One star only because I cannot give none. We ordered online; the delivery time was supposed to be 35 minutes. I called the store after we waited for an hour. The store told me they just sent our order out and it would arrive in twenty minutes. 35 minutes later our food arrived and was promptly dropped on the ground. I called the store again because the driver could not reach them on his phone. I handed him my phone so he could explain what happened to the manager. Through the driver, the manager said they would reduce our charge by six dollars. This is after they told us the would reduce the charge by eight dollars when I called the first time. I called the store back to remind them of the original drop in price. The lady who answered the phone asked if I would accept the pizza. This served to make me madder, I am not going to serve a pizza that was on the ground to my daughter. The price was finally reduce by 14 dollars on an order costing over 50. We finally got to eat and, of course, our food was Luke warm at best. This is the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut. The manager never offered to speak with us to offer an apology, it seemed they just wanted to throw discounts our way in order to placate us. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut, obviously, and would encourage anyone reading this to reconsider their choice in restaurants. read more

This is the worst restaurant in all of Georgia and very unsanitary. It takes forever for your food to be delivered and once it's delivered its cold. Don't order from this place papa johns and dominos both have great and fast service. read more

after 12 hours at work, i only wanted a nice hot pizza! ordered on the way home around 630 pm, pizza was finally delivered at 10:30 pm!!!! i called several times to check the status of my order, and then was told that i had canceled it. i did not, i received a call from 901-480-4440 telling me my order has been canceled! when i called back a 4th time around 10 pm, i spoke with a very rude ignorant female who acted like she was a defense attorney for pizza hut telling that i did call and cancel! why would i still be checking on the status of my delivery if i had canceled??????!!!! my son loves pizza but i will not be ordering from them again!!!!!! very unorganized and no customer service!!!! read more

I wish I had read the reviews earlier before ordering from this Pizza Hut but now I'm going to have to go in hard & give my critique. Hands down the worst delivery & customer service compared to other food delivery places. They were an hour late delivering my food. I called them up, I didn't get the customer service I wanted; for example, how about saying you're sorry and explaining why or even attempt to offer me something to make up for their screw up. I let that slide because I was hungry and didn't want to make a fuss. So when I finally received the food, they couldn't even get my order right. I asked the delivery girl for crushed pepper or Parmesan and she told me she didn't have any...it wouldn't have been a big deal but so many things that went wrong. The way she responded to me was so nonchalant and she looked so sloppy with that golden hair hat (weave) on her head & she was wearing a red baseball cap to cover it. Gross...Don't waste your time here. Put these people out of business. Their staff is careless & lazy with no pride in what they do. The only reason why a lot of businesses are still up around this area is because they get no competition! I don't want to sound like I'm putting the business owners down here but they don't care about their customers & where I'm from (Los Angeles, CA), there's no chance in hell these businesses would last as long as they do here. read more

There were numerous problems with this store. I ordered a big dinner box as well as a medium 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza. When they brought my food to me it was two large pizzas. I told her that wasn't what I ordered, that I ordered the big dinner box, and she said that was not what I ordered and that I ordered two large pizzas. It was made quite clear what I had asked, considering I had to explain it twice to her. There was unprofessional yelling across the store to another employee who was grabbing drinks, they got the person's order wrong who came in to pick of pizza as well, and the delivery guy also was placing a pan pizza in the box and stopped to pick it up with his bare hands and then place it back in the box (who had just come into the store and did not wash his hands). I would not go back there, you can go to a different pizza hut, get what you want, and not have all these problems! Terrible. read more

I know what you're thinking...It's pizza hut, how bad can it be...ONE STAR BAD!!!!. They take forever. And when you get your pizza it will be cold and gross. I read the reviews and thought "Come on, it's Pizza Hut, It cant be that bad". It is....DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Drive to Evans and pick up a hot and ready or go to walmart and get a frozen pizza. I repeat. I decided to take a chance on the Grovetown Pizza Hut after reading so many negative reviews online. My pizza came within 30 minutes of ordering. I have no complaints. Some things to consider: I ordered around 4:47pm on a Wednesday. So they probably were not terribly busy. read more

