1/17/25 wow!!! The place was deserted in the parking lot was empty. Back in the dark ages I worked at Pizza Hut and lunch was beast mode! This place gave me going out of business vibes. I got a personal pan pizza it was ok but not much flavor and not how I remembered. Got a large mushroom thin n crispy and breadsticks. The mushroom pie tastes thankfully a little better than it looks but there was barely any sauce on it. The breadsticks were mediocre. I wouldn't bother to come back. Waste of 33$. The dining room was dark and they said it would open soon(?) I was there around 1:30. I really wish I would have kept Pizza Hut as a pleasant memory because this experience was poor. Our last app order was not successful. Although we paid for pizza and wings, it turned out that there was no way of knowing that the actual restaurant was not even open yet. My husband (after spending about 70 min waiting) drove to Pizza Hut and had to wait in line to get a refund. I hope this was a one time occurrence. we are regulars. my likes their stuff crust bacon chicken ranch pizza. she uses the coupons which makes our order affordable. and if they mess up our order, the staff there is nice to us and remakes a pie for us at a later date. now that's great customer service and that's how you retain customers. other stores/companies should take note. great customer service. read more

I love Pizza Hut! I'm rarely disappointed. I have noticed their pizza's are getting smaller. A large pizza is more like a medium. So I'm a little annoyed at that. They probably have a ton of boxes to get rid of but you probably wouldn't notice the size difference if there wasn't so much space in the box. It literally looks like a medium pizza in a large box. And why do I have to give a tip? I order it on the app, they make it, I pick it up. They don't bring it to a table and all the other eat in services, so why should I have to tip? Door dash delivers but Pizza Hut charges a $4.99 delivery fee. WTF? read more

This is the closest thing, to Pizza Huts back in the day. We would all share a pan pizza, sodas, and on the checkerboard red and white table cloths. Times have changed, as a lot of them were struggling. It was a lot of fun to show my son a trip into nostalgia from previous years. So relieved it's here. This is fancier than what I remember. The chairs are extremely comfortable. A bigger table might be an options, but that's up to ownership. I liked them though, and a clean restaurant. The food is always good here. I've never had a complaint orders are always accurate. Staff is very friendly actually help me get a discount. The one day I would highly recommend visiting this place. Apparently, Pizza Hut no longer is interested in doing business with people who want to make a telephone order. They do not have a phone number on their website. It is impossible to find a telephone number on their website. The number you can find is not a number for ordering pizza. I think everyone who does not want to have to go online to order things should start boycotting businesses who are marginalizing people without computers, or who don't want to have to fight with a computer to get a simple order. I NEVER write 1 star reviews but my experience her was the worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to call ahead and they never answered their phones. When I showed up to order at the counter, I was never greeted and inquired about calling ahead. Shane said that they were probably just not answering their phones. When I inquired about specials he rattled off a 2 pizza deal and their $5 menu. I then asked about a deal that I saw online. He said oh we don't honor that here. Monday June 5th, we had an unexpected visit to an emergency vet nearby. After a long stretch of stressful hours, it was 20mins until 10 and the quickest place still "open". The tall young man with glasses looked to almost be locking the door, but saw me and let me come in to place a new order. He could have easily said they were closing, yet called back to a coworker to help make our pizza, boneless bites, and dessert. Not only did he aid this single mom to feed her tired teenager, he gave a hint to sprinkle salt on our brownie dessert. All while asking how our pup was doing. The food was enjoyed and the kindness so needed! He even walked our meal to the door and sent us back on the half hour drive with plates, forks, and napkins. (Not knowing it was a longer drive, he just genuinely stepped in) What a truly wonderful gesture, wish I had gotten his name. The restaurant was mostly empty, and the lunch buffet was just wrapping up (bummer for me). I saw one person behind the counter and one waitress, and had to wait an unusually long period of time to be seated. Some tables were still dirty, and my table needed a wipe down before being seated. The pizza and breadsticks were good, but the place is dirty, first off the plates are only cleaned on one side, the salad looked like a health hazard, bathrooms are dirty and the hand dryer does not work and the benches have a ton of grease on the top of them. This place isn't very clean. We decided to eat in since we haven't done that at a Pizza Hut in many years. Well, the table was sticky which grossed me out right off the bat. We also requested a highchair and a personal pet peeve of mine is broken straps on them. Well sure enough, the buckle was broken on the one we were given. Anyone who has a young child knows you need those buckles or else your kid will try to jump out. The bathrooms were also less than desirable. The hand dryer didn't work in the women's room and the room was just generally filthy. As for the food you can expect normal Pizza Hut quality. We got the cheesesticks as an appetizer and they were great. The pizza is about all that's good at this place. If you are considering eating here you are better off doing takeout. read more

