My pizza was undercooked. So when I explained it to the manager she says that's how it should be. What? NO, I halfway agree with the customer always being right to a certain extent. In this case I was 100%. All I wanted was an exchange for a pizza done the right way, not bicker back and forth to end up feeling like I've done something wrong. If their was a way to give zero stars I would. I've given this location way too many chances. Everyone that is working there does not know what they're doing. The management sucks and every single time I've ordered the order was wrong or missing items. If I ordered over the phone and show up to the store to only 1 of my 3 items after I ordered and was repeated my order before hanging up is just ridiculous. Then to sit there and say they will make it and it will take 15 minutes.m of me having to wait because of their MISTAKE, not willing to give any kind of discounts and yet paying full price 35 min later waiting for only half the order and having to wait even longer to get the rest. This is ridiculous, customer service is unprofessional and management on duty was no help either. Walking into a restarueant to the employees always fooling around and not taking their job seriously. Did an online order and online the order was placed and said 25-35 minutes and an hour later the pizza driver yuke gets here walks up my stairs and tries to open my door and enter but the door was locked then she knocked, very pushy, rushed me and one of my pizzas looked like it was handled roughly. I was in complete shock and could not believe that just happened. I put in the notes to call b4 because of a barking dog and sleeping dog and she tried to walk in. (night of may 18, 2018) This was probably one of the most tiring experiences of my life. I haven't eaten all day as well as the rest of my family waiting for this meal making this visit even worse. My grandma and i arrived around 8:30 pm and we got semi-good service. one woman treated us fairly and immediately allowing for our order to go sweet and fast. or so we thought. there are many people working in the back which looks literally like the definition too many cooks in the kitchen. the 20 minute mark rolls around with about 5 more customers coming in and taking their order at the counter and getting their food almost immediately. we are watching people sweep and throw trash around in the kitchen, make pizzas completely wrong, deliver pizzas left and right, and a couple fighting in the middle of the establishment without management stepping in. i, being a minor, was not about to step into an argument that had minor physical altercations but physical altercations none the less. not only is it becoming irritating at the lack of concern but we begin to start noticing the tables and floor dirty and the establishment not looking or feeling very comfortable. The 45 minute mark comes up and i'm pretty agitated. food still not coming out, the fight still going on, and children running around getting into the way of waiters/waitresses (not that that is the restaurants fault but just one of the many things that ticked me off. we finally address the issue and get our food right away leaving one of our four pizzas burnt to all hell. it looked like satan personally cooked the pizza with his fiery pitch fork and destroyed it. me, becoming sick and annoyed due to low blood sugar and that the couple who was fighting for their food before us, told the cashier we needed it fixed while the manager was being unprofessional and rude. the cashier politely took it back and had it remade within minutes. that is the same cashier who took our order at the beginning and got us our food 30 minuets later. i didn't catch her name but thank god for her, she is the only one saving this establishment from probably closing down. We just ate at this Pizza Hut for the last time. The employees were uninterested in customer service. We sat at one of the booths and nobody came to help. I went up to the cash register and asked if someone could come to the table so we could ask some questions about the menu. While we waited for our meal, I noticed the $.76 service charge in addition to tax. Below, the receipt explained that the service charge was to help offset the rising costs in CA. Placed an order online yesterday and decided to go through their drive through to pick it up myself. They were quite busy inside but I was greeted within a couple minutes. The pizza was hot, delicious and made exactly how I ordered it. The cheese bread is our favorite and did not disappoint!! SOOOO DELICIOUS!!!! It's in the same parking lot with Stater Brothers so, it isn't secluded. Although they could have better lighting outside. Apparently, if you sign up for "text notifications" you're considered a new customer and they will call you to confirm your address. Tough luck if you don't have your phone on you though, your order will be canceled and you won't get any notification of it. It is apparently "company policy" but this didn't happen to me when I ordered from the Pizza Hut in Temecula. - If you try to dine in, they will forget about you and serve everyone ahead of you. It isn't until you complain after waiting for an hour that they will begin to make your food. - The employees are extremely rude and will loudly talk crap about you off the phone, but just loud enough to where you can hear them. The good news though, is the manager seemed like a nice guy and talked to me like I was a human. I'd give this place 0 stars, however, I don't think it would be fair to. I made an order on for delivery on 08-07-2015 at approximately 3PM through the Pizza Hut website while I was at work. I ordered 2 pizzas; buffalo styled and a specialty vegetarian pizza. I left a note on the order asking to call my phone when the driver has arrived. The time it took for the order to arrive was fine. No more than 35 minutes after the order was sent. However, when the driver arrived, I was on a call with a customer and wasn't able to answer my cell phone. Okay, that was my bad, but as soon as she knocked on our door, I had my manager let her in our office. I was still on the phone with a customer and handed her my card so that she can make an imprint of it and the driver told me she didn't need it, but in an agitated tone. Less than a minute later, I was off the phone and went to check on the pizzas and to provide a signature and tip. I left her a $6 tip for an $18 order (I used to be a delivery driver which is why I always tip at least 30%), plus whatever she gets from the 3 or 4$ delivery charge. When she was heading out the office, I said, "Thank you very much. Have a nice day!" to which she said nothing. Instead, what I did get was her rolling her eyes and then getting on the phone with someone at the store complaining about me. Listen, I know being a delivery driver is tough. I've been there, done that. However, that kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I've been on deliveries where customers would be taking a shower and I would wait for them to finish outside in the dark and greet them with a smile on my face because I appreciated their business and knew that they were helping put money in my pocket and food on my table. I will definitely not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and would much rather take my business to the local Dominos, Marcos Pizza, or Rodolfo's where people there are actually happy to have my business. So why the 2 stars? The ordering process was a breeze. You can pick and choose different deals on their website and order your pizza almost any way you like. There is a great selection of crust styles and ingredients that will create those once in a lifetime moments where you're unsure about what you would like to order since almost everything on the menu looks good.
