Easy location to get to from the Best Western hotel just up the road and right next to a little shop with great ice cream (covered in another review). Pleny of parking. Staff was very nice, quick and efficient. Had a two-item medium hand tossed pizza that came with bread sticks, Pizza was excellent but the bread sticks where a little on the dry side, while not to my liking spouse though they were good. Along with the unbelievably ridiculous service I received once I arrived at this restaurant of horrors, the food I ordered online was either horrible, or unavailable. I had ordered garlic knots and the big chocolate chip cookie on the 2 for $5+ deal, a large, 3 topping stuffed crust pizza, and cinnimon bread for my birthday. I was not made aware until after I arrived that the garlic knots were unavailable, because the establishment was sold out. This was a bit of an inconvenience, as we were traveling and picking up this pizza was just supposed to be a quick stop in-between points A and B, hence why I ordered 45 minutes in advance. But wait, there's more! The hardest part, though, of the ordeal was trying to get a replacement for above mentioned garlic knots! It was beyond a joke and I ended up getting charged $7 MORE, yes MORE for a SALAD, instead of the darn bread my nightmares on now made of!! Attempting to explain basic addition, subtraction and "equal to" math skills to these 2 "Valued Pizza Hut employees" that evening (Not high school age either... I'm talking GROWN adults here!) was like trying to explain to my 3 year old why electronics don't take baths... Seems simple enough, wouldn't you think?! Nope!!! I finally paid the extra money just to get out of there before I lost my temper, which I still feel was warranted given the situation. But wait! That's not all folks... We finally relented back to the comfort of our vehicle to enjoy our exceedingly expensive meal of American Pizza to only be disappointed again and AGAIN! Extra sauces we ordered and paid for?? Not there! Pizza? Cold and... Sticky?? How does one screw up a pizza so bad that it isn't doughy, but an odd, almost unnatural sticky texture that still somehow lacks the least bit of flavor, except the faint taste of cardboard from the box this poor little critter was laid to rest in?? I still don't know... Nothin' but talent, I guess ‍‍ My "prepackaged" $12 salad was mushy, almost slimy, and far from fresh, especially the added vegetables. The tomatoes were well past their prime and the croutons were somehow stale, yet chewy... Another trick the talented 2 Pizza Hut employees back at base must have conjured up when they should have been watching the food they were responsible for, or making hand puppets This was a series of very unfortunate events that could have easily been prevented if... A) I had went somewhere, ANYWHERE else B) The 2 ADULT employees performed a fraction of their JOB... Which includes: Attend the store and its customers Prepare the already nearly prepared food for said customers Don't screw up and charge the customer over double for your own mistakes Had either of these employees done even ONE of the above mentioned suggestions, I would not be here writing my review to all of you lovely, hopefully not Kemmerer, Wyoming bound for pizza, people. read more

The Pizza Hut website's "Contact us" is not working so I will post a review here in hopes that the employees get the recognition they deserve. This is for Shelby and the rest of the staff working at the Diamondville, WY store on June 2nd. We called to place an order for two pizzas and wings just before closing. I assumed they would be annoyed because it was late and they probably were looking forward to going home. But Shelby was very polite and happy over the phone. When we got there after closing (so sorry) they were still all smiles. Pizza Hut in Kemmerer still does not allow dine in as an option. It's July 2021, and everywhere else is allowing dine in. I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere. read more

Food is usual PH fare. Service is a joke. I just lost 2/3 of my meal because someone cleared my table while I used the restroom. Did they offer any sort of service recovery? They did not. There aren't many alternatives in this small town, but I will be choosing another place for food in future. read more

ordered a pizza that was mediocre, then visited there salad bar, frozen veggies and icy hard boiled eggs? in addition if the veggies werent frozen they looked like they were cooked in hot water then cooled and set out resulting in soggy lettuce absolutly disgusting the only thing i found good on that salad bar was a serving of chocolate pudding. fix that and you will have an amazing experience read more
