The salad bar is always fresh and veggies crunchy. I am not a fan of the pizza, sauce needs more seasoning. The crust is pretty good though. Service is quick and waitresses are friendly. I go for their salad bar honestly. I do think the quality of food has gotten better. I'm glad we gave it another try. read more

I found the place clean and the food at the buffet hot and fresh. I love to have the salad bar and pizza together. You also get dessert.

For the past month and half my son and I have been going to this location every Friday. So far so good. Minus this Friday (today 5/17/19) when we arrived they were not busy. We waited 15 mins for our check. At that point I asked for a to go box, after the waiter continuously walking around us, by us, I stood up and went to the counter and asked for a to go box..15 Mins after I asked for a to go box. I typically tip double my bill, this time it wasn't worth 5 dollars. Food was amazing as always. But this waiter needs to get his tables straight and get Some system down. A couple that came in 15 mins after us, left 2 mins after we did. All in all The service sucked this evening! read more

This Pizza Hut is considered by most as the 3rd Option for Pizza in Claremont. I totally agree with that assessment. The Claremont Pizza Hut is a solid Pizza Solution and i would even make it my #2 Choice instead of Dominoes. However, with their limited hours and lack of self interest, not to mention the use of the Sign Wearing Employee that is out on the road with the Buffet Sign. Pizza Hut could make themselves the #1 Pizza Hut in this area but that's "Management" issue. I hope they get serious. read more

Worst place I've ever seen, me and three friends stopped to use restroom and then when our 4th friend when in they turned him away. Worst service I've had, I am personally a server and am understanding. But, our server was slow, she didnt seem interested in being there. When we were ready to leave we waited for our server to come and ask if we needed anything else. She did not. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes before my friend got up and asked for a box. There was an employee on the phone and one sitting on the floor hiding behind the counter. She laughed when she saw my friend and gave him a box we had to assemble ourselves. Our server did not come and give us our check, we had to go back up to the counter. Again, the woman chuckled about it as I'm clearly annoyed about the situation. Needless to say they were careless. Mind you, we were the only customers in the dining area. I really want to give it a zero. I hope they get there crap together. I won't be going back. read more

All I wanted was the 12-16 Family Wing Deal (as advertised) for a casual and relaxed Sunday dinner with the kids. Unfortunately, and unlike the other Pizza Hut locations I've enjoyed, they do not offer delivery AT ALL. Which I must say, hurts their rating severely! Naturally being the optimist/mother-of-two that I am, I made the most level-headed decision: I must settle for the carryout. But much to my dismay, they do not offer the Family Wing Deal whatsoever. Worst experience at a Pizza Hut ever. Ordered 2 pizzas online and attempted pickup at the drive through window. Waited 10 minutes behind another vehicle that didn't appear to be getting service. I drove around and went inside thinking I might get faster service. The woman ahead of me at the drive through then decided to do the same thing. We both entered the door around the same time. I told her she could go before me. We were then both ignored by all of the staff inside. There was a waitress behind the counter punching in things on the register/computer. She said she couldn't help us because she was a waitress waiting on tables. The girl at the drive through window walked by and the other customer informed her we had been ignored at the drive through and she continued to ignore us and proceeded to wait on another customer who had just arrived at the drive through. The waitress was VERY rude and not at all apologetic about our wait. Kept rolling her eyes. Still being ignored, the other customer asked for a manager. No one went back to ask for the manager. So the other customer went to the kitchen doorway and SCREAMED "we need a manager!" One finally appeared. She was apologetic to the other customer, who was quite worked up. She had already paid when ordering much earlier so she took her name and phone # and promised to give her a discount. It was finally my turn to be waited on. I politely made it clear I had waited a long time in the drive through before driving around and then having to witness the blowup of the woman before me. She didn't offer me a discount or apologize for the delay. It took me 30 minutes to pick up pizzas that were just ok. Next time I'll support a local pizza place/small business. Avoid this place! Pizza is the usual Pizza Hut quality. Service is pretty decent. They messed up our order and ended up sending us home with an extra pizza to make up for it. Why am I giving them one star then? Because I got food poisoning from their salad bar! We went shopping after eating and within an hour I was racing to the store bathroom. My fiancé only had the pizza and breadsticks and was fine. Multiple stops on the way home and camping out in the bathroom at home for quite a while earned them a LOW rating from me. Go for the pizza, beware of the salad bar! read more
