I travel around and this is by far the worst subway i've been to. This Subway is responsible for me never wanting to eat subway again. Yeah , I stop going to subway because you guys kept cancelling my order without telling me. So I would show up at subway and they would look at me like i'm stupid. And when I show them the receipt they say sorry we got nothing for you. So I said this is the right location. May I please just get the food I paid for. They said no. They said this always happens with mobile orders and online orders. So I just give up. Haven't eaten a Subway in 5 years. Despite my warning, my neighbor decided to make an online order. And the same thing happened to him. It's crazy to me that in 5 years. They still haven't been able to figure out how to do mobile/ online orders. They messed up on my sandwich. I ordered online a footlong Philly cheese steak sandwich , they gave me a meatball sandwich. I specifically indicated no mayonnaise, they put blobs of mayonnaise. I requested mustard and sricha , spinach, jalapenos, oil vinegar but none in sandwich. Yesterday I had ordered two sandwiches via the subway website specifically, ordering some ingredients and omitting others both sandwiches were made incorrectly. The amount of turkey in the turkey sub was embarrassingly small calling the store via the website phone number provided you get a message that the phone has been disconnected, on the receipt is the most current phone number which I did call and I complained about the order. Their answers were less than satisfactory. There's a lot of competition for fast food order business. This place will not be getting any more of mine. read more

Ok only two choices of bread. Fine. Everyone is wearing a mask except the guy making my sandwich of course. No hair net as well and he had bushy uncombed hair. Sneezes while making my sandwich. I do not recommend this location if you are looking for good service. I originally called to order and the rudest young guy answered and I was told that if I couldn't order online then he doesn't know how to help me. He would not take my order over the phone for pick up. So I went in to order, and he was the one who helped me and continued his awful customer service. This kid just rushes you through, doesn't want to hear what you have to say prefers to make the sandwich sloppy rather than how I am asking for My sandwich to be made. Note to the manager, you might want to speak to your employee Adrian who worked at 3pm on Sunday 1/23 about how he speaks to customers. All your employees tht day are too busy talking in the back to give good customer service. Several weeks ago I ordered the chicken,bacon, ranch sandwich and it was so awesome I was raving about it. The chunks of chicken were moist and juicy. I ordered it for lunch today and it was horrible. No chunks of chicken, just dried shards. It was as if they ran out of chicken and scooped up the dried bits on the bottom of the pan. I will never order this again. I would not go to the store to get it if they were giving it away for free. Be careful of what you order here. I came here about 6 times over the course of 9 days while doing a job in the area. They were usually packed when I came in (which is a good sign for a restaurant, in my opinion) so I started calling my order in and they would have it ready to go when I got there. They always put a nice helping of avocado for me (which I appreciate because I hate getting skimped on something I'm paying extra for) and my sandwich wasn't ever soggy or gross. There isn't a restroom which is bummer but, hey, tons of small places don't have one. They make up for it with good food and welcoming employees. Worst customer service ever! After attempting to place my order online for over 20 minutes and several things not working such as it would not let me build my own sandwich I called the store and told them I would just like to order over the phone. The manager told me to just place my order and in the comments to tell the that I wanted my sandwich differently. They wouldn't just take my order over the phone. So again I tried the online precess and did what was suggested and the app wouldn't accept my payment information. I then decided I would just go into the store as that seemed like the easier option. I arrived in the store and there was one customer at the end paying and walking out so I stood under the "order here" sign waiting for someone to help me. There were four workers standing at the front two of them were making subs for online order I assume as I was the only customer in the store, and there was one person standing at the register doing nothing and another one standing behind her doing nothing. So the girl standing behind the cashier says we will be right with you and continues to do nothing. The other two people finish making subs and start up a conversation about how old one another are meanwhile they start making more subs for something else and I'm still waiting patiently for them to help me. Another couple of minutes pass and someone from the back of the store comes out and goes hi has anyone helped you, I said no and apparently they don't want to. I turned around and left. Since when is online orders more important than the customers who are right in front of you? Seriously these workers need some more training because that is not how you run a business! They failed when I called, they could have just taken my order over the phone, then they failed again when they made me wait there while workers just stood around and did nothing. read more

The store and food itself is perfectly average. The feedback is for the staff. I went in on a busy lunch rush during the week. There was 5 construction workers ahead of me and a drug addict (who was high) at the front of the line. As socially uncomfortable it was to endure the drug addict's transaction ordering food, the workers all handled themselves exceptionally well. Eventually, the line moved, and I got my order. So, my compliments to the staff who handled an awkward situation as well as possible. =-) read more

Ordered cookies and asked if they were fresh and soft and was told YES! They had 5 employees in there of which only 1 had any personality. Got home with my food and the bread was clearly not fresh and was hard. The ends were like croutons. Picked out the meat and cheese and tossed the bread. Attempted to eat my cookies and those went into the trash as well! Very frustrating to try to eat this horrible food while a "EAT FRESH AT SUBWAY commercial is on my T.V. Grrrrr.
