Another bad experience here. Their pizza is great, but the staff can't seem to get our on-line orders right. Last time, they didn't even start the pizza because they had a question about the order. Instead of calling, they waited for us to show up and we had to wait again. Another time, the system dropped our entire order. I ordered online for delivery and prepaid and pretipped 20%. After an hour and 15 minutes I called looking for my pizza. They told me its out for delivery and should be there soon. I waited another 20 minutes, no pizza. called back. They insist the driver left it on my door step, they did not and offered the explanation, "someone must have taken it." We confirm the address. Nobody did, because it never came, I was standing outside waiting. I call back again and they say they'll make another and send it out asap, I confirm the address and APT # again! 40 minutes or so later, no pizza. Call again, they promise it's leaving the store now for delivery. 20 minutes later, while i'm standing outside, i can see a car I suspect is the delivery driver pull into my apartment complex. Of course theres no identifier, so it might not be for me.. so i'll watch and see. after a few minutes, of what i must assume is he's trying to read the ticket, I see him get out carrying a pizza case AND walks to the wrong apartment building (mind you i confirmed this 3 times by now). I stop and wait and watch him walk to building # 26, when the correct building is 23. But who knows, maybe someone else ordered take out here as well, woulnd't be a big coincidence if that did occur. Soooo, i'm starving by now but muster the energy to run down and sit at the apartment's office and wait to see if he comes back empty handed. He does not. I see him getting ready to put the pizza back in the car. I take a chance and yell, "hey you from pizza guys.??? ".. with a response of "yeah!" I yell back, mind you we've confirmed my address 3 times now, "building 23 is two building away from where you're at, that's 26!" Now if you've worked in food service/customer care, you supposed to be trained not to make excuses for things like this by saying "oh it's been really busy.. " Which is of course, precisely what the delivery-driver said. A customer/food service manager's head would have exploded had he heard the driver's utterance. I'm surprised about all of this because I've never had a problem with them before. And some how tonight seemed to have been ametuer night. Call pizza guys if you don't want to eat lunch/dinner right away, cause it takes 2.5 hours and a remake of your entire order since "someone must have taken it." Common sense is never so common. I get the contactless delivery, however, don't sit the pizza down and run away. With the 20% tip i added (i prepaid), i suggest ya'll go buy some common sense. It took me hours of thinking, hard work and pondering the meaning of the universe to offer you this advice: Knock on the door - set the order down - walk away some distance - wait - maybe wait another second - make sure they open the door and take their pizza. I know it's difficult, but with practice, i'm sure it can be mastered. Don't order pizza on a thursday night, it's ametuer night. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I gave them 15 minutes while on hold with then on my phone and I decided to order pizza with another company. They lost $200 worth of business tonight. They need to learn that if you put a customer on hold on the phone that they still need to stay in contact with the costumers that are trying to order and not forget about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Pizza Guys in Cameron Park is great. They move quickly and are very friendly. The pizzas are delicious!

This is our go-to pizza place. Its good-not the best and they always have coupons in the paper and on their website.

You guys are good but I wish you'd get the concept of HEAVY SAUCE. It's my thing and while I don't like Round Table or Mt Mikes actual pizza as much as I like yours + your delicious toppings they seem to fill the sauce factor. What can I say.... Excellent pizza and even better service? Not something that u hear much anymore. Even though they are crazy busy, they have a smile. The only thing is u can't really eat at their place, it's pretty much take out or delivery only, but doesn't stop us from coming back! So far the best "fast" pizza in the area. What's also neat is they give you either a 2 liter soda or pint of Dreyers ice cream with your order. So, you can do order pizza ahead, get the free soda with cups, go to Forklift grocery next door and grab some dessert, then eat in the Forklift seating area outside and enjoy! read more

Honestly REALLY disappointed. Order a pizza for myself and my girlfriend Friday night, asked for a regular XL pepperoni, and an XL cheese pizza with very very very light sauce I couldn't emphasize on the LIGHT SAUCE anymore. Picked up the pizza at around 9:45 drove all the way back to my house in EDH, it was around 10:10 now. Sat down for our movie/pizza night and my girlfriends pizza could not have more sauce on it, it was lathered in tomato sauce. We ended up not eating it and gave it all to my little brother. Such a waste of $40.00. I work in the service industry and it really isn't hard to get an order correct. Will not be returning. read more

