Recently had this place & it was a "to go". I wish they had the slice for online orders but I get that they might not know what they have. I got the slide of the Hawaiian, heatwave & lap cheong. I would say the slices were really thin and could have used more flavor. But it wasn't bad! Just based on personal preference. The lap cheong I got on the foccacia so I knew it wasn't a deep dish pizza but it did truly feel like I was just having toppings on some focaccia bread. I considered getting a half & half but $50 was just really expensive and shocking to me for a pizza. I'm glad I tried it first with the slices. Super quick & easy pizza spot. I love the by the slice option, allowed us to try a couple different types. It's got indoor & outdoor seating (with shade)! The whole vibe is very relaxed, pizza corner spot. Keeping things simple & delicious. Service was friendly, and quick. We ordered & had hot food about 8-10 mins later. The Caesar salad was so yummy, it comes with actual anchovies in the dressing and as a topping (optional). The mozzarella sticks were seasoned really well, and topped with a bit of Parmesan & parsley. Finally, the pepperoni square is a must for pepperoni lovers, stacked full of the perfect pep slices. Cool pizza spot in mid-town Sac. I saw them on Triple D and decided since it's not that long of a drive to Sac to give them a try. It's small inside with not a lot of seating but there are quite a few tables and chairs outside. It's counter service to order but they bring your food to you. Each of us tried a different slice-the classic, pepperoni and lap cheong. All were very tasty and I would definitely return to try something else. We also tried the PSB wedge salad which was not my cup of tea. It was very fresh but somewhat on the bland side and I like blue cheese a lot but whatever type they use was way too strong for me. Coke products get an A+ from me. IYKYK, LOL. Service was friendly and I love being able to support small businesses when I can. Was craving pizza and decided to try this place. We got numerous slices. My personal favorite was the heatwave. It was both sweet but spicy and fantastic. HIGHLY recommend. The Seasonal Summer Pesto was also refreshing and delicious. The corn really made this as did the pesto. The Pepperoni square was actually our least favorite. Needed more sauce and cheese. There was SO MUCH pepperoni so get this if that's your thing. The crust and the bread on all of these pizzas was the star. That sourdough really comes through and each crust was slightly crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Really impressive. There are a few tables inside but we sat outside as it was nice out there. Service was very fast and friendly! Street parking was easy. As your resident ninja turtle/basic cheese pizza girly... this is now my favorite cheese pizza spot! Barstool Pizza guy would be impressed!!! The cheese pizza slice was only $4.40 - what a steal! I loved how incredibly thin the crust was without tasting burned. There was an audible crunch at every bite. Super cheesy and just perfect! The boys each had a Lap Cheong Square, which was $9.00, but incredibly filling and hefty. The hubs killed it per usual, but it was wayyy to big for the boy to eat by himself. I love how this pizza spot also has chicken wings. I like having the option of ordering other things besides pizza. However, 6 wings was at $15 is kinda pricey. At least it was good and tasty. I've been here twice now due to a coworker who loves their pizza! Now, they do service more than just pizza. They have salads and wings too. It is a relatively small restaurant but luckily every time we've coming during lunch it hasn't been too crazy. They have high top tables lining the windows, 4-top booth tables, and a few small 2-top tables outside. I also love how they sell merch! During my visit this time around we came for their Jimboy's collab. Who would've thought I'd actually want some lettuce on my pizza? Lol. This was a very interesting yet delicious pizza that I wouldn't mind getting again for a change in taste. I love carbs so that's the reason for my rating. Legendary pizza spot in the 916. Colorful interior. Located just a block away from the Capitol, there's a walk up window, indoor dining and also outdoor seating. Pizza here is incredible. Super crispy pepperoni. New York style sliced. Big, greasy and full of cheese and sauce in every bite. My 15 year old was in absolute heaven when I took him after school. Their house made ranch is mandatory. This place also serves alcohol, Twisted Tea's being the home drink. Server was super friendly, food came out quick and the dining area was very clean. They had a TV on with the college basketball games. They also put on the Kings games on game night. read more

