and gives them free bread sticks and says it will be right out. We'll 20 more minutes. We ask them are you still waiting? Of course they were very displeased and the kids were upset too. So after the other tables and us encouraging them to go talk to the manager and see what is the hold up? So the husband goes to the counter, to no avil. So they finally bring one pizza out and the young lady tells the family her pizza got stuck...WTH....really only hers what about the other folks pizza theirs came out fine. Now mom and dad is at the counter arguing for a refund....From what I gather they tell mom THEY CAN NOT GIVE HER A REFUND AND THE LIE....THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER TOLD HER WE AND THE TABLES AROUND HERE CALLED IN THE ORDER...OMG!!! I told no one at my table order over phone but at the counter and the gentleman at the other table said the same thing( counter order). This is what lead me to write this review the lies... I understand if the business can't give her a refund but at least offer the family a voucher for next time.......I can't believe I witnessed this, experienced this....I'm sitting here at place writing this...and mind you we have been her now about 1.5 AND YET THE MANAGER HAS STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR COMPLAINT OR CAME TO THEIR TABLE...AT LEAST MAKE IT RIGHT...I'm wish the family good luck as my party and I left....As for us returning well I think not...if would hate to think if I'm wronged at least make it right.....family business or not FIX IT!!!! read more

The girl who was working the counter (wearing a lot of make up) on 5/14/16 just had the worst attitude I have ever seen. She looked like she was so stressed out and overwhelmingly busy... except that I was the only customer in that place. She sits me at the closest table to the counter and just plops the food down. I was quite stunned... like, seriously, where's the customer service and at least a smile since I was pleasant to you and even called in my order (yes while I was driving so it was a little noisy). I was only in Visalia running a quick errand. I will stick with the PF in Fowler from now on. I'd give the place one star if it weren't for the great pizza, hence the extra star. read more

The pizza is good. We had the buffet. We were there about half an hour when the buffet started so not too many pizza options were out. The salad bar had a good variety of items, very fresh. They put out brownies, which are to delicious! Definitely going to go back. It might become my favorite pizza place. read more

So we came to the pizza factory for my daughters birthday, having spent well over $300 for pizza, salads and drinks. We had to ask each time a pizza was brought out we had to ask for more paper plates. Once when we went to eat cake and ice cream, we realized that we had forgotten our forks at home. We asked the cashier for 12 forks. They charged us $2.00 for 12 plastic forks. It is not like we only came in to eat our cake and leave, we brought them a lot of business for a Monday night... I love this pizza it's the best pizza ever. Only reason I give it a 3 star is because their cashier( young girl) is very rude doesn't even attempt to hide her frustration. We came in at 745 and we even asked what time they closed and SHE told us at 9 so we stayed. She might as well have told us they where closed already because she was just so rude to us. Never been treated so rudely. From now on I will just tell people to go to woodlake or 3 rivers where the pizza is just as good and the service is friendly. read more

I honestly don't know why this place is so hyped. The pizza is terrible. We ordered two pizzas, an XL and a small, and they brought out the XL first, and 10 minutes later the small. We were the only ones in there... is your oven not big enough for two pizzas? We ordered garlic sticks too, and those came out between the two pizzas. They gave us ranch... who eats bread sticks with ranch??? We asked for marinara and they never brought us any. About 10-15 minutes into waiting, one of us had to get up and stand at the counter to make sure they brought it out, because they "forgot". (Would have been totally understandable if we were not the ONLY PEOPLE there...) The veggie calzone was incredibly lacking. There were no mushrooms in it and barely any cheese. It was too hot to hold in my hands, yet too tough to cut with plastic utensils. It was basically inedible until it had cooled down from the 10 billion degrees they brought it out to us at. The bread was bitter and unseasoned, and the veggies inside were not very good. It was so overloaded with grease that I used up at least half the world's supply of napkins. The staff wasn't very professional, and be warned: they don't wear hairnets as they make your food!! For 1 XL pizza, 1 order of breadsticks, 1 small pizza, 6 drinks, and an individual calzone, it racked up to $80. And that was WITH the "deal" they had, of 1 XL pizza and breadsticks for $21.99. Overpriced for some VERY lackluster food. I wouldn't have minded the price tag if the service or taste of the food made up for it, but it didn't. Consider going somewhere else for pizza parties. I'd even stand Mountain Mike's price tags in exchange for this - at least they put seasoning in their food! :( read more