One star is still very generous here!! A trip here with kids for pizza & wings was met with disappointments to a point I had to exit the premises without their service. When we walked in, we were well received & shown to our table. The young attendant said she'll be right back, off she joined other uniformed employees fixing a Christmas tree at the corner. Across from our table, two different tables had been used earlier & had the left overs uninvitingly there. My son and I excused ourself & headed for the restroom. One gentleman at the only other occupied table interrupted me to warn me of the filth & a paddle of water stagnant on the bathroom floor. I still proceed & witness the myself what the gent has informed me!! On our return from the restroom, the rest of my family had been served drinks, the two tables were still filthy. After a brief conversation with my wife, we cancelled the order, paid for the drinks. " I hope you're receptive to constructive criticism" I told the same lady at the checkout "your restroom is filthy, filthy tables left unattended and you guys are assembling a Christmas tree" she apologized as I left. Sadly this is the only Pizza Hut near me. It is easily the worst pizza place I've dealt with. Multiple times I've called or tried to order on line and even though they are open it says they are not taking orders. Wtf is that garbage. One time I ordered delivery and they told me it's either be 2hrs till the pizza came or I could pick it up in half an hour. So I picked it up 30-35mins later and got a cold gross pizza. Stopped for the buffet and was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and on the ball. The buffet had a good variety of pizza-- different toppings as well as different crust types. They also had a small but sufficient salad bar. The restaurant wasn't packed at all, but the servers made sure to keep an eye on the buffet to make sure items were adequately stocked. I also observed as they came around to the various tables to make sure drinks were being replenished. The one server even went as far as to announce the new pizzas she was bringing out, which I thought was really nice. All in all, I found my experience at this Pizza Hut to be a pleasant one, and I would definitely recommend it, especially for the week day lunch buffet! read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Up until today, we ordered from here regularly for delivery, usually. After my experience this evening, I will no longer order from this particular location again. I ordered our pizza online at 4pm. I'm familiar with online orders and how they sometimes take a while to show up on the other end. The cooks then have to make the pizza and there's a full process involved. Of this, I am FULLY aware and I'm usually a patient person by nature. After an hour of waiting, I called to check on the pizza and was told the person delivering the pizza had been out on deliveries for a while and we should be receiving our food soon. Another hour passes with no food. We call to check again and are told he has several deliveries and their average delivery time is an hour. We explain that it had been TWO full hours since we placed our order. Another hour passes, making this 3 hours with no food. Finally, our pizza arrives and it is the wrong pizza. What's more, is the box our wings were in was completely crushed as if tons of things had been piled on top of it. The food was gross, soggy, and cold. If you are looking for a quick solution for dinner, you'll need to order around breakfast time or just pick a different location/restaurant. Believe me, it's NOT worth the trouble! read more

More people tend to take out here. So grabbing a table on a Friday night is a bit easier than most places. Like others in the chain, it is quite casual and offers pizza and a few pasta dishes. Went here with a group. Wasn't my first choice, but the other people were hungry right then, and I went along with their decision to go here instead of the other restaurants at this exit. The service was fair to good, nothing overwhelmingly bad or good. Two of our party split a pizza, the third had a salad, and I ordered the Meaty P-zone. There were a couple orders of breadsticks ordered too. The irony is, the reason we stopped here is because one person was in the mood for wings, which nobody ended up ordering because of the price. The food arrived quickly, which was good because we were on our way to a job. Of course, since it was 3:30 and we were between lunch and supper, there was no reason it shouldn't have. The P-zone was delivered with no sauce whatsoever. It was OK having the different meat fillings, but I probably would have liked the regular one better with a mix of veggies, meat and cheese. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to! I can not emphasize enough how much of a bad experience we have had here. I ordered wings and a medium pizza and when I opened the box for the pizza the cheese was all over the box and the wings I had ordered were uncooked and pink! if I didn't cut the chicken in half and if I just had bitten into it I would have seriously gotten sick! When I went to show them this they fought with me and threw my money all over the counter! They did not answer the phone after at least 10 rings. After hanging up I remembered this happened once before. At that time I called multiple times and no one answered so I went to another restaurant. This time after a 3rd try I finally got someone. Ordered a large pepperoni. She asked what kind of crust - I told her I did not want anything very thick and not anything very thin. She suggested a pan pizza I took her recommendation. The parking lot was completely empty. Why did it take them so long to pick up the phone? They Obviously were not that busy, so what was the staff doing? When I saw the pizza box - it certainly did not look like a large. So, we have had more than one bad experience at this location, but tonight was the worst experience we've ever had getting food ANYWHERE! As I'm sure you all know, throughout a lot of our area, there are major power outages after Hurricane Sandy. Because of this, the few places that are opened with power have been very busy. I understand this. Being busy, however, does not excuse an employee in the customer service field screaming at a customer and flipping her off. They were out of pretty much everything except medium pizzas, wings & bread sticks, so this is what we ordered. Manager Daniel, or "Dan" as his name tag said was on the register. We ordered a medium cheese pizza, an order of bread sticks, a 2-liter, and two orders of wings. One order was boneless honey bbq and the other was regular "bone-in" buffalo wings, both with blue cheese. We had to keep repeating our order over and over and over. At this time, we were the only customers there, other than two tables in the dining room. We were overcharged for our wings, which wasn't a huge deal, but it definitely added to what came next. My fiance went into the bathroom while we were waiting, and while he was in there, we got our order. I started checking our food, and the first thing I checked was wrong. The buffalo wings were boneless. Fine, whatever, I figured I would just let "Dan" know so that it would be corrected. I told him, and at first he just stared at me. I told him again, the wings were supposed to be normal wings with a bone. Dan proceeded then to argue with me. He started saying that my fiance told him boneless, which he did not. He kept arguing with me, which eventually became him yelling at me. He repeated something for the third time about most orders taking an hour and a half throughout the day and I said "Yes, I know. You've already "F-ing" said that like three times!" Then he told me that he wasn't going to have the wings corrected (which was already apparent to me when he just kept arguing) and that I can call and make a complaint if I wanted. He wouldn't give me a number to get in contact with the store's GM or any number for that matter, but kept telling me to "call and make a complaint!" Then he flipped me off and walked away so I said "Oh really?! Well "F" you too!" Then my fiance came out of the bathroom and I was almost in tears over the situation. I told him that "manager Dan" flipped me off and my fiance started asking the guy(Dan) what the hell was going on. Then "manager dan" started threatening to call the police on us! A mounty or whatever("policeman" in green) came in to pick up an order for himself and was telling us to leave.... He wouldn't let us explain to him what was going on, he just told us to leave....