Pizza Supreme Being has a nice unique variety of pizza types including one that has some sweet heat to it featuring hot honey. I believe the pizza is made with a sourdough crust which gives the pizzas a heartier taste. I would describe the pizza as a bit heavy and a little on the greasy side. If you like your pizza like that then this place will be perfect for you. I personally like my pizza a bit more of the fresher side, but I can't fault these slices at all. They are good quality and I can see many really loving them. The restaurant itself is nice and reminds me of an old school pizza joint. It's simple, but clean. read more

tried their seasonal street corn pizza which was really good, loved how they really tried to include all of the components that are in elote. the pizza crust had a nice crisp to it and there was no oil at the bottom. it doesn't exactly taste like an elote, but regardless the pizza is good. i do wish there was more corn, i kind of wanted corn to cover the entire surface area of the slice. the lap cheong pizza was good but definitely a bit greasy. pizza in a square form factor isn't my favorite, but the dough being focaccia helped a bit. this pizza was lap cheong forward which was good, but i do wish other components came through more like the jalapeños and cheddar. the edges were crispy and delicious. read more

Finally visited Pizza Supreme Being after years of hearing about their famous cheese squares... It was pretty encouraging to first-thing see a sign from Guy Fieri's visit & review of this place hanging on the wall, and paired with their 80's playlist and arcade game, the feel in the store front is very classic and cozy! I got the very last classic cheese square available that day and a slice of pepperoni & Hawaiian. I really like the thinner crust on the pizza and felt both slices were super fresh & not too oily (personal pet peeve). The cheese square was yummy and a pretty good size, so I can understand the hype!! I would want to try their other flavors of square. After our meal I saw they have offered soft serve on their menu and the staff told me the flavors are always changing! We had churro and vanilla swirl that day, which was AMAZING, and have since come back for their Dole Whip pineapple. The search is over. This is the best pizza in Sacramento, I'll sleep better tonight knowing I've found it. For starters, very understated counter and inside. Great patio where I ate and a very kind staff. There's lots of people working which I'm sure contributes to the perfection of this pie. The crust it the key, crisp and bright, I was surprised how nice a canvas the sourdough is. I had slices of the special street corn and the heatwave. Was excited to try a new pizza spot, and went here for a weekend late lunch. We had 3 different pizza slices, and shared the squash sandwich. The waiters and staff were very nice and friendly. The pizza itself was mehhh. For about $45 we could have had a much better quality entire pizza and not a mediocre several tastings. So the price point is high for what you are getting. The dough wasn't that flavorful either. There were some cooks there with long hair who weren't wearing hair covers or hair nets, so it seemed not as clean. There was decent seating inside and out. I also didn't like that they served the pizza slices on those cheap paper plates. I get the aesthetic, but it's wasteful. read more

First time to PSB and I must say- it did not disappoint. The staff clearly enjoy their employment there and the quality and value of food was apparent. At first, $40+ for a pizza seemed steep but the pizza itself may be the largest pizza I've ever seen. Hot take- I think they may have the best ranch in town. We got the wings with spicy bbq for an app and when the server dropped them off he let us know they were 24-hour brined wings- a note that conveyed intention and pride. The cutest feature of the evening has to be the mini miller high life beers they offer for $1.75. Certainly made us chuckle. Will have to go back and try a shake soon! read more

Came here for a late lunch after a disappointing ski day in Tahoe. Looks like a real chill spot to pop a seat and have a slice. Got 2 slices, a square pepperoni and "the classic" which has coppa, olives, and pepperoncini. I really like the sourdough crust, it has a fantastic chew and a great bubbly crisp. Flavors and ingredient ratio are on point. The square pies are super thick and dense in a good way, with sauce on top of cheese. I'd have to say my favorite between the two is definitely the classic. The sourdough does really well in a thin pie. Cup of ranch on the side was a buck, but really good and I can tell it's made in house. Service was great, place is really clean and comfortable inside. The pizza crust is naturally leavened sourdough. Two days of fermenting. Ohh it results in a crisp, chewy crust. It's darn delicious. They offer thin crust and Detroit style crust. They sell whole pizzas and by the slice. They us clean, quality ingredients that are locally sourced as much as possible. Slices cost $4.75-$7, those prices are nice on the wallet. My faves are the pepperoni slice and pepperoni squares. They also serve salads and soft serve (including Dole Whip which is dairy free). It's worth mentioning since the dough is made fresh, when they sell out for the day... that's it, they close for the day. Makes sense. Also the dining room is not particularly large. But they do have a ton of outdoor patio seating. read more

