Upon arriving at pizza guys the gal never greeted us and we had to ask her what specials they had she picked up ad and set it on counter. We placed order for large pepperoni ,10 piece boneless barbecue wing and 3 salad bars 4 sodas. Our friends arrived 5 minutes before us and ordered combination which came and they ate and were finished we were still waiting for our order. I approached guy at counter to ask about our order he said its coming out now. I went back to table still no pizza I went back to counter and asked them how long does it take for a pepperoni pizza and some wings. He asked if I want refund I said yes, then loudly he ask kid in charge IF he wanted to refund us. We did get our money back and wasted an hour of our time. The first sign walking in was the place was a disaster very dirty and girl at counter should have been cleaning up instead of sitting on her butt folding pizza boxes and learn to have better customer service skills not sure there hiring process!!! I will never return my first and last visit to PIZZA GUYS... Dissatisfied. I'm calling corporate to let them know my experience. read more

I was sad to hear (from the friendly and helpful girl answering the phone) that this place no longer offers feta cheese as a topping. Even without my fav topping, I was satisfied with my pizza. They told me 20 min and it was ready in 20. That makes sense because it takes 20 min to cook a pizza, right? It was hot and obviously fresh out of the oven. Yes it was greasier than, say, carrots. But as far as pizza goes, it was perfectly acceptable. Nothing wrong with this pizza. read more

Upon walking in no one even bothered to greet me even though there were two employees leaning on the counter. They were more concerned with their friend that was in the store than the actual customer. When I was finally acknowledged the cashier made it clear that he did not want to be there and looked like I was bothering him for wanting to be helped out. When I was paying for my buffet he slammed the plates down on top of each other when he put them on the counter. After I chose my seat I went to grab some pizza there was an employee who was putting out fresh pizza that stepped right in front of me without even saying excuse me. I got the added bonus of seeing his underwear hanging out of his sagging khakis. This was the first time I've ever been here and more than likely the last. read more

Came here August 10th 100 degrees outside. Asked if we could get AC on. Manager sent out a scared employee to deliver the news. She says says exactly this "The Manager says we have a rule, we don't turn on the AC" well that pretty much kills my 2x a month here where I spend a 100 dollars for beer and food. I am so done! Sick,stuck at home trying to get delivery. Ordered on Yelp an hour ago. Called to check progress, on hold 8 min, now too much background noise can't hear me. Took 20 min more to find out they don't have my order. Will have to wait 40 to 50 min more for delivery. 2 hours total, no apology. May I get a discount. Nope can't do that, just an internet order. They closed early because they had a large party? My family and I tried to call and order at 9:30pm but the lady said they were closed already. We couldn't order because they were "too busy"?! Wtf?? Online said they close at 11pm m, so as long as you're still in busy hours you should still be able to make some pizzas damn it. read more

No complaints about Pizza Guys. This location in Dixon is quite large. My sister-in-law had my neice's birthday party there and it worked out very well - was able to accomodate a very large group. The pizza is very typical Pizza Guys pizza - it tasted great :) No complaints! read more

Pizza was a very greasy which is why I'm giving them 4 not 5 stars. Pizza was tasty and cheap. If you spend over $12 you get a free liter of soda or pint of ice cream. Can't beat that! read more

If I could have chosen to not give any stars I would. But I can't . I have come here before and gotten boneless wings and although the order would get mixed up I would receive nice meaty, chunky boneless chicken wings. Today I order the usual, boneless classic buffalo wings, and I have never been so disappointed . Each one is a tad bigger than an American .25 cent quarter . It has VERY little chicken. Their pizza is ok. But their delivery is terrible. We called after an hour and they said it was on its way. Waited another hour before it showed up. Two hours for pizza delivery is too long. Last month I ordered from them too, they messed up my order and wouldn't adjust the price for their mistake. So I gave them another try. I won't be ordering from them again. Newly renovated and equipped with free Wifi it's a great place to go for a lunch buffet or grab dinner with some friends and watch the game on one of the many flat screens placed on the walls through out the establishment. I thought this place was cool. I came here for my nephew's birthday. I got a big family and had about 50 people there. They probably could've handled more too. The food was pretty good and they even serve beer here. The dining room is a nice size and they have a few big screen TV's for entertainment. The servers were cool and always checking on us and were cool about all the people. They got pretty busy with other customer's but the service was still on point. I used to love pizza guys, and wished I still did as much as I used to. The last few times I got pizza there, it was not the best. The cheese threw the whole thing off, I love cheese but I was really disappointed in how these pizzas tasted. Also they used to have this amazing ranch that was their own brand that they would give at no charge but now they give you the salad ranch packets for like 60 cents. They also raised the minimum purchase to get a free soda or ice cream. Which is fine and I don't mind if the pizza is actually good at least. The last few times I went the customer service was also pretty bad, wasn't greeted and the girl at the counter was acting as if I was bothering her from doing nothing. It's really sad to see how bad Pizza Guys has gotten. Went there yesterday at lunch time for the buffet and there was only one employee to run the register, make pizza and cleanup; the lady was very nice but very overworked. The salad greens were wilted and brown, a lot of the salad topping containers were near empty. It took 25 minutes for any pizza to come out for the buffet. I will have to say that when the pizza did come out it was very good. There were not a lot of people eating at the restaurant, it was mostly take out orders. Use to be one of my favorite places to go for lunch but unfortunately I will not be returning. read more

I've been here several times and the service was good and the place clean. Tonight, a Sunday night the salad bar was a mess. We ate in and during that whole time, no employee even looked at the area, let alone refilled the 'silverware'. The kitchen appeared to be clean or we would have walked out. Our pizzas were good and the toppings abundant. The shaker with the Parmesan was filled with debris from the dishwasher then filled with cheese...disgusting.
