We ordered three large pizzas, 2 with sausage. Unfortunately, we had guests that night and when everyone was served, I watched as they each took a bite of sausage pizza and held it away, smelled it, and then started picking the sausage off the pizza. When I asked what the problem was, they told me it was sour and tasted awful. We ended up throwing away all three pizzas. When my husband called the store to tell them all the woman said was oh I'll have to go check on that. Never an offer to refund or an apology. It was really terrible. I went through drive threw to pick up my food , we ordered 2 pizzas and wings , the guy with the big gauges in the drive threw window gave me a the stank face when I told him I only tip when I sit down and eat inside . He threw the card reader on the table and gave me my food . He said my ranch was inside my pizza box but all 4 were missing including all my extra add ons. I was upset after waiting for more than ten minutes without a single staff member acknowledging my existence. The assistant manager was incredibly rude, offered zero explanation or apology for what I felt was an excessive wait time for a simple carry out pickup. When I requested my 20%+ tip be refunded, she told me she did not need or want my tip. I then requested the GM's phone number, which she failed to give me. I understand a restaurant can easily be short handed and run behind some days. It has happened to me at this Pizza Hut many times, but never without an immediate (also kind & respectful) explanation and/or apology. I don't expect perfection every time. I do expect, at minimum, an explanation as to why service is subpar. I definitely do not expect to immediately be treated rudely by someone in management. read more

Everything was outstanding, and our server Georgina owns the dining room, she's very on point and chats with everyone even if she's swamped. Hadn't gotten Pizza Hut in a REALLY LONG TIME-so I was looking forward to the wonderful pan pizza crust they r known for- what a complete let down! Order 2 pan pizzas/ breadsticks & pasta- the pizza tasted NOTHING like the Pizza Hut pan crust I remember- dry crust - over cooked- way too much sauce on both pizzas -Pasta was just over cooked & looked several days old -I think they just added some cheese on top & reheated it. The Cheesy Breadsticks were burnt almost black- not just toasted- BURNED! We Spent $40 on terrible food- SO DISAPPOINTED I even tried to reheat the pizza for lunch the next day - NO ONE touched it-ended up feeding 90% of the meal to my dogs! I'll just stick with Dominos - which also mostly sux but they r still doing better than Pizza Hut - and that is really sad! BEWARE!!!! This has to ne the worst Pizza in the entire country. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 of them were not edible due to what we first thought were large chu ks of uncooked chicken but upon closer inspection we realized it was barely cooked fat chunks. Called the manager upon discovery and was told that is just how their bacon comes now and she wouldnt do anything about it. No remaking pizza or refund. Called the store back first thing this morning to talk to the manager David and got the same answer but he rold me i could call corporate or contact them online abd naybe that might belp them to get a new supplier. This Pizza Hut location is a joke. I order $200 worth of pizza a month and EVERY TIME, my order is WRONG. I have to go back, call the manager on duty who is never willing to make it right via a comp on their end. Tonight same thing. Returning breadsticks & pizza. Waiting 15 min for a new one & by the time it gets to our house the other (2) pizzas are ICE COLD. So if you want to WASTE $50 & ruin a family pizza night in, this location is for you. We were passing thru the area and decided to stop in to eat at this location. It was hotter inside than it was outside. It took over 30 min to get a large pizza, the salad bar needed to be restocked, and the server practically hovered over us. Thank goodness we will not have to return here. This restaurant has recently gone downhill. The service isn't good and neither is the food. I've always been a huge Pizza Hut fan, but recently our pizzas have been literally drenched in grease. I'm talking pick the slice up and it's totally soggy and grease is pouring off of it. It has made me sick several times because it was just so greasy. This has happened multiple times in the past few months. It doesn't seem to matter what type of toppings or crust we get. It's so nasty! First off when I get to a place where I would like to eat. I would like to be seated but the rude lady look at us like we were crazy. Then we told her we would like to split the check and she look at us like we wasn't speaking English. She gave us a dumbfounded look and asked if we were ready to order. When she was done taking our order we said thank you and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that we said thank you. We tried to get her attention to refill our drinks but she didn't even look at us. When we finally got our refills she only gave us one refill when we had four drinks. We finally gave up on being nice and told another employee that she was rude and we don't like her serving us. We finally got our food and she gave us the wrong order.