They still have their original space, bit that's more for employees and the kitchen. There's decent indoor seating. Costumer service is still the same and great. There's also outdoor seating still. They incorrectly gave me my order in boxes when I ordered to dine in. Once I asked to dispose of the boxes for us we were rudely confronted by management stating that its restaurant policy to not accept boxes. If this was a serious enough issue to harass customers over you'd think it would be a priority to correctly execute orders. in regards to the pizza it's extremely overpriced and grotesquely greasy. We aren't a fan of thin crust, so to us the crust was tough. The tomato sauce was tangy and they weren't very generous with the topping...and it was pretty expensive. My friends love this place! If you love sourdough, and you love pizza, this is the place for you! first off, the pizzas are huge, like costco-sized, dare I say. Upon entering, we were greeted by kind staff, orders and payment came first at the front, in which our group got the Heatwave and the Pepperoni Pie. Both pizzas were delicious! The Pepperoni really hits the spot for a classic pizza. The Heatwave brought in a unique touch with the jalapeñoes, bacon and drizzled hot honey. The crust is a thin crust, it is crispy, and a bit chewy, especially towards the end when you're almost done. I'd recommend to eat it up while its hot and fresh! However, I found the tables to be too small, and not suitable for a group of 5 people. I was on a mission to find the best pizza by the slice on the grid. This was my second stop. Hailed online as one of the best slices in the city, I was severely disappointed. The location was good, and the interior was nice and spacious, but it felt soulless and almost sterile. That did not matter much, because all I cared about was the pizza. I ordered a cheese slice, and it came in as one of the cheapest slices of the day. The worker was friendly, and the slice came out quickly, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The sauce was nonexistent and flavorless. The cheese lacked any real mozzarella flavor, which is understandable since it uses a three-cheese blend. The dough was crispy, but it didn't have that great chew you want in a slice. It also tasted like sourdough-based dough, which to me does not work well with pizza, especially when the dough becomes the dominant flavor. It's been a few years since we ordered from PSB. It used to be one of our favorites. We loved both the pepperoni and Hawaiian. The pies would smell of stinky cheese - in the best way that great cheese smells. And you could taste the quality of the cheese and ingredients in every bite. Fast forward to today when we gave it another shot... and we were sorely disappointed. We had a half and half pizza and both sides were extremely salty (agreed on by 3 people). We took apart each ingredient to try and figure out the culprit but simply couldn't. The cheese didn't have the same smell or taste - it felt like biting into cold mozzarella. Mind you we live 5 mins away and we were waiting to pick it up before it was ready - so it didn't sit out long. Also, our chicken wings were terribly salty. An interesting take on pizza - I think they use a sourdough crust. It allows the pizza to hold its shape but thin enough that it's not overwhelming. Tasty topping options - the signature move here seems to be getting hot honey on your slice! This is hands down the best pizza spot in Sacramento! I decided to go here on a Sunday. I called ahead of time so I didn't have to wait when I got there. I got a whole pie of heat wave which has hot coppa, fresh jalapeno, three cheese blend, tomato sauce and house made hot honey. When I took my first bite, it tasted so good! The cheese was perfect, the jalapeno and hot honey combo gave it a small kick. There wasn't too much dough either. It was just amazing! I love Pizza Supreme Being, I love their quirky social media, I love their amazing space, and I love their menu that includes the huge pizzas by the slice or by the whole pie and their squares, along with the changing sandwich and soft serve menu. I've learned to keep my eye on their social media for specials. On my latest visit I got the Big Boy Hoagie ($18) and it was incredible. They really do a great job with the sandwiches. I also picked up a pepperoni square ($7) for my husband and they're so flavorful and filling. One square will definitely satisfy your hunger- two squares will have you taking a nap. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the website makes it easy to place to-go orders or to order ahead. I highly recommend the soft serve as dessert, or just stopping in for a cool treat. What a great find in downtown - a cute little place that sells pizza, amongst other food items. We went up to Sacramento to walk through the park and luckily found a parking place right in front of Pizza Supreme Being. After our walk we decided to have lunch and try this place. Our group bought slices. One cheese, three pepperonis, three Hawaiians, and their specialty... a clam chowder slice. The service was friendly and fast. The cheese and Hawaiian slices looked good, I didn't try them, but others said they were very flavorful. The pepperoni slice was excellent, with crispy, mini pieces of pepperoni on a crispy thin crust. The clam chowder slice was covered with pieces of clam and potato. It tasted like a bowl of clam chowder and was served with a little packet of oyster crackers. Cute touch. The crust at this place is amazing. It has a very sourdough taste, something I haven't tasted at a pizza restaurant before. We've been back several times since and I know we will continue going.
