My biggest complaint would be the new buns for the burgers that both my father and I received. The manager sat at a table and drank three wines, and two of the waitresses stood in front of our table dancing, preventing us from watching the concert. I planned our 20th anniversary party at Aquaterra and it was a luncheon. We had seven people and it was a beautiful setup, we sat outside overlooking the golf course, they have a new menu. I wouldn't say a lot of new items but they have a new menu. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and that was very good, but this review is about the server. Matthew. I'm going to start with a positive...the food was quite spectacular! We were a party of 12 and everyone ordered something different. ALL of the commentary was ultra positive...great presentation and everything was super tasty! I had the prime rib dip sandwich and my husband had the patty melt- both were amazing! The only slight negative was that the fries were sorta mediocre but the Cole slaw was yummy! The biggest issue was service. There were only 2 girls serving and they were run ragged. They did their absolute best but WHY on a weekend when they know they have at least one large wedding party booked AND they have all the golfers who will be coming in after 18 holes would they not prepare better?? I got great service from the bartender Mike, the older white dude who might be new because I hadn't seen him last year when I stopped in a few times. He was very personable and attentive with my group. I got a couple Jack and Coke's and some appetizers. Came here for my grandmothers birthday for a 1PM reservation. We were promptly seated and the staff was very accommodating to my elderly grandparents. The highlight of the meal was the service. I ordered the Drive-In Burger and added avocado and bacon to it. When it arrived I was quite bummed to not see the most fresh avocado placed on top. It was still okay to eat but definitely never preferred. Overall the meal was decent. My grandparents were happy and that's what mattered most on this day. Went there on a Saturday for lunch. Here's the thing: they serve breakfast until 10, then it's the lunch menu. No brunch. But we did order a bottle of Prosecco and a side of juice and made our own mimosas! We ordered the French dip sandwiches and they were large enough to bring home half for another meal later. They were out of it, but tasted us on 4-5 others candidates, and we finally decided on a Viognier from Santa Barbara. Wine prices are quite fair. Ordered Vege burger and fish tacos, both very good, French fries came with burger and were delightful as well. Service was excellent, and overall. My family and I had a reservation at 11AM the morning after a family member of ours got married. We've had the reservation for about a week and were told that we were able to split the bill in four. Upon arrival we were ignored by multiple staff members, and once we were acknowledged, we were taken to a large table left by ourselves. It took about 20 minutes for any server to ask us what we wanted to drink & another 10 minutes for us to order. Once we started ordering, both servers were adamant at the fact that we could only split the bill into two, which they had to speak to the owner about and clarify the lack of communication. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes for food to come out which was amazing however, it was coming out in random orders and at one point five of our guests, out of a party of at least 15, did not have their meals, two of which were small children under the age of six. The servers are incredibly rude, the service is atrocious. One of the guests had to wait so long for the food that they opted to take the whole meal off in total and not eat. It's such an unfortunate circumstance that a place with great food has such a terrible, awful service. 10/10 would not recommend and I really wish we had a better experience. We have also requested for a manager twice and each time we were deliberately ignored. read more

My husband golfs at the course where the restaurant is located and had heard it had reopened. We decided try it on a Tuesday because we saw they had prime rib. When called in the order they advised the prime rib was only served Wednesdays. It was served with mashed potatoes, asparagus and carrots. It was a good meal. We had also tried the fish and chips. The fish was a huge fillet which was good quality. The fried chicken and waffles was good. The waffles has a sweet crispy taste. They served with a sweet & spicy syrup . I didn't care for it but wanted to try. They served Gravy as well. I ate that separate. Overall would come again. Not pictured was the prime rib nachos. This place is a joke. They close at 7pm on the dot everyday of the week and sometimes earlier if they feel like it. I went in there tonight at 6:55 pm for dinner and drinks and the place was packed but not accepting anyone after 7 even though the business seemed to be thriving. This restaurant obviously isn't concerned about making money or taking care of the local community. This is the 4th time I've showed up here at dinner time and they're closing. My bottom line is don't waste your time going there unless you show up at 3 pm. read more
