This place is really really good - one of the BEST pizzas in all of California. Their sauce is the best pizza tomato sauce I've ever had. We've gotten the "First Timer" pizza a few times, the kids love the potato I love the pepperoni. Place your order online ahead of time, and come pick it up a little early for the time they give you. Finally got the chance to try B+C Pizza after wanting to for a while. The plaza is really hidden in between apartment complexes and vacant shops but it's not too hard to find and there's plenty of parking. We got the cheese pizza and the pepperoni and burrata, along with their ranch. To be honest, I was expecting to be blown away based on the reviews for this place, but overall it was just a solid pie. Nothing mind blowing, but did the job. The crust could have been a bit thinner and crisper, and the cheese on the cheese pizza was a touch burnt but overall the flavors were there. The pepperoni + burrata was the star for me. Overall, a solid pizza spot! We'll definitely come back to try other pies, and maybe even some of the sweets they have. The crust was perfectly thin and crisp, with just the right amount of crunch in every bite. And don't skip the homemade ranch. It may seem simple, but it's small yet mighty with incredible creaminess and taste. The garlic pull-apart bread is a must, it's a generous portion of soft, fluffy dough balls that are packed with flavor. I added a side of marinara to dip it in and it was the perfect addition. Where has this pizza place been ALL MY LIFE?? I am in love with this place! I got half crispy potato and half cheese, well baked and omg it was delicious. The garlic sauce on the potato pizza was so rich and creamy and the cheese pizza just had the perfect sauce to cheese ratio, it's incredible! The staff is always so kind and such a great vibe to be around. It is located in a tucked away spot, but drive around the building and you'll find it! Picked up a pizza from B+C Pizza last night. I coach nearby and had been looking up local spots and this popped up. The pizza was delicious and the dough was really light and fluffy and crunchy! One of the best pizzas I have had! We got Nataly's favorite which I am pretty sure is half crispy potato with garlic cream sauce and crumbled sausage and the other half was a pepperoni with burrata! I can't wait to come back and pick up more! It's a little hard to find, so don't give up! You just need to keep an eye out because the other stores nearby seem to close earlier and the sign isn't super lit up, but definitely give it a try! read more

Ordered pick up, and had to wait about 10 minutes beyond the ready time. Not a big deal, but it was like a furnace inside, and smelled like yummy pizza. The two guys working were very accommodating, and took their time to explain the cookies so I could choose 2 with my order. The pizza tasted great, crust was pretty thin, and the toppings were great. Pizzas were delicious. We had the Nataly's Fave and the Fennel Sausage + Calabrian chili + Honey. Probably the best pizzas we have tried in the area. We will definitely be back. I finally got to try B+C Pizza at their new Los Alamitos location. It was better than expected!! Love the ease of ordering online and the pick up was even easier. We got the White, Potato and Pepperoni pizzas. All 3 so delicious and great flavor. I also got the ranch dip and cookies. Definitely worth it. Not really sure why the pizza here has such great reviews. Maybe I'm TRULY spoiled but IMO the pizza is just okay. I always ask myself if I would order or eat somewhere again and I must say I would not order from here again. The flavor of the pie (got the First Timer) was good but I've had much better from Truly, Brooklyn City and even Ball Park. Especially for $30. This has to be one of the best - if not the best pizza I've had in California. Ordered the pepperoni garlic + sausage and drove it home to eat. Finally got to try B&C pizza in Laguna Niguel for the first time! I've been dying to try the First Timer and it was totally worth the hype! It's thin and crispy which is my absolute favorite and the flavors were nothing like what's around here. We also tried 2 dirty sodas, the Campbell Soup and the Strawberry & Cream. Both were good but loved the strawberry & cream. The staff were friendly and attentive, they even brought everything out to our car since they were having some air conditioning problems. The crust struck a perfect balance between chewy and crisp, with a subtle sourdough tang. Blistered edges added a smokiness that made every bite satisfying. The chunks of burrata are rich and impossibly smooth. It doesn't overpower the pizza; it elevates. And lastly, the crispy pepperoni cups are perfect for holding little pools of sweet honey. THE VIBE. It's a small bakery that makes cookies and cakes, but they also make pizza as well. When I walked in, their display case was mostly empty with exception of a few mini cakes and cake pops. This is the pizza spot my husband and I always go to. It is hands down the best place we have had in our area. Tonight they were doing a pasta party so we decided to try it and it was amazing. It is hard to beat their pizza but the pasta was still very good and I really hope they add it to the menu. Man, they missed out on our business. We didn't even end up ordering because of the lack of interest and poor attitude. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like an inconvenience. There were only two people working, and they refused to take our walk-in order because they said it was "too complicated." I literally just wanted a margarita pizza -- nothing crazy. They said they had too many online orders and we'd have to wait an hour. One guy at least tried to be helpful and seemed willing to work with us, but the other guy actually scolded him for talking to us and told him to get back to the pizzas, so he did, leaving us at the counter mid conversation. There's a reason B+C Pizza is considered one of the best pizzas in Southern California and that's because they are! I have eaten here a few times now and each one has been a memorable experience. This last visit I got their spicy pepperoni with extra pepperoni and added the fennel sausage... Man, this pie was a game changer. Their crispy bottom crust, the chili cream... The spicy pepperoni... All so good! They also have house-made cookies that are also fantastic. I tried their Fruity Pebbles cookie which was a chewy vanilla cookie flavored with, you guessed it, fruity pebbles. I also tried their marble cookie which was a mix of blonde and chocolate doughs mingled together. This one was perfect balance in cookie form. B+C Pizza also has a decent selection of custom mixed sodas. I don't drink soft drinks, but while I was there, almost everyone picking up ordered their soda concoctions as well. Three things I forgot to mention... One, they are only open Wednesday through Sunday from 4 - 8PM. Two, you have to order online and request a pickup time. And thirdly, they don't have onsite seating. All orders are pickup only. That being said, do yourself a solid and eat a slice as soon as you get to your car. You can thank me later. read more

Absolutely delicious pizza! There's nothing outside that says this is a pizza shop, since it started out as a bakery. However, the pizza quality is out of this world. Theres very little flop to the New York style slices, and the thinly sliced potatoes on the 1st Timer Pizza crisped up very nicely. A hidden gem in Laguna niguel, no seating, no problem, just place your order online and inside the butter and cream bakery IS where the magic happens. We ordered the cheese, and first timer pepperoni garlic and potato. Natalie was so incredibly sweet. I placed my order around 6:00pm online and came in by 7:30 ish to pick up and it was served hot and ready to go. We added 2 hatch green chili ranch that had such a great kick and wasn't oily or watery at all. The pizzas are I can see why the hype has brought many food bloggers to this destination. It's worth it. Our fav was the potato, the kids wished we had just ordered a whole one instead of half but it was our first time and wanted to get a good variety. The sauce was bright and tangy. The way they proportioned the ingredients made it so the crust still held its form. Inside it's small but it's a bakery sooo you have an array of cakes, cookies etc that are tempting to the eye, and behind the butter and cream wall display is where you can hear the pizza maker hard at work. Given they only do app orders i was a bit skeptical but it's because they want to keep operating costs down. Location is a bit interesting but no traffic because they only do to go orders. The pizza was incredible! Its hard to get high quality east coast style pizza and they delivered with this one. You can tell it's best quality ingredients and I don't crash eating this one.
