Damn!! Just got off the phone & a $20 2 pizza special totaled $39 after all the hidden fees? Wtf? I don't get it?

So I decided to give pizza hut a try after hearing awful stories about the place. I love stuffed crust pizza held up was great. Staff on the other hand usually is not bad i get my pizza and go on my way. The last time I came in there there was no one to be found for 15minutes but another customer eating. A young man came out from the back and he didn't know where anyone was and they must all be on a smoke break in the back. He was the nicest and most respectful person whos been in there kudos to you bud! Finally talked to the female team leader on duty who was extremely rude and had no cares in the world. Tried contacting the manager who didn't give a shit either and never returned my call. Haven't been since. You never get bad service at pizza factory. Looks like you should take the drive to the other side of town for better pizza. read more

This place was good for lunch. We had a salad buffet and theynwe got our pizza as well. Everything tasted pretty good.

My friend ordered food for us last night from here and it took them an hour and a half to bring the pizza. When the pizza man finally came the food was cold all of it and the pizza was incorrect. And I also got charge for extra cheese and extra sauce and didn't get that either the pizza was really dry. So she called them and all they could do was remake the food or give me $15 credit so now I had to wait another hour to get some food that should have been here 3 hours ago. So when the new pizza came it was cold as well and still look dry I will not be ordering from there again. Very dissatisfied read more

In the past month I tried to eat their pizza on two seperate occasions and both times it was disgusting! The first time I got the thin crust and it was so over-cooked that it had the texture of a saltine cracker. The second time we got a regular crust pizza that was greasy and lacking in any form of freshness. read more

We ate dinner and had AWFUL service. We had a kid with us so we asked when we sat down how long it would take and the server said 15 mins. There were only 2 other tables with people. It took 15 mins just to get the drinks! The pizza took 40 mins and it was not what we ordered! They sent it back and took another 20 mins to make another one which we took home in a to-go box. We also ate wings and someone else at the table got their pizza. They did nor charge us for the screwed up pizza but the server was rude and the manager was unapologetic. I have no idea how this location stays open. Whenever I bring my family there, half the time we're the only people there. And it still somehow takes 10 minutes to be waited upon and another 30 for the pizzas (or wings) to be made. Maybe it's a corporate location vs. a franchise...I'm not sure why they still have the buffet section, I don't think I've ever seen it open in about four years (although I have admittedly not gone by for lunch). The pizza is better than Papa John's but that isn't saying much. The wings are...okay. Prices keep going up while quality doesn't. That seems to be the story of restaurants in Carson City overall. read more

Poor customer service, sub par food. I already had a big order being delivered, I called just to order one extra item, a simple three dollar item. I was told if I ordered it would change our order completely and we would be charged the full price instead of the promo price. I told him I would just pay for this item separately and asked if it could be sent with our existing order which was just ordered a few minutes prior. I was told it was not possible and I would be charged 8 dollars to send it with my order. I would not recommend this place and I would stay away, there are way better pizza joints with way better customer service. read more

Ordered 2 medium pizzas to be picked up. When I arrived was greeted by lady who advised they were still in oven. Premises old and dated. Didn't look very clean. Bathroom smelled of sewage. Pizzas were just OK. Probably will not return. read more

I just had the Stuffed Garlic Knots Pizza. This culinary abortion consisted of a pizza, surrounded by fist sized dough-tumors. These tumors were, for all intents and purposes, little more than salt licks (although it would be animal cruelty to use them as such). I suppose I'm trying to say that the pizza was bad. REALLY bad. And 100% on par for the Carson City Pizza Hut. I won't be ordering from there again, although I eagerly await the day they'll be held accountable for the crimes-against-humanity they regularly bake up. read more

The people here are rude as hell, the drivers are nice, but when you talk to anyone in night crew they have rude attitudes and are just mean, it's like every time you go in there they don't want you there, it's never welcoming. read more

Manager told me I have credit when I went in to order other manager told me there's no credit after talking with her I over heard the manager brittney tell associate Monica that she was going to spit in my pizza when Monica tried to hand me the pizza I told her you right after what your manager said and Monica stated she cut the pizza her self. I then contacted district manager he said he would give me a 20 dollar credit but the manager is still there her name is brittney so WATCH OUT SHE WILL SPIT ON YOUR PIZZA. This particular Pizza Hut needs to be red taped by the health department. The only reason I order from this place is for the hot wings. This last time however sealed it for our family. Never again! Everyone got sick from the food and the pizza was so soggy it literally fell apart before hitting our mouths. Worst experience, placed order online called to make sure we got plates and ranch due to us being on vacation and staying at a hotel. I was advised they don't carry plates (which is a first for any Pizza Hut I have ever been too) and was told I would be charged for Ranch even though I got wings.. Kyle the manager on duty argued and cursed as well as yelled at me. I will never go to this store again, we have thrown out the pizza and decided to go to local place instead. Don't think the staff will be enthusiastic or that your pizza will be delivered promptly because it definitely won't be. The salad bar was so-so as was the pizza when it finally arrived. While waiting for what seemed like a couple days I carefully looked around at our surroundings. The booth cushion was patched and sunken in the middle. The blinds were no longer hanging straight across but instead were sinking in the middle and the dust on them had been there for much longer than it took to cook our pizza. Wife and I ordered two medium pizzas with breadsticks. the price was $22.00 and they didnt bring our breadsticks. We requested the driver to come back with our the breadsticks and called the store asking for a refund or an upgrade since we were being forced to wait another 20 minutes to get our appetizers. The Manager was very short and rude with us on the phone and refused a refund,credit, or upgrade for their mistake. When paying premium prices for pizza, We'd like to not wait an hour to eat the food we paid for. We could have eaten the pizza first, but given that we usually get the bread sticks to buffer our consumption of our pizza so that we may have left overs. This wasn't something we wanted to do just because they couldn't remember our order, even after being charged for it. If Pizza Hut makes a mistake, they are willing to lose a loyal customer over a few bucks. Don't eat here if you like feeling valued as a customer! Not to mention that while writing this review, we got our breadsticks, stiff and looking like the original ones made and left at the store when the rest of our order was being dropped off. Couldn't even cook us fresh ones????? bleh cant wait to see your chain go out of business! They always send out emails for discounts but they rarely work online. Several times I have tried ordering online and gotten no discount applied. When I called the restaurant and spoke to the supervisor (Walker) he hollered at me (very loudly) that if I couldn't order it online, I had to pay full price. How can I order it online when it doesn't work and I'm charged full price anyway? The last time I tried online ordering, this happened and the supervisor said it happens all the time. THEN EITHER FIX IT OR DON'T ADVERTISE A DISCOUNT. I see reviews from all over the US complaining about this company. I will never order from them again with the rudeness. So many complaints that you would think they would get someone friendly in there to run the place. The salad bar is usually closed, the service is porr and rarely do you see people eating in there. this place is so bad.. one of employ dont want to work late in night ...so whenever you call them late in night between 10:30 or 11:00.. they always out of stuff you wanted ..either they say oh we don't this item or the griller is been cleaned right now so cnt have any wings .. if you have timing till 11:00 open till 11 & clean the griller or oven lator on once you closed ... or else start closing early becausce doesn't make sense if you guys not gonna deliver why open till late close early ..clean the stuff n go home , don't just sit up there n eat their dollars out read more
