Really disappointing experience. They got my order wrong and I had to go all the way back around. I ordered medium crisscut fries and got like five pieces. For the past several weeks I have been getting a lettuce wrapped burger.. Most day they are REALLY GOOD. But I am sorry that wasn't the case today. Apparently the lettuse was extremely wet so the amount of water drounded out any taste the might might have had and ofcours the sauce was in a puddle in the paper wrap. This little misshap won't stop me from getting another lettuce wrap burger of sometype tomorrow. They did not offer any advice, as to the difference of each burger. So I asked for a cheese burger, what I received was a burger with a couple pickles , and a couple pieces of onion, some catsup. It was made the way they advertise but the meat is jaw-tiring workout to eat. It is full or ground-in grisel. Notice how long it take you to chew one of those burgers. I ordered the (not-so-famous) double star with cheese. Threw two-thirds of it in the thrash. The fact that they are closing stores left and right comes as no surprise. At this point it's my own fault for continuing to come here. How can this location remain so awful for such an extended period of time? They all got a $4/hour raise since my first review and yet the workers are all still incapable of getting an order right even with technological advancements making them nearly completely obsolete. At this point AI would be friendlier at the speaker, the app is more accurate at taking orders, all we need to do is get some kind of burger bagging robot that can check to make sure an order is correct and complete before handing it to a customer and we can eliminate all these workers and maybe even lower the price of a burger below $15. This place is more expensive than many sit down restaurants and yet it's as clean as an AMPM restroom with staff that looks like they just wandered in from the methadone clinic messing up every order. Yesterday I went to through the drive through and I gave the guy my debt card. While I was waiting I saw that he took a photo of my debt card and called him on it. He said he didn't but I saw it. I went inside and talked the the manager and they looked at the cameras. The said his body is in the way of this phone but it does look like he is taking a photo of it. But they wouldn't do anything or apologize. This is not okay and I had to go home and cancel my card. Beware that there are employees here trying to steal card information. Awful service by cashier. I was ordering and I asked him if he could open the restroom for my mother who is 60 years old. He said he couldn't because I had to order first. When clearly I was in line already ready to order. He got passed off saying it's policy, but come on dude. I am ordering, will it kill you to open the restroom. We had a Great experience at the one in Palm Springs so we tried to give this one another chance. BIG MISTAKE. I don't know why this one continues to be bad. If you don't ask for ranch dressing for the Zucchini you don't get any. We were so impressed with the new fish sandwich at the other Carls that we stopped to pick a couple of fish sandwiches closer to home. I have attached photos because this was just wrong! We went from enjoying our well made sandwich before to this flattened dry wanna be sandwich. you could clearly tell it was a reheated sandwich. This Carl's is clearly not up to par. The burger's we got the last time were same thing only cold. That was the reason we drove to Palm Springs and decided to get the new sandwich there. Food is standard for the chain but holy crap do they always mess up the order. Every single time, without fail, we have to return at least one thing that they got wrong. For some reason, a completely plain burger is confusing I guess? Whenever we order a normal sized burger, they give us a kid sized burger. We never get straws with the drinks we order and often don't receive any extra food that we paid for. For example, we ordered and paid for a cheesecake and didn't receive it. Before you drive away, make absolutely sure you received everything in your bag because if you don't, you'll be even more disappointed than you are about not getting what you paid for.
