Waited for my pizza for 30 minutes with online order after they supposedly "lost my pizzas". Food is good but service is awful.

We were visiting family in Idaho Falls and needed some quick dinner! We ordered online and picked it up at the store. We ordered 5 items... which we through would take longer time but the wait was pretty short! I went into the store and it took a few minutes to be greeted but someone eventually came up to the front. Finalizing our payment was quick and painless... which was to be expected. All our food was cooked correctly and we got everything we ordered. Overall - no big complaints. First time trying this place since they closed the restaurant and went to carry out or delivery only. The delivery was pretty quick and they got the order right, but..... The pizza was mediocre at best. Too doughy and soggy and probably should have been baked a little longer. Absolutely nothing to write home about. I should've called back last night but didn't. My bad. Last time (when the restaurant Hut was still open) we had meatball pizza that was pretty darn awful unless you like meatballs with the aroma of used sweatsocks. Do not order pizza here! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered online and it said 15 minutes. Sweet. 15 minutes later, we get there and the food was coming out, great. My father in law loves to socialize and we overlooked the entire order. We assumed we were given everything we paid for, as anyone would. We get all the way home, and realized they forgot our double order of quepapas. So we drive all the way back and told them what they forget. They put a single order of quepapas with no ranch in front of us and we had to remind them that we got a double order. The girl went to put in the other half of our quepapas while the first half of them sat on the counter, getting cold. She said it'd take 3 minutes, it took 10. My father in law joked that we should get cookies or something for the inconvenience of having to drive to this location twice and wait a long time for our order while everything we initially got sat at home getting cold. The girl just gave him a condescending look. Now that I've had my cold pizza (that had thin crust. I didn't order thin crust), I'd like everyone to know that if you want pizza, go somewhere else. This is their brand new location. It's right next to the old one. There is no longer sit down dining here, it's either pick up or delivery. Pizza was good, price was good, it was a little slow though, I think they're just working out the bugs of just opening. Ide go back. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed order and immediately got a call that they were out of more than half of what I ordered, AND they don't have a delivery driver. I understand that places are having issues hiring people, here's an idea PAY A LIVING WAGE!!!! We placed an order from this location for delivery and received a call a few minutes later from a random number (not the store) saying they would not deliver because they were closing soon. When we asked for a refund he told us it would be two business days. Two business days for a refund? Why did you even run the card if you knew you would not deliver? Update: These guys have been doing better. But we just ordered a pizza and received it not cut. Didn't receive our Pepsi either and when the guy came back with it, it was a cherry pepsi... Was in town for work and I ordered pasta with breadsticks and a soda. When the girl arrived in a hurry she didn't have my soda. I also didn't get pizza sauce with my breadsticks like it says online when you order. I called them and the lady said that it didn't come with sauce. Who the hell orders breadsticks without SAUCE! Ordered for the first time at this location and had it delivered for a party The order arrived pretty quick. I ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and wings, but they didn't deliver the wings. I called back and they said they would deliver them as soon as a driver came back. It's been over 3 hours and nothing. Party is over now. The breadsticks were fine, but the marinara sauce seemed to be watered down and was very bland. The thin crust pizza was fine. The hand tossed pizza wasn't cooked long enough. Still kind of doughy tasting and had to be eaten with a fork. I'll stick with Papa Murphy's or Papa Kelsey's. read more

Less than 1* but I had to mark something...I ordered from Dominos because pizza hut in town is the absolute worst. Dominos is fast, the app is easy to use and VERY complete and helpful. I would think that when a customer, who eats in your restaurant, at least once/week (in another state but for 10 years) Tells you they will never purchase from your Hut...the manager might want to touch base with you and try to mend that relationship. No such luck. But, lucky for Dominos because they now get more business from us and all the friends we share with. The drivers have all been great. Courteous, fast and respectful! Reheated left-overs are just as good as the fresh delivery. I gave this Pizza Hut 4 attempts at delivery and every time something was wrong. Wrong items on the pizza; missing items from the order; unauthorized substitutions with no notice; rude telephone customer service; management that is satisfied to give you credit on your next order, but never accepting responsibility for the poor customer service. read more

It took them 25 mins to get me an order of breadsticks. They weren't wearing any gloves to cook and kept wiping their noses.... disgusting.

Ordered online. All went well. At the time they were suppose to be here they called and said the printer broke and it would be 9 min before they left. 30 min later they did arrive but the pizza was old and cold. I ordered their mini Cinnabon's a couple times and they were great, this time they gave them to me completely raw, I doubt there were in the oven for even 5 minutes. I called back and they gave me the typical answer they always do ( since I have had to reorder pizza from them because they deliver it raw) "we can't really do anything about it, they will just turn out the same again" I said "no I have gotten them twice before and they were perfect" so they brought me more. I showed them the raw ones at the door and they didn't apologize or anything. People could get very sick from eating those. Obviously their oven is broken and they don't check the items before they send them out or they just genuinely don't care about their customers. Not to mention my replacement rolls were just as raw. Ordered on the phone , they didnt have most of the topping for pizza they said they were out of alot of toppings, i also ordered a salad, which they also informed me that they were out of a lot of salad stuff to. i payed almost 5 dollars for a old salad and hardly any toppings. They delivered on time but my two pizzas were cold and my salad was nasty looking. i work in food service to but i would never let my employee serve this food to customers. Never had such a bad experience at this location. They had been open for 4+ hours. Salad bar was not ready, waitress was inattentive, and we sat for 30+ minutes before we could order. We waited over another half hour for our pizza before we decided to ask for our pizza to go. At this point we had been there well over an hour. Every time we asked the waitress for something she would disappear for 10 minutes and come back without what we asked for, say she would get it, only to return without it. The location was nearly empty and out of the 3 employees there, the only one who seemed to be working or care about the customers was the cook. I work in customer service and I understand new employees and training, but I've never been so ignored or felt like I was a bother. read more
