We have been ordering from here lately, and our food is always perfectly done and delicious. They always get our order right, and it's usually speedy. Once in awhile it takes a little longer for delivery than it says, but everyone is understaffed and I didn't want to go and get it so I won't complain! read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Orders are never right. They make you wait for 10+ minutes after you walk in before anyone comes out to take care of you. They say your order will be done at a certain time. You get there and they make you wait 30 minutes after the time your order should have been done. Domino's in town is the way to go for pizza around here. If you have time to waste and don't care that your order is right then order from here. But they do all these things every single time. Ordered online this last time. Said it would be done by 5:20pm. I was told my order wasn't done at 5:30pm. By 5:50pm I was finally handed a cold pizza. The girl behind the counter didn't care at all. Walked in with a softball team of hungry girls an hour before close and the employees were amazing. Got our food out quickly and so attentive as we were eating. No issues with our orders and wonderful customer service. Tim was a pleasure and although we do not live in the area we will be back if we are in Burlington again! read more

This place has not changed since I ate dinner free 20 years ago for the Bookit! program. Same dirty salad bar, same disgusting carpet and the same sad booths. It was a lot more exciting when I was 10. I don't think the Pacman arcade game is there anymore either. Still, there is a reason the chain is still open. Fast enough and salty enough to keep you coming back for more. Sometimes convenience and speed wins over on a lazy Sunday night. read more

The previous reviews from other Yelpers were given to the old Burlington Pizza Hut location. This new location is about 3 years old and it's clean and the staff is very professional. It's now located in the Fox River Plaza. There's dining area, with the big screen TV to watch while you eat your pizza, or you can carry out. The menu is expanded best pasta, wings, and a large variety of pizza types. A very positive change for the pizza lover in all of us! read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would give negtive stars if I could. We ordered pizza for our night with our nephew. Found hair BAKED IN TO THE CHEESE. I called, was offered refund or remake then he told me to hang on... And then HUNG UP ON ME! called back and got Greg, who said the cook was calling me a liar, that they don't do refunds. Seriously? Greg was talking to us and we asked to get this sorted but he left the phone without telling us he was leaving and didn't come back for three minutes. Greg then called back and apologized. Thanks. We talked to Ken today, the GM. As my boyfriend was explaining this situation, he interrupted and said he couldn't do anything. He interrupted several times after that. He stated that it is policy that people on the phone are of low priority. Disgusting. Would he have walked away if we were in the building?? I paid money!! Over $20 for pizza we had to throw out. We were told to complete our surveys and as we did... One of the two codes was already used so we couldn't complain to corporate like they told us to. They're trying to cover their own... Terrible service. We ordered a pizza, some sides, and a bottle of Pepsi. Food showed up, soda didn't. Called to tell them, and got forwarded to a call center, before being hung up on. Called them again and got the actual store, they sent the driver back with the sodas. In the meantime, we opened the food and found that the pizza had virtually no sauce on it, and was barely cooked enough to melt the cheese. Crust was still white as a ghost. Called them again to let them know, and was put on hold while employee went to get manager. After about 20 seconds waiting on hold, they hung up on us again! Called back for a third time, and the same man answered. We told him our complaint, and about being hung up on, he offered us $20 in store credit. Our order was $37. He said they don't do refunds, didn't apologize. Said he could send out another order to us, but it would be about an hour and a half before we'd get it. Their store is 10 minutes from our address. This is ridiculous, hung up on multiple times, cold undercooked food, missing ingredients, and a lack of concern for any of their customers. Never ordering from here again. read more

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut in Burlington, was suppose to be $18.27. When they delivered it showed as a charge card of $14.16 which was supposed to be cash. We said that was not correct and gave the driver $23.00. The store then later called and said we only paid $8.00 which was what was wrote as tip due to the error and we said no we gave him $23. The manager said she would fix it. Then the delivery person came to the house at 11 pm when the delivery was at 6 to get more money...for the second time we called the store and said this is an error and they said they would tell the delivery driver to come back. We ordered a pizza for delivery, the person on the phone gave us a specific time when it would be delivered. ( 30 min). We received our order an hour and a half after ordering. My husband called when it was 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The person on the phone said the order was done and still there and the delivery person was out and couldn't tell us when they would be there. The person on the phone said they we're busy.......(well then don't say something is going to be delivered at a certain time unless you mean) the driver when he did get here only said the store was crazy....no offers of free anything or a sorry.......We have always had service issues with this store.....it's about time it changes. read more
