Literally took 2 hours to arrive, ordering at 530 on a Friday night! This was supposed to be pepperoni and mushroom! You can see the pepperoni but only tiny dots of mushrooms. Pizza was barely warm. I've ordered from them for years. Never been this bad

Tried to order pizza my work team. I called and called and called but answer. So I finally just drove in to order in person. A guy in the back came up and said the person who runs the register was running late. No biggie. I wait and when he finally gets there I order the special, a large cup crisp pepperoni for 21.99. He says $22 something and taps the register. I correct him and show him on my phone on THEIR website that is 21.99. He knods and rings it up with an app as well. All done, I asked for my receipt and sure enough, he charged the $22.48. And no it was not tax. I wasn't going to cause a scene I've 49 cents and needed to get back to work. I checked my order and of course there was very little pepperoni on it. They just cheaper out every way they Very frustrating first experience at this shop. Won't be back.

The pizza is a solid 4 stars with a good crust, tons of toppings and the red sauce tastes like it has wine in it. What makes this location a 5 stars is the awesome staff. Goofed up on Grubhub and ended up calling 3 times to straighten out my order and Prida who answered the phones was so helpful and nice. BIG props for providing awesome service. We usually go to Pizza Plus when we're out in the Valley but I now have a new fave place. Price is good too, $21 with Grubhub and I got a choice of either a free 2-liter of soda or a pint of ice cream.

Gosh, I hope this isn't the best pizza place in Tracy. We ordered delivery, pizza and garlic cheese sticks/bread, whatever. The crust was too dry and crisp for my taste, and what's up with the cheese?! That can't be real cheese, and they totally skimped on it! I've had DiGoiorno that tastes better, and it only seems slightly better than Tony's. But for the price, I think I'd heat up a Tony's myself. Thank you. read more

I just moved to Tracy, CA. I have been a Pizza Guys patron for years in my hometown. NEVER have I had a problem ordering or using a coupon over the phone. Tonight I attempted to order a pizza on special (which is on special on the Pizza Guys website) and I was told I would need to bring in a physical coupon. A snapshot on my phone would not work. WAY TO GO Pizza Guys. You lost a customer and have left me in such disappointment that I am now writing a review on yelp bout the poor service I received. Your pizza is good, but it's not good enough to justify poor service. read more

Ordered on Sunday evening 10/11/15. I tried to order through Yelp app which says you're ordering through eat 24. Eat24 is not accurate because Pizza guys does not have the 2 for 20 deal anymore it is now 2 for 22. Still not a bad deal. You still get your choice of a free soda or ice cream as long as you choose the takeout option. When I called and ordered over the phone they did tell me that they were having problems ordering pizza online. I would have given 5 stars but their soda selection was very minimal it could have been that they did not have a chance to stock. Pizza is usually done 15 to 20 minutes every time I order good job Pizza guys. read more

Just ordered a couple pizzas from here the other night. We ordered two specialty pizzas and they were excellent. Hot, lots of toppings, crust was really good...food was freshly made. I like the online ordering. We will definitely order from them again. read more

I ordered online on 7/31/18 ref order [Order# 24433783] A lady from Tracy pizza guy location called me in about 15 minuets and refused to honor the coupon I said ok I can pay regular price but still she refused to deliver I guess it was after 9:30pm or so. My card was charged for $31.40 cents and money was never refunded to my account. I called two times but getting runaround that manager is not in call tomorrow. So I never got the pizzas but I was charged $31.40. I've been patient but come on... Really you won't give my money back.... read more

I love pizza, and I'm always in to find a good pizza joint. I ordered online a few minutes ago, it got here pretty quick. The only reason I can't give a full 5 star review is because I kept thinking half and half meant half of the toppings on one side--and half on the other, so I'm not sure if it was my misunderstanding or theirs. Either way! it's okay. I despise Dominos because it does taste like cardboard most of the time. And this is the first place I've been to since I moved up north so I'm happy. The pizza tasted really good. Good service, really friendly delivery guy. read more

I was reluctant to buy pizza from here after reading everyones reviews but did anyways I asked them if they had any other deals then what was on the add and he worked with me which was awesome. The food came super quick and was really yummy. I can't complain, I gave four stars instead of five because I want to try them again and if I am pleased I will do another review and give them that extra one. I would tell anyone to give them a try like I did. read more

They have a habit of messing up orders. Sometimes it is the wrong crust, other times the wrong sauce. Sometimes they mix up toppings completely! Call me crazy but I like getting what I order. On a couple occasions I've called to complain about something being wrong and though most times they replace it, I have had dealt with rude people. One that stands out particular is someone telling me they didn't want my business anymore because I always call when something was messed up! What keeps me coming back? Well I do not order as often as I used to, but their garlic sauce is amazing. They have the best garlic bread, and it is simply like a little piece of heaven. Customer service is awful. read more

Ordered from them several times. The pizza is good, kinda pricey but don't have many options in Mountain House. Only complaint is that their website/app sucks. It's 2015, I shouldn't have to call in a pizza order. They have coupons on the site, but the print is so small you can't even read it. Then when you do figure it out, it doesn't tell you that you should add the coupon first and then build your order. So, after you have built your entire order and add the coupon code, it then prompts you to fulfill the coupon. Waste of time. Other than that, the actual pizza is good. read more

I saw their reviews on Yelp and had to give them a try. The service was excellent and they had a special going where if you order online or if you pick it up they give you free ice cream. I did both and they actually gave me two free ice creams which was nice. The pizza was very good also! read more

i wouldn't even consider ordering from this place ever after being blamed for shorting $$ the delivery guy.. after having their pizza for dinner we get a call from so called manager on duty blaming my daughter (whom the driver refer to his manager as "the guy who answered the door") then driver explained to his manager "we" shorted them? for pizza? Wow, think again we pay our dues.. read more

