Yeah , cold pizza delivery !!!

We ordered 2 medium pizzas at approximately 4:15-4:20. Told 40-45 minutes. At 5:10 called them cause no pizza. Was told any second was short of drivers. Okay why not tell me that when I ordered instead of giving me cold limp pizza ?? They aren't 5 minutes from our house. Trying to keep delivery people with a job and we tip well. Called and talked to Noah. Very nice and understanding. This happened to us before, told we would get a credit but when we ordered they had NO record of the credit. Noah assured me this time on our next order we would get our credit. If this happens again, no more Pizza Hut !! Only Oleys. I even requested to chop the chicken smaller on the pizza. Nope big chunks. Thank you Noah for trying to make things right. It is appreciated. This is a treat to eat out for us abd many others. We shall see. Thank you delivery Lady for wearing a mask.

We had Pizza Hut just a while ago on Friday and it was delicious! Here's a picture of the thin crust pizza that we got!

Black broccoli ends, again and again. The salad bar needs improvement. Prices reasonable, but be careful using coupons. I had a coupon for $5 items, but they applied it only once. I did catch that until home. The coupon did state multi items it could be used.

Great salad bar with plenty of fixins. The variety of pizza selections is wonderful.

I've been eating at this restaurant for more than 35 years. This wasn't just another place to grab…read morea meal--it was one of my favorite restaurants and a place I recommended to friends and family without hesitation. That's what makes its decline so frustrating to watch. For what feels like a year or so now, every problem is met with the same explanation: "Sorry, it's a new person in the kitchen." At some point, that excuse stops being believable. Constant turnover isn't bad luck--it's a sign that something is fundamentally wrong. The food quality has become wildly inconsistent. On my latest visit, the fries were so undercooked that some were essentially raw potatoes. The boneless wings were dry and overcooked to the point of being tough. The bone-in wings were questionable enough that I lost my appetite. The best word I can use to describe the meal is simply: ick. The servers deserve better. They work hard, stay professional, and often seem stuck apologizing for problems they didn't create. What concerns me most is the management. On multiple visits, I've watched the manager Josh speak down to employees in a way that no customer should be hearing and no employee should have to endure. I've seen staff members visibly upset and even reduced to tears. When customers can hear employees being talked down to, there is a leadership problem. The owner needs to pay attention. When employees leave, new kitchen staff constantly rotate through, customers hear the same excuses over and over, and food that was once consistently excellent becomes a gamble, the problem isn't the newest person in the kitchen. The problem is the culture being created by management. After 35+ years as a loyal customer, this is not a review I ever expected to write. What was once one of the most reliable restaurants in town now feels like a business surviving on its reputation while quality, morale, and standards continue to decline. The saddest part is that I remember how good this place used to be.

You almost need a map (see picture) to figure out how to get there. Getting there requires you to wind behind the Kroger strip mall, thru a round about and then through an apartment complex. This Outback meets the Outback expectations. Same look, feel, decor and menu. The team was very friendly and helpful. The manager escorted us to our table and then proceeded to point out the $10 take-home-entree menu. Our waitress, Maria, did a great job serving us and pacing our dinner experience. The place is large and clean. They have a smaller but attractive bar area. The complimentary table bread is a dark brown honey wheat bread. It was served slightly warm with a plain butter. The bread is slightly sweet, soft but firm and a bit chewy. Nice start! The menu is very large - lots of food and drink selections. It can be a bit difficult to navigate since it is so large. Something for everyone at pretty reasonable prices. My side house salad was very attractive, fresh and tasty. It has a nice variety of side vegetables and crunchy garlic flavored croutons. The honey mustard must be house made as it has a nice mustard zip taste. My wife had the 6 ounce center cut sirloin with a sweet potato. The steak was cooked to expectations, moist and tender. Nice beef taste. The sweet potato was decently large and soft. Easy to mix the butter and cinnamon. Good sweet potato flavor. She enjoyed her entree and side. I ordered the three course meal deal. The half rack of ribs came with a side, salad and dessert for $21.99. I was taken aback that my ribs and large sweet potato came out on one small plate. So small that things easily fell off the plate. Maria did bring me a small plate to put my bones on and another to relocate the sweet potato. The ribs were not very meaty. They were soft and tender. The BBQ sauce was slightly sweet, not spicy and had a very mild BBQ flavoring. Not a traditional western BBQ flavor - just an Aussie flavor! The ribs were good but not outstanding. Cheesecake is the dessert selection. You can select from about six different drizzle flavors. We went with raspberry per Maria's recommendation. The cheesecake was about like you would expect. Soft with a good cheesecake flavor. The raspberry drizzle was slightly sweet with a tame raspberry pop. Overall, a nice dinning experience at a reasonable cost.

