I've ordered twice for delivery, once for pickup. I made a mistake with a delivery order and they are going to refund me the $4.95. For delivery my pizzas arrived as I ordered. They could have been warmer as I'm just up the street from them, but still. They made my pizzas like I wanted. Will order again from this location. I have been ordering pizza from these guys for almost 20yrs. Maybe it's just me, but they have been slipping lately. I order pizza about once a month, over the last 3 or 4 months the pizzas I have ordered have been substandard. One box was crushed and pizza stuck to top of box. A few I ordered thick crust even called to make sure and got regular crust, but the last one was the topper. I'm a very simple man, I order the same thing every time. Extra large pepperoni thick crust. Very easy I would think. This last one, Extra large pepperoni thick crust, I got extra large thick cust pepperoni with extra extra extra pepperoni. Now that may not sound bad to some of you, like score. But when the whole top layer of pepperoni and cheese come off like a cover and the dough under doesn't even cook through. Sad to say I will no longer order from this location. Ordered a pizza and within 15 minutes it was delivered! Awesome you would think.... no. Opened it up and the dough under the sauce was completely raw.. I am usually pretty easy going but this is the 2nd horrible service in the past 2 times we ordered. The order before this a couple months ago we ordered and was told our order was out for delivery. 20 minutes after the noted delivery time we called to check on the order and we were assured it was out for delivery. 45 minutes later still no pizza. Called back and was told it was delivered. They either gave it to a random person in the parking lot or just never came. When I asked who signed my credit card slip for it. I was told nobody signed. I've been ordering through this establishment for years. And within the past few months it has really gone down hill. Looks like I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on. Delivery was super fast happy about that, but my order was wrong. I ordered original crust not thin crust.. At delivery I noticed that one of my Buffalo sauces that I paid extra for had been spilled all over the inside of the soda/condiments bag. When I brought it up to the guy he tried to say that he replaced it with a extra sauce inside. All lie. I had paid for that extra sauce, and in fact it wasn't an extra sauce he claimed to have had in his car laying around. Sauce not a problem just the fact that he lied about the sauce. First time ordering a couple nights ago, they were open late, I asked for extra cheese and the pizza looked AMAZING, and SO CHEESY!!!! It was also still warm when it arrived at our door! I ordered from pizza guys having it be the normal location I always go with the expectations of having the order delivered with everything plates , napkins , etc but upon arrival I was handed my order walked into my house turned the corner set the boxes down to only see both were squished , I opened the larger pepperoni I received to see the whole back side of the pizza sliding off! I just had a weird experience tonight. Honestly, we've order about 4 times now since moving into the neighborhood and haven't had a problem. The deliverers are usually very friendly and do their job. Oddly tonight our driver stated that we owed them $0.55... per the manager but didn't really have a valid reason, which is really not that big of a deal but why am I hearing about it now when the pizza is being dropped off? They never called to advise that we underpaid even though I tipped before hand when I ordered online... there was plenty of time to have corrected the error ? This is the closest and most convenient pizza spot for me and my family. I always come here to pick up pizza and I recently purchased a coupon book through ZBest and have never had an issue using coupons at this location before today. I called to speak to a manager and she informed me that I can only use coupons on Tuesdays. She wouldn't honor these coupons even after I explained that I have used these ones in the VERY recent past. She told me that she would call the owner and ask for permission to use the coupon and came back about 10 seconds later (I don't think she really called) and said she wouldn't accept it. We went here the other day to pick up pizza for a movie night. We ordered online and were given a time of arrival for pickup. When we arrived at the time specified (about 20 minutes after ordering) we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get our pizza, then drive home. The staff looked very busy and stressed, but we ordered ahead of time to avoid a delay. The staff member told us they ran out of dough, but truly that is kind of an unacceptable excuse in a pizza location. The pizza was so-so. The pizza (we ordered a specialty crunch pizza and a 2 topping) didn't even have toppings on all the slices. Waste issue - we were given, no joke, about 40 packets of cheese and pepper for 2 large pizzas. That is just wasteful and kind of sucks for the owners, who pay for these items. So the basic requirements of pizza were not met by this Pizza Guys. We would suggest going elsewhere as we were definitely unhappy. read more

I was told an hour for a VERY large order that I placed from a Motel 6 on a busy Saturday PM - and got it in 20 minutes!! Better STILL, the driver - an employee by the name of Jeffrey Thomas (sp?) - was SUPER friendly, courteous and professional and pretty much single-handedly wiped-out the very negative mood I had been stewing in the entire day previous to his appearance. So the only reason I'm giving these guys super big 5 stars is that the kid, yeah I said kid I'm 43, was super nice to my daughter. I grew up close to LA so ghetto people are not that scary to me. My nine year old, on the other hand, has a nice soft up bringing in the boondocks. Where the most frightening thing are deer in the front yard. This place is located next door to a liquor store where "undesirables" tend to congregate. Anyway... The kid behind the counter asked her what was wrong and she told him she was scared. So to show her that there can be nice people in the area he gave us an additional 2liter and a small pint of ice cream. The pizza? Oh yeah... Not happy at all. Ordered a pizza last night, something in it caused my husband and myself to have swelling in our tongues and throats. Granted one of us may have an allergy that you wouldn't be responsible for (per say) but what are the chances that both of us would have this reaction? Not Artisan pizza at all. You can't just throw a wide variety of ingredients on a pizza and claim it's Artisan. The crust is basic, the pizza mediocre at best, pizza super oily. I'm super disappointed. The only reason I ate this food was because I've been so busy with work that I have barely eaten in the last 2 days, so I was starved. The guy answering the phone last night, super nice, the delivery guy, also super nice. But pizza, definitely never ordering here again. Was the first and last time. Just ordered a cup and crisp peperoni and some garlic cheesey bread. The cup and crisp peperoni is a great pizza. The cheesey bread is good is as well. What I like is that they are fast and efficient. I had the pie delivered and they have a sticker seal for the boxes which is a nice touch. I did not do a touchless delivery as its raining so I grabbed the pie from the driver who had a mask on and was socially distant as much as possible as well as being friendly. read more

They have multiple deals that includes a 2 L soda and various sides that come with the pizza. Their service is fast and friendly. Was with the family visiting in Sacramento and stayed at a nearby hotel. I order for pickup and it was ready promptly. I appreciated the convenience of the curbside pickup where I parked right in front of the store and someone came out and brought it to my car. DOMINOES QUALITY FOR $50+ Mediocre super over-priced pizza. Ok at best, nasty at worst. Bottom line, any time my wife and I make the mistake of ordering from them to feed three people we end up shelling out about $50 bucks. Unacceptable in my book unless I'm at some brick oven hipster place with good wine. This place seriously seems like a dominoes or round table that lost it's franchise but stayed open. Last time literally paid $53 dollars for a small pepperoni mushroom, a small nasty garlic chicken (both super tiny) and a medium cheese (only 1.5" larger than their small). No drinks, $3 tip. Ridiculous, barely fed us and our guest. All times before with larger pizzas / fewer toppings, similar rip off. Also, "Gluten Free Crust" highly suspect, seems like bs to us.
