For the past several weeks I have been getting a lettuce wrapped burger.. Most day they are REALLY GOOD. But I am sorry that wasn't the case today. Apparently the lettuse was extremely wet so the amount of water drounded out any taste the might might have had and ofcours the sauce was in a puddle in the paper wrap. This little misshap won't stop me from getting another lettuce wrap burger of sometype tomorrow. They did not offer any advice, as to the difference of each burger. So I asked for a cheese burger, what I received was a burger with a couple pickles , and a couple pieces of onion, some catsup. It was made the way they advertise but the meat is jaw-tiring workout to eat. It is full or ground-in grisel. Notice how long it take you to chew one of those burgers. I ordered the (not-so-famous) double star with cheese. Threw two-thirds of it in the thrash. The fact that they are closing stores left and right comes as no surprise. At this point it's my own fault for continuing to come here. How can this location remain so awful for such an extended period of time? They all got a $4/hour raise since my first review and yet the workers are all still incapable of getting an order right even with technological advancements making them nearly completely obsolete. At this point AI would be friendlier at the speaker, the app is more accurate at taking orders, all we need to do is get some kind of burger bagging robot that can check to make sure an order is correct and complete before handing it to a customer and we can eliminate all these workers and maybe even lower the price of a burger below $15. Yesterday I went to through the drive through and I gave the guy my debt card. While I was waiting I saw that he took a photo of my debt card and called him on it. He said he didn't but I saw it. I went inside and talked the the manager and they looked at the cameras. The said his body is in the way of this phone but it does look like he is taking a photo of it. We had a Great experience at the one in Palm Springs so we tried to give this one another chance. BIG MISTAKE. I don't know why this one continues to be bad. If you don't ask for ranch dressing for the Zucchini you don't get any. Food is standard for the chain but holy crap do they always mess up the order. Every single time, without fail, we have to return at least one thing that they got wrong. For some reason, a completely plain burger is confusing I guess? Whenever we order a normal sized burger, they give us a kid sized burger. We never get straws with the drinks we order and often don't receive any extra food that we paid for. For example, we ordered and paid for a cheesecake and didn't receive it. Before you drive away, make absolutely sure you received everything in your bag because if you don't, you'll be even more disappointed than you are about not getting what you paid for.