Me and my boyfriend have been on the hunt for calzones ever since we moved back from Los Angeles. Although we found multiple places throughout the city that serve calzones, we chose to eat at The Pizza Factory first. The calzones were delicious! However, I wish there was more crust/bread rather than sauce. After awhile, I felt like I was eating only pizza sauce, but I'm sure the next time I come I could ask them to limit the amount of sauce lol. I ordered the custom calzone which comes with 4 items you can stuff the calzone with. I ordered pepperoni, sausage, olives and mushrooms. They definitely do NOT skimp on the items! Had a three topping pizza delivered to the hotel I was staying at. It was ok, good amount of salami and pepperoni, and a lot of mushrooms. It was a bit dry--lite on sauce and cheese. I prefer less sauce to excessive sauce, so that was ok, but it could have benefited from more cheese. I also prefer cheese on top of the other toppings, but that's just personal preference--others may like it better this way. read more

Last night was my most recent order for delivery. Ordered a large Jane Special (Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Onions, Bacon, Mushrooms & Green Peppers) and a tuna sub. Delivery was on time. Pizza was delivered hot! The pizza and the sandwich were both good. What I like about there pizza is the soft crust. Love this spot! It's hard to find a good pizza place, given the countless bad experiences I've had recently. Yesterday I had a serious pizza craving, I got on Yelp of course and decided to give pizza factory a try. I've only had its once before in three rivers. I can hardly remember the experience so I didn't really know what to expect. I ordered a large pepperoni with half black olive pizza on thick crust and light red sauce. We also wanted to try out the hot wings so we opted for an order of buffalo. I decided to go pick up my order instead of delivery because people usually have a hard time finding my place. No biggie. Over the phone they had told me 20 minutes. I arrived in just that time and they were slicing my fresh hot pizza as I walked in. That made me very happy. Price a little high but well worth the quality. I got home and usually I would warm my pizza in the microwave a little (if it doesn't burn my mouth it isn't hot enough lol) but I didn't have to, given it was as fresh as could be. Finally I got to dig in. My mouth was in heaven. The pizza has the best taste to it, the crust super fluffy, pepperoni very flavorful, and the sauce was perfect. I was impressed, the only thing is that it was a tad bit greasy but hey it's a pizza not a salad. I moved on to try the wings and oh my goodness!! They were amazing. Very saucy and messy just how I like it. The sauce was the perfect amount of heat and tang. And the wings themselves were meaty and very tender. I was the most impressed with them. I'd highly recommend this place and I'm so glad I found my new favorite spot. My heart was yearning for good pizza since I've had to break up with Me n Ed's. We were from out of town and had dinner at this restaurant the food was excellent but my 5 year old son left his sequoia national park coin and key chain souvenirs on the table, while we were eating I noticed the worker watching us play with the coin while waiting for our pizza, when we finished we went to play in their game room a couple of feet away the same worker cleaned our table while we were still there and took our left overs which we still wanted! So we left and my son noticed he forgot his souvenirs and was super sad thinking he lost them, we returned 5 minutes later and the souvenirs were in the the sketchy workers pockets and while I was watching him get searched he kept making these mad faces at me and didn't even apologize or say anything for steeling my sons toys and adult steeling from a 5 year old how sick can you be to do this to a child! REALLY! Luckily my boyfriend didn't get out to recover the souvenirs because there would have been some serious ass kicking! So watch out for your belongings your leftovers and most of all your kids souvenirs!!! So if your going to eat there don't leave anything behind chances are you will never see them again!
