this is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from. almost every order the pizza is either wrong or VERY badly made. Every time the pizza is crap is when the General Manager works! he is so stingy with toppings! paying all this money for no toppings is criminal! tonight barely any cheese and guess who was working!!! I asked an employee why and I was told that he pre-makes the pizzas! plus one night I heard him yelling at an employee and I called another Pizza Hut and they told me the GM is known for that and not to email because he flags the emails! Sent my husband in for the $19.99 special on Dec 7, 2025 at 2:30 in the afternoon. For one he didn't get the $19.99 because they kept asking questions not saying what the deal was and whatever "extra" he got ended up being over $35!. Not only the price was ridiculous couldn't eat the wings because they were so tough and disgusting sauce! The two pizzas looked as though they were made days ahead of time so out of two medium pizzas, I ate one, the bread sticks were burnt and so overloaded with cheese they were absolutely ridiculous. This is the last trip to this Pizza Hut for us either change your management or change your ownership because this place is disgusting! read more

Ordered personal pan supreme extra cheese right before close and it was so delicious! Best pizza! Hadn't had one in forever and it was fire!

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. I've had plenty of pizzas I've liked and even loved. Not this one! Not sure if Pizza Hut has changed their dough recently but this is garbage. Looks delicious, but the crust was horrible. And the crust is what makes the pizza great. No flavor what so ever & felt like cardboard. We also got a Hershey brownie in a pan. I'll just say, I'm a large woman who LOVES SWEETS and I couldn't eat a 2nd bite. I think easy bake oven brownies are a step up from this bs. read more

I ordered from this Pizza Hut at 4:50 p.m. with an expected delivery time by 5:35 p.m. At 6 p.m. we called the restaurant and we were told that the driver was on his way. At 6:30 we called back and the manager told us to hold on, and set the phone down. We overheard the manager telling the driver to "go fast" and to give us a free pizza coupon. He never picked the phone back up, so we overheard employees mocking customers and general background noise for 20 minutes while waiting "on hold." Our pizza arrived at 6:55, 2 hours and 5 minutes from ordering. The driver then acted stunned when we asked where our 2 liter of Pepsi was. The driver informed us that he was going to "be right back." We never got it. Never again. This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. read more

My husband, daughter and I just left your Bartonville, Illinois location. It was a terrible experience. First we were the only people in there and it took us 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Then we ordered my daughter a personal pan pizza they forgot it! Let's not forget we were the only people in there and the waiter forgot to put it on our order. Then they forgot to bring out our bread sticks. The waiter did not write down our order so he "forgot" and the manager told us it was not her problem because she was not there when it happened. Both were very rude. I just ordered ONLY a personal pan pizza, cheese only. It took 45 minutes. I am not impressed with the service since they moved and took away the dining room. If i pick up or deliver its at least 30 minutes. The last time I ordered the person was of absolutely no help and couldn't even tell me the specials. I will not be going to this Pizza hut any longer.
