Pull in Parking lot at 12:30pm, figuring it's too late for the buffet because it ends at 1:00 pm... So I walk in and the waitress asks if I wanted the Buffet.... So I take that as, it must be cool if they're asking if I wanted it... so I say yes.... Immediately I realize that's a mistake.... I walk to the buffet and there are about 10 total slices of pizza on it... all thin crust, all cold... I'm not picky so I figure I'll eat a piece or two while I wait for some fresh pizza to be brought out... annnnnd 25 minutes later ... still nothing... I see the dude come out of the kitchen and integrate the last 3 or four pieces into a single pan and walk back to the kitchen.... Then the fools charge me like $12 and change for that crap.... Never again.... If your buffet is advertised from 11:30 to 1:00 it should be available from 11:30 to 1:00, especially if you're offering it to the customers as soon as they walk through the door... I did hear the waitress tell the cook that they needed more pizza on the bar... but evidently he didn't care ... and neither did the "manager" who was standing right there ... pretty poor experience that I don't plan on repeating anytime soon. Just like most businesses these days.. it was clear that the bare minimum was the culture here.... Needed to feed a roofing crew roofing my house, ordered 1 med cheese and pepperoni pizza. and a 16in. deluxe. was told that they could not put on more than 3 toppings + cheese because it would cause cooking issues. Came in on a Friday evening and there were only 5 other tables in the restaurant filled . That should have been my sign We ordered our food, pizza and wings. Another table came in after us and ordered after us, but you guessed it, their food came before ours. We got our pizza but no wings and the waitress never said anything about the wings so I called her back to our table about 5 minutes after our pizza arrived and had to ask her about them and she said, oh they are coming. Well 7 minutes passed and no wings. Had to go up register and she was like oh I was just bringing them to you. So my husband and I have now finished our pizza and my daughter finally gets her wings. Very poor quality control. We often order on line for carry out and our order is incorrect over half the time. The last time, the manager/supervisor tried to tell that I ordered it on line and I did it wrong. Fortunately the receipt showed what I actually ordered rather than what they prepared. However neither she nor the cook who eventually brought me the correct order apologized. And our stuffed crust pizza actually had NOTHING in the crust. And after so many times of this kind of thing happening, we're finally done. There are too many other options that offer higher quality and better service. read more

this location has a major staffing problem. when me and my family went in there was only one worker and said because of being understaffed, no more dine in. the food is good usually, but if a location has only one employee, please close for the day, also hire more people so your restaurant can be good. please fix this problem read more

This is probably my favorite of the chain pizzas. This store is close to my house, so I've been here several times and have never experienced the slow service indicated by other reviewers. I order online and my pizza is always ready in 15 minutes. If anything, my only complaint is that sometimes the pizza is slightly underbaked. My favorite is stuffed crust. I also really like their boneless wings. Their mild sauce doesn't taste anything like a traditional mild buffalo, but I really like it. read more

My granddaughter and I were at this Pizza Hut on Oct. 21 at 2:00. The buffet had just shut down. They were terribly understaffed, and the place was a mess! There were only about two clean tables, although only two tables were occupied. The waitress was apologetic but said they just couldn't keep up with it with the small staff working. She took our drink order, which we got about five min. later, and eventually, the cook came out and took our order. It was at least 30 minutes before it came out. The food was good, but it was not pleasant eating in such a mess. When we left, I asked the person at the counter (who looked like he hadn't bathed or combed his hair for several days-ugh) why they were so behind and he said no one had been scheduled to work and the manager on duty didn't know what she was doing. When we paid our bill, everything we had ordered cost more than what the menu indicated. If I ever get Pizza from here again, it will be take-out. I was really disappointed to see one of my favorite places to eat going downhill so badly! When we left at around 3:00, they still didn't have the tables cleaned, although only one other couple was there waiting to be served. read more

This is the best Pizzahut I have been too. I was there this past thursday and Paula was our waitress. She is a very pleasant bubbley waitress. She was always there to refill our drinks with out us having to ask and made sure our table stayd cleaned off. They definitely have good service an servers. So I'm out of town living out of a hotel away from my kids and wife just worked 14 hour day. I think I'll just stay in and order a pizza ordered one from here 2 weeks ago it was great 30 min wait the person I talked to over the phone was nice and friendly. So I call the guy that I talked to was a total dick head basically seemed like he was trying to talk me out of ordering so I brushed it off then he tells me 1 hour to hour and a 20 wait so I say ok whatever that's fine I'm less then a mile from him so now he needs the hotel phone number or he can't deliver a pizza to me wtf I have no idea what the hotel phone number is so that's it I'm done with this place never again read more

Called to order a pizza and get some pricing and the kid had a real attitude. Needless to say we said forget it. We can get pizza anywhere!