We continually make the mistake of ordering from this Pizza Hut. Delivery takes hours, and they are always late by more than 15 minutes and the pizza is always cold. Right now they are late by 45 minutes and we have cancelled the order. Management couldn't care less, not apologetic, didn't try to explain what could have happened. Very frustrating. Terrible...Do not know where to begin. First called to order a delivery and the other person on the phone input the wrong card number although I was speaking very clearly. Then I get a call 5 minutes later saying that this person put the order in twice. When I do receive my order, it was someone else's order. I travel a lot for business so I decided to order from here without reading reviews. Big Mistake! Food and service are about the same, terrible! My wife had an issue with previously ordered pizzas so we went to place an order from credit. Come to find out we were not allowed to use any special offers so we ended up ordering 1 stuff crust & 1 pan pizza. They actually tasted great. I did not receive part of my order, and when I called asking for it to be corrected, I was quoted another hour of time. I asked for a refund and I was told that I would have to give everything back because it was part of a big box deal...except it is broken down into separate charges on the receipt, so yes, they can do a refund. They are preoccupied on the phone and have awful customer service. No apologies, they just act like you are an inconvenience to them. Too expensive for such awful service. This was the worst experience! My original visit was 11/29/17. I placed a phone order and I specifically asked for "no garlic sauce" on my hand-tossed pizza. The young man taking my order repeated it and made sure that my order was documented correctly. When I arrived at the store, the cashier/manager at the register never acknowledged me. I sat down as she thumbed through receipts waiting to be assisted. Finally, when another patron came through the door she decided to say, "Can I help whose next." I thought to myself, you saw me when I came through the door so you know that I am next. Nevertheless, I walked to the counter and I paid for my food. I don't know if it is policy to open the pizza box for the customer but normally the staff does that before you walk out. The cashier/manager never opened my boxes. Prior to leaving the counter, I opened the boxes myself and saw that my hand-tossed pizza had garlic around the crust. I informed the cashier/manager that although my order was incorrect, I did not want to wait on another one to be made. She offered me what I understood to be a refund. I waited on her to give me some form of documentation to reflect this refund but she never did. After she assisted a few more customers, I went back up to the register and asked for the documentation. Her words to me were, "What is your name?" She proceeded to print out a receipt that never read that it was a refund. I knew that this would not be resolved so I put the receipts in my jacket pocket and walked out. After checking my account for approximately a week for the refund, I went back the location and spoke with the same cashier/manager. I showed her the receipts and she stated that I was given a store credit, which was fine with me. She apologized for the confusion and I walked out satisfied. Fast forward to 12/20/17: I called to place an order. After placing the order, I asked the young lady on the phone if there was a credit on my account. She stated that there was not and I told her that we would address that when I came in to pay. When I got to the restaurant and to the register to pay, I asked the same cashier if there was a credit on my account. She stated no again and I asked to speak with the manager. I told her that I had no problem paying but I wanted to speak with the manager to see what the discrepancy was with what I was told about having a credit. After a couple of minutes, the manager comes over without a "hello" or a 'how are you?" I told her what happened on 11/29/17; her questions to me were, "Do you know the person's name, what time of day was this?" As I am answering her questions, I explain to her that I would be willing to come back and speak with the manager that originally gave me the credit. As we were discussing this, the cashier that took my order over the phone proceeded to give my pizza to another patron, even though I told her that it belonged to me. In addition, as the other patron was looking at the order, she questioned the cashier because it did not look correct. After walking out of Pizza Hut, the patron realized that it was the wrong order and brought it back. At that time, as the manager was working on my credit, I informed her that my pizza had been given to someone else. The manager then proceeded to snatch the pizza off of the counter and asked that another supreme pizza be made. I sat down to wait on my order to be completed. Once the supreme was finished, the manager then began to look for the pepperoni that I ordered as well. It was then discovered that they had also given my pepperoni away. So, I had to wait on another pepperoni to be cooked. When the pepperoni had been finished, I viewed it and discovered that it was burned. I asked for my money back for my purchase. Instead of giving me all of my money back, the manager only gave me a refund for the burned pepperoni. She expected me to be grateful after waiting an hour. She never apologized for their mistake in giving both of my pizzas away and me having to wait over 45 minutes in the restaurant; not to mention an hour since I called the order in. I walked out with a partial refund and no food because I refused to accept anything else from that manager or the restaurant. I then went to Chick-fil-A where assisting their customers is always a 'pleasure'. I have entered a complaint on their website and I am waiting on a call back for my entire refund. read more