The biggest challenge, was a table with a few children sitting at it. This is no fault of the restaurant, and really, not even the result of my four-star rating. This is merely a statement: if your children are misbehaving and screaming and banging things on the table while other people are trying to eat their dinner, then perhaps the best option is to remove the children from the restaurant. It's always surprising to me when parents are selfish and subject everyone else in the vicinity around them to the poor behavior of their children. As a parent myself, I would never do that to other people. When you go out to a nice restaurant, you want to relax and enjoy the time not listen to tantrums from a three year old. Even the bartender in the servers were frustrated with this table. Some people even walked out after sitting down when they realize that unbelievable noise is coming from one table. So I hate to lead with the negative, because there is a lot of good to say about this place. When it's good, it's phenomenal. But when it's bad, it's near unbearable. Let me just say, our last experience here was pretty magical. It was busy, but the owner still came out to greet us and give us his guidance on the menu. I had the Iskender Kebab, my partner had the Wrap plate, and we enjoyed some divine Dubai chocolate cheesecake, per recommendation of the owner. There was live music, we learned we could BYOB(!), and the service and food were outstanding. This time around, there were only about 6 tables full, including us, in the large dining area. We ordered the oven baked hummus to start. It didn't come out for 55 MINUTES. Not until AFTER our entrees arrived. After we did order the main dishes, I asked her about the hummus, and the look on her face told me she had completely forgotten it. Whatever, we're just human. The hummus itself was quite good, although the "pitas" for dipping were very papery and bland. I thought the pita last time was much more substantial, but I could be wrong. We eventually tried to order some more of the pitas but our waitress was nowhere to be found. Every time we got a hold of her, she would then disappear for around 10-15 minutes. The only person around was the woman filling our waters, so most of our questions and orders went through her. We asked her for more pita, and she said she'd put that in right away. I had a feeling she didn't understand, so when our waitress came back 10 mins later I double checked, and she said they put another hummus in the oven! I can't complain about a language barrier, but whew am I glad we didn't have to wait another hour for hummus! For the entree I had the Sac Kavurma, which visually is just stunning, like most dishes here. But flavor-wise, it was completely lacking in any seasoning or salt to make it feel like more than just calories. And so I asked the waitress for some sides of garlic sauce when I could flag her down. I saw her pass by me 3 times in the next 10 minutes and finally asked if she was bringing them, but she had forgotten. One time is meh, two times is annoying. Post-garlic sauce, the dish was a little better, but that chicken was still chewy and flavorless. My partner's Tantuni Wrap Plate was equally lacking in spice or salt, and given that she had the same thing last time, she could confirm that this time was such a huge let down in comparison. We overheard the table next to us having the same point of view, what with the food lacking in flavor entirely versus their last visit, including vegetables that were soggy and meats that had no seasoning. They also experienced the language barrier in trying to split their bill, as their waitress misunderstood their request and put everything except the appetizer on one bill. They were workshopping it for about 5 minutes, but I assume they eventually figured it out. I can definitely understand a difficulty in interpreting a different language, but as someone whose job it is to take orders and work with the person dining in, it was really unprofessional that so many things were forgotten about, misunderstood, or ignored throughout our experience. I can appreciate when the quality of food makes up for the shortcomings in service, but this time around our meals fell flat. I would give Deema 5 stars based on our last experience, and 2 stars based on this one, so I'll leave it at a solid 3.
