I have to order $12.75 in order to claim my free pizza and it says delivery fees and taxes are include but doesn't tell you that you have to spend at least $15 first. I know better. I don't do fast food but the wife loves wings so I stopped. I ordered 18 wings, then I waited , and waited,and then waited some more. After people were getting their order , that had come in way after me, I went up and asked. Magically my order was almost ready. We ordered two pizzas. Meat lovers arrived hot with plenty of toppings. Veggie pizza arrived cold with very few toppings. Not very tasty.

You know it's bad when you walk in and the employees you, turn back to entertaining their own conversations and pretend there's no customers to be serviced...in the middle of the day. Came here because all other pizza places were closed, typically I am not the one who likes Pizza Hut. My gf and I walked in, and were immediately greeted by the woman at the front. She was very nice! I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with banana peppers, and a 2 liter drink. The pizza was done in under 10 minutes, and she even gave us cups with straws. This was the BEST Pizza Hut pizza i've ever eaten. Not too much sauce or cheese, everything was perfectly made. Not to mention we came in at 11:00pm, so the fact that they didn't just throw the pizza together and actually made sure it was fresh was really great. Recommended!!!!! read more

I just got delivery of a medium veggie lovers, a P'zone and a large stuffed crust with meatballs & mushrooms. Unfortunately, I'm much less hungry than I realized. But the driver was nice and the food is delicious. I'm pretty adept at packaging up pizza and reheating it, so we will get several meals out of the venture. Thank you to this Seawall location. I went here around 6 on memorial day weekend and the food was great but the service and was terrible and the food took way to long to cook. When we walked there was only 2 gentleman in front of us who knew the cashier so they were in a conversation aside from ordering food which was totally fine but when customers are lining up it started to get a little annoying. There was no sense of urgency. They had only bottled drinks which were priced (in my opinion) way to high. We ordered a single cheese stuffed crust cheese pizza and waited 45 minutes for the pizza. We ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm. At 8pm I called to check the status of the order and was told it was about to go out. At 8:30 our pizza arrived. It was cold and not cooked properly. The delivery man seemed to want a tip but we had "pre tipped " on our credit card. When we told him that we already tipped he became argumentative and finally said "don't worry about it". read more

Called placed a order that they took and our cc info then 10 min later they called and said they don't deliver this far (10 miles) down the road. I know they are full of it because I've seen them out here several times. This was by order of the manager who didn't even call they had someone else call. But to take the cake we wanted to cancel and we were told it could take up to a couple days to have the charge reversed? And that we would have to run our card again to have the tip taken off if we were going to pick it up. When I got there they had no problem giving me the pizza at the full charge and when I protested they guy playing manager gave me my tip back in cash. He was about to make me wait for someone elses order at first then realized i placed my order 20 minutes ago online. Someone took a bite from one of my wings and I guess stopped midway. I feel like even if I called about it no one would believe me because I really had to ask myself for a second if I did that myself. If I would have taken a bite, I would have finished that bite. Pizza Hut has gone and gotten cheap. Ordered a medium pizza and 2 drinks. When order came out I asked for red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. I was told $1.07 please. I asked why I just bought a pizza. Apparently this one charges for everything. Got back to room with pizza and it had onions on it after I asked to hold the onions. Had they simply given me the red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese complimentary as has been my whole life, I would have simply picked the onions off. However, they didn't and I didn't either. They are now making me another pizza. Moral. Don't be a tight ass with customers. I couldn't possibly have consumed more than .02 worth of pepper and cheese! Now it cost you in food, labor, overhead, and a bad review. read more

We live in Galveston full time and order pizza from this Pizza Hut several times a month. We love it! Not only is the pizza always made perfectly, but you can tell that your order was made with care. You know what I'm talking about, it's a bummer when you open the box and it looks like someone just dumped a mess in there. Plus, the staff here is AWESOME! Always friendly! I've seen complaints about deliveries, I will say we always pick ours up, so it's hot and fresh. And we get it on time. So if you can pick it up, you'll get what I'm talking about. There are lots of pizza places here, but I will say this is our go to most of the time. Highly recommend! read more

This Pizza Hut is not the greatest. Due to limited pizza options on the island, unfortunately, when that pizza craving kicks in, this is the closest option. Also, my bf loves Pizza Hut for some reason... First time I ordered, I got delivery. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. The entire order was burned!! Disgusting. They also forgot a soda we had ordered. When I called to inform them, the person on the phone was extremely rude. No refund or soda ever seen. Second time, my bf and I picked up our order. We waited approx 30 minutes before picking it up. When we got there, the guy at the register did not greet us. We still had to wait almost 20 minutes because they forgot my salad. Food was fine. Third time, we ordered delivery. The online ordering process was not working very well, but I kept trying. Finally, the order went through, so I thought. My chicken wings were never added. My mistake, I suppose, but I hadn't realized it yet. I called the store (call center) and they said a manager would be in touch with me soon. I called back about 15 min later when I hadn't heard back. They said they would transfer me right then. After about 3 minutes on hold, I hung up. Came here tonight to collect an online carry out order. The place was empty on a Tuesday evening. No one greeted us as we entered, we had to loudly say "hello" to get someone's attention - it was more like they were closed and forgot to lock the doors. Our pizzas were pretty much ready for us when we arrived. I thought the place was literally just a carry out location, but a family came in while we were waiting and got table service! The restaurant is pretty depressing and I wouldn't waste my money dining in. They charge a dollar plus for ranch, Parmesan cheese etc..., yet the cheese is free on the tables! The pizza was decent though, no complaints. Only the base on the stuffed crust is soo thin. My best advice for this place is only order online and pick up. The website quoted over an hr for delivery and just 15 minutes for carry out. read more

It's Pizza Hut, so I expect a certain level of service. The girls working spend ALL of their time cackling back in the kitchen... so nobody is there to check on the customers. Took awhile for somebody to notice me (by accident)... still had to wait, cuz they can only take and fill one order at a time. I ordered the 8 wings n waffle fries, and apple pie sticksei. The fries came out first, five minutes later my "7" wings came out. And the apple pie desert I ordered is now on the face of a milk carton never to be heard from again! So to come by here while on vacation and receive the DRIEST PIZZA, no sauce with cheese and toppings was disappointing. I believe they take advantage of tourists while on vacation by overcharging for pizza. We bought 2 personal pan pizzas here while visiting Galveston and paid just over 8 bucks for each one. The cashier was no help. We did not intend to spend so much on personal pizzas but when I asked the cashier were there any specials like a medium or large pizza instead, she said no. We watched in the app and our pizza didn't even start getting made until almost an hour after we ordered it and then it was out for delivery for 45 minutes. We ordered pizza here and waited over an hour. We called and they said the driver was less than 5 minutes away. Waited 20 more minutes. Called back and they were closed! We never received our pizza. But we sure did get charged for the pizza. Whoever was working this location needs to be fired. Get a new team in there and train them right. Take pride in your store.
