While waiting, I suppose the store manager told one of the three workers to lock all the doors and that they'd have to go behind each customer to lock the door back once they left. That was strange to me. Our order was finally placed at 6:45PM, and our number was called at 6:12PM. I don't understand why the wait was so long; they had plenty of chicken and constantly brought out trays of it to place in the warmer. We went up to the counter to pick up our food and stood there for 6 minutes, and I finally said very nicely, "Ma'am, did you call 3287"? She then looked at me, rolled her eyes, and rudely said, "I did." She then put the bag on the counter with a slight attitude. I didn't under that, but I let it slide. Maybe she was tired because she complained to another customer about having to drive back to Petersburg, VA, where she lives. I checked my order to ensure it was correct and left.
