Stopped by for lunch with hubby. Although the restaurant wasn't crowded, we waited several minutes before someone came to the wait stand to seat us. She seemed rushed but took our drink order & disappeared. It was about 7 or 8 minutes before we got our drinks. We finally placed our order once both drinks arrived. I got a Supremo sandwich which came with fries. Hubby got the Meat Lover's Melt. Our food came out in about 15 minutes. Our server didn't return to refill our drinks. She did drop off our check after about 25 minutes. Hubby said his melt was okay. The Supremo sandwich was not great. I wouldn't order it again. The fries were good though. It hasn't got any better here since the last review from 27 days ago we came here for lunch. It's very loud no one here to greet. You seems to be only one person working need to hire more people so Pizza Hut doesn't look stupid. it's not the waitresses fault. She's doing the best she can. It's the management's fault. read more

They cannot get an order right no matter what. Ask for extra cheese, you get minimal cheese. Ask for light sauce, you get too much sauce. Ask for pepperoni and sausage, you get beets and hard-boiled eggs (that last one is an exaggeration to make a point). Not enough staff. TV did not work. $41 for a pizza and breadstick 3 drinks. The place was clean. Tables uneven. Wouldn't let us use a booth as those sections where not open. Like it mattered any ways there was no one in the restaurant. Also about a month or 2 prior I ordered Pizza Hut via app it never came so I called and they had no drivers. Omg why offer delivery if it's not available. Okay so they gave me a discount and I went to get it fine but at least let me know. Been a fan of Pizza Hut for long time. They are hard to find. The one in Eaton, Ohio is the WORST!! Management is terrible. Just when I think I'll give them another chance, it's worse the next time. Enough is enough. Manager on duty thinks she can talk to her customers like they are trash, is not okay. Then when you try to call the corporate, you can't get through. The service is decent and the pizza is always hot and crisp! Usually, they aren't very busy, so it's worth dining in! I have never eaten from the salad bar, primarily because I want pizza when I go, but it also is a little sad- doesn't look too fresh. I highly recommend the breadsticks! read more

Walked in was greeted by Charlotte right away, also had my pizza to my table in like 12 mins. The pizza was hot and fresh and Charlotte was on it with refills and a box and bag. I order a 49.00 order online and they messed up one of my pizzas and told me they would send me a couple coupons for the problem the only thing is I'm still waiting on them and this was 2 months ago! My mom and I went in to to order two separate orders. Aside from the fact we stood at the register a good five minutes minutes before anyone acknowledged us even being there, they took her order and then the young man just walked off leaving me standing there with my money in hand ready to place my order. I stand there a minute or two with people walking by, no one asks me if I need help or is there a problem. My mom flagged someone down and says someone needs to take my order or give her her money back. The the who walked off in the beginning was walking around on his cell phone. The biggest joke is he was the manager on duty! Plus the guy in the back had his face mask pulled down past his chin. 28 minutes later we get our chicken wings. Did I mention I didn't get a receipt. It's Pizza Hut so no great expectations. The service is generally good, though there have been nights where I have walked out after waiting 5 minutes to be seated. But if they make a mistake with you order they do make it right. The food is so so, but it's over processed fast food so you can't expect artfully prepared food. Where do I begin on this place. My family goes there every year around the same time, and I have a fairly large family. The service is slow. There was one time, we didn't even get seated and the restaurant was completely empty. I ordered wings I waited, and waited, 45 minutes later there they were. To no shock freezing cold wings. Terrible management! We had a death in our family and we had family at our house that we wanted to feed. When I called to place a large order I was told that I could not swap out the pasta for cinnamon sticks in one of their family box meals. Really? I would think it would be cheaper for them to make that swap. I asked to speak with the manager. I explained our situation to the manager and she also told me no. She was rude and unsympathetic. Even though I was upset I continued with my order. I then tried to order wings and she told me no because what I was trying to order was only an online deal. You would think at this point she would tell me what deals I could order but she didn't. She was very unkind and unsympathetic and because of how she treated me she passed up on a large order for her business! I will never again order from this Pizza Hut. read more

Love the new crusts! LOVE the $10 build your own pizzas! I do however hate the sauce they use it's way to sweet I like Cassano's sauce WAY better! Pizza hut food is pretty good and has really nice cheap options compared to the other pizza places in town. It's no Cassano's but way cheaper and the pizza is pretty good! I hated it when I was younger because my parents would always get the pan pizza and the crust was ALWAYS almost raw in the middle of the pizza! It just doesn't bake right with the sauce and topping on it for some reason it's fine on the outside but the inside it's like raw dough. The other kinds of crust are fine though but it saddens me cause I love the flavor of the pan pizzas but not the doughy crust on the top side of the pizza. Maybe they should par bake the crust first before they add the sauce and toppings and then bake it. read more