We ordered 3 xl pizzas for my daughter's 5th birthday party at Tumbletime 2 hours in advance to be delivered at 12:20. At 12:40 we had 25 hungry kids waiting and no pizza! We tried to contact the driver but he was not picking up his cell phone and no one new in which order the 5 deliveries would be. We rearranged the scheduled activities and they eventually showed up. Tumbletime said that they were used to it because it happened all the time. read more

I have been going to pizza guys for a pretty long time it's one of my favorite places to get pizza from. I have never had bad at this location the customer service is excellent they always get my pizza order right. I have tried most of the menu now and everything had the right proportion of toppings for my tasting. I love that I get a free drink when I pick my pizza up. Plus when u go during lunch they have a $5 pizza special. Can't say no to that read more

Very easy location to find and the employees there are very friendly. The wait time is quick if you call in your order ahead of time. Also always let them know if you have any coupons over the phone. I must say that the pizza was outstanding and the service from Gabrielle topped it off. When it's convenient, it's convenient enough. I've ordered a couple of times for the past weeks and that's because of delivery. Don't get me wrong, it's a good pizza parlor and it's one where I go for delivery. I really like their online service and I have used it instead of calling. The only times I would call is to change the way I pay for either cash or card and I have no problems so far. I know that I didn't want to order from them anymore but I gave them one more chance. Their pastas are really good, the wings are alright. The last time I ordered, they gave me the wrong type of wings. Not bad. Delivery is usually quicker than I expect. My only two complaints are that we only have one computer that works on their website. I don't know why their website is so problematic for us. Also, I wish the gluten-free pizza would go on sale once in a while. It is pretty expensive. read more

Best customer service ever tonight. I work in health care and as you know we are very busy these days. Tonight I placed an order for what I thought was a cheese pizza Online. When I got the pizza it was sauce and 3 blend cheese. Well it was a huge disappointment to me and my family of 6. I called to make sure that I ordered this and sure enough I did. So I asked the kind young man that answer if I can place an order for a real xl cheese pizza. He asked me to hold and when he got back on the line he told me if I come by he would remake it for free or I can pay for delivery and taxes but the pizza would be free. I was willing to pay as it was my mistake. This young man went out of his way to speak to his supervisor and get me a Free pizza for an error I made. I want to thank that man and supervisor that did this it means so much to me and my family. Tonight around 7pm we picked up our pizza and we couldn't be any more great full.it was an amazing pizza. I ordered an extra large sausage and bacon pizza. When I arrived at the counter, I found a large pizza with bacon and sausage on 1/2 of the pizza and only cheese on the other half. Alright, So I had just recently ordered from here and my god am I pissed off. I order a Calzone and Garlic bread online and the system tells me it will be a 45 minute wait. 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER! I get my calzone. the delivery guy was nice, I thanked him for the pizza and sat down to eat. First let's start with the calzone. Completely overcooked and whats inside? Sauce and the smallest tablespoon on toppings and cheese. This thing is flat as a pancake! Now let's move onto the cheezee Garlic bread. Suprisingly enough, cooked well. So very much a lack of cheese. Only sauce! Now lets move to the sauces. I ask for a garlic sauce and Ranch. I get only ranch. I call up the place and some young lady answers. I ask for the manager and she said she is one. I explain my situation so I get a "Okay, let me put my manager on the phone." I wait for a few minutes and someone answers. After explaining my situation. Im told, I can get a free one or redeliver new food in 45 minutes to an hour. then Im given some excuse about "I dont know what more I can do. I just got here, my Job is very hard! Then told me the owners are coming in that night and I can get a call then. The food and service? If I could give no stars I would! For now one star! read more

Whether it's pickup or delivery I've never had a problem with this location. I love the system they use where they keep your previous orders. You just have to give ur phone number and they pop up. The food is always hottttt, the restaurant is clean, and cool! The staff here are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Plus...You get a free item just for picking up in store. We ordered pizza on line, it was ready at the time stated. My husband sat the Pizza box on the hood of our car while he looked for his keys. The pizza slid off onto the parking lot. The young man working was so kind and helpful that he not only made us another Pizza, he helped clean up the mess in the parking lot. The pizza was very good. We will be back. read more

Horrible service. We did an online order and it said it would be ready in 20 min I arrived at the 20 min mark only to wait another 20 min. Then was given the wrong pizza when we told them they looked and said oh your pizza was ready 20 min ago. The pizza was now cold and when asked if they could remake they said they could but it would take 45 min since there is a lot of orders in front of me.