I ordered and extra large pizza using their deal. It was pretty good and was ready in 10 minutes. The personnel were very nice. I even went back to get a free ice cream (the coupon came up when I checked in) she was very polite about it and let me take one after I showed her the coupon even though my total was only 15$ after tax. Again no cheese and peppers. Grr. Dallas forgot to put it in the receipt. All she could say is sorry. Sorry does not correct my order. Of many times I ordered and specifically asked for it I only got it once. Driver was not at fault. Dallas said she should have put it on the receipt. Not happy!!!!!!!!! read more

The pizza was delivered about 10 minutes quicker than they said, which was nice. The crust was good. We got the BBQ chicken and the chicken supreme pizzas. A few pieces of chicken looked grey, which was discouraging to eat. We picked those off. read more

I like this pizza. I know it is not the best pizza in the world but it is a good pizza to eat on a Sunday night! I believe it is WAY BETTER that Round table (my husband does not think the same) I like the normal crust, that thin crust is not my thing... the creamy pesto sauce is good to put on top of the pizza, delicious. The service is good, they are nice. I like they send cupons to my house :) read more

I used to buy Pizza from this store twice a week, as I am kind of a pizza addict, but after my last few experiences with them, I am done. They have screwed up my last few orders, and when I called to ask about how it could be fixed, the problem was blamed on me and I was told there was nothing they could do. Let me start at the beginning, I ordered online, and after ordering a large two topping pizza (the same thing I order twice a week), I was sent a small pizza. Not a huge deal, I asked the delivery person to call his manager. After 5 minutes of trying to call and having no one answer his calls, the delivery person told me there was nothing he could do, I'd have to call and speak with the manager. So that is what I did. When I called, the manager was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault the order hadn't gone through correctly and since it was my fault the order was wrong, he couldn't help me. It didn't matter to him that I ordered the same thing from them twice a week and this order was different. It didn't matter to him that all I wanted was credit for 1 pizza on my account, all that mattered to him was that he didn't have to accept the blame for the problem. He then told me that he was busy and didn't have time to explain to me any further and reiterated he could and would do nothing to help me. So instead of fixing a small problem for a regular customer, this manager cost the company that same regular customer's business. I will continue to order my twice weekly pizzas, but it will no longer be from this store. Hope the cost of 1 pizza credit was worth losing my business over... This store's leadership desperately needs some customer service training... read more

Pizza Guys is great and Lori the Manager has great customer service. The Pizza is always hot and good. I recommend the specials and bread sticks as well as all meat pizza. Every time I visit Tracy i will get a hot sizzling tasty Pizza Guys pizza. I can barely wait until I visit again. read more

My family and I have been customers to this particular pizza guys for about 15 years. They always have amazing deals and the pizza is the best. But the other day I had a pizza delivered to my house and 3 slices had hair embedded in the crust. Never in my life have I been so disgusted. I called and told them I'd be returning the pizza hair and all and they offered me another pizza uh pass! Well I show up and none of the 3 employees were wearing hair nets. Like hello someone just called to complain about hair in their pizza??? Any who I'm so sad that it happened but my 15 year relationship with pizza guys has ended. read more

Their service is on point! When our order was ready, they called my phone and said to come pick up my pizza or it will get cold. Does Pizza Hut or Domino's do this?! No. So far, none of the employees were rude. And they cook pizza pretty fast. They said our order would be ready in about 30 min, it turned out to be like 20 min. read more

Order went ok I called back to ask for ranch the girl said it would be more which is ok but when my order came I had no ranch no Parmesan cheese or peppers I ask the driver and he said "it's my third day man I don't know what happened " the girl I ordered with sounded like she didn't give two shits about her job and didn't even want to take my order! We have purchased pizza from this Pizza Guys before and never had any issues in the past. Their pizza is actually pretty good for a good price. Unfortunately, I just bit into a slice that had a press-on nail on it. I don't recall seeing that as a topping choice and definitely didn't request it. While I hope this is a random occurrence, if they don't bother to take the necessary precautions in handling our food to avoid something like this (like wearing gloves) then it's not some place I plan to buy from again. read more

The pizza here is excellent! I have seen a couple other people comment that they like Rusty's. Well I had Rusty's last night and they used canned mushrooms. Pizza guys used real mushrooms and the pizza is really good and consistent every time. I highly recommend Pizza Guys!! read more

This is one of my most preferred pizza spots. I'm big on texture and their crust really satisfies. I would highly recommend trying their Mexican taco pizza. It was the first time I had something of the sort and I love it. It feels light and healthy some how and yet so delicious. I also really like their calzones. The pepperoni one is my favorite. I've had good experiences with the staff every time I've been. Wish they had more tables to eat! Other than that no complaints. Yummy and cheap pizza! Would recommend. read more

The storefront isn't much to squawk about, but it's clean, well lit, and there's a couple of TV screens that you could watch while you're enjoying your food. As we looked at the menu, we discovered that in addition to kebabs and other exotic offerings, they had burgers and it really peaked our interest. If you love a good burger you'll enjoy what they have to offer. I do not know what they are using to season their patties as it was so unique from what I've eaten before, but the burger patty was moist and perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy as well. In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing! I'm going back for kabobs and I want to try their colorful desserts. So glad to have found them.

Ordered off of pizza guys online, declined my payment but was charged anyways.order was $34 with tip and got charged $41. Apparently no order came through even though I was charged and they won't make our food because they didn't receive the order. Wont refund our money until they batch out the credit machine at the end of the night. Pretty much wanted us to reorder and pay again in hopes that our first order got refunded as stated by the manager. Horrible customer service horrible policy's won't be ordering there again and passing the word along to everyone..
