I don't recall the last time I've given five stars to a Domino's franchise, so you can imagine how impressed I was. As a Domino's connoisseur, I have certain standards for their pizza. My first impression was the outside of the building. It was very modern, large, and looked clean from the outside. Plenty of spots to park as well! I was more impressed when I walked in, as the restaurant was immaculate. There were two people working, and one was teaching the other one to greet customers upon arrival (this is really nice and not something I would expect coming to any dominos). They had my worker ready and quickly brought it to me. The pizza itself was fantastic. A generous amount of toppings were evenly dispersed throughout the entire pie. The pizza was still piping hot as well! I was impressed that this franchise allows for substitutions that would normally cost extra at other locations (such as changing the sauce to a garlic sauce and adding premium chicken). Overall, I was happily impressed and would come here again if needed for a quick bite. It definitely filled all of us up and left us satisfied. read more

Pathetic service. I called it in and it took about 10 minutes for my order to be taken. I arrived at the restaurant and they couldn't even find my order. So I ordered again. The first time I ordered via phone the said it was over $40. When I ordered again it was $29. Then after I paid and sat to wait I saw the same thing on their board for $19.99. What kind of place are you all running? There is no sense of order or a clear supervisor. read more

Food was good eventually. Service was frustrating. Ordered delivery pizza. App said food has been delivered. No food in sight. Waited about 7 minutes. Finally called the restaurant. She said sometimes the app shows delivered even if they've just got to the area, but she'll call the driver to double check. Verified my info. Never did call us back. Never did have our food delivered. Turns out it was dropped off at the neighbors house. Fortunately it had our name on it. I have no issue with mistakes, especially when it's dark (my house number is very prevalent and lit up though), but I do have issues with no ownership or follow up, no matter how small the business transaction. read more

At the one you can order from the Shilo Inn Hotel, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They didn't add the sausage and pepperoni or the chicken and bacon on pizza's. We ordered on the app, so not thinking I will do that again. Last time we were on the road and ordered from Domino's it was awesome, this store was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING. ALTHO, the kids thought eating desert for dinner was pretty nifty and we had cup of soups with us so no one starved. read more

I ordered from Dominos because pizza hut in town is the absolute worst. Dominos is fast, the app is easy to use and VERY complete and helpful. I would think that when a customer, who eats in your restaurant, at least once/week (in another state but for 10 years) Tells you they will never purchase from your Hut...the manager might want to touch base with you and try to mend that relationship. No such luck. But, lucky for Dominos because they now get more business from us and all the friends we share with. The drivers have all been great. Courteous, fast and respectful! Reheated left-overs are just as good as the fresh delivery. read more

Said it would be here 35/40 minutes..an hour later I call...spoke with manager Cody and they have no order! Really???? It went through on my card twice! Not sure we'll order again! I am loving the quality and responsiveness of Domino's now. I had not had Domino's pizza for about 20 years. A few months ago I gave them a try and am pleasantly surprised at the quality of their pizza now. I am rating 5 stars although I did have an error on an order. The reason I still offer 5 stars is that I left feedback and before I had eaten the second slice their manager called and offered an exchange or a coupon. I ate the pizza anyway, although it was not what I ordered it was delicious. I was astonished at their customer service and I am therefore a fan. read more

I have had good, hot pizza delivered quickly by friendly delivery people. I stop at a hotel here a few times a year, and I can rely on good, quick food. It's not the same at the Domino's in my hometown-I don't bother with it anymore. read more

I have been using Domino's for 2 years, the quality and consistency were great. But for the last 6 months every order now is either wrong or lacking items on sandwiches and pizza's alike. I am disabled and have to have my orders delivered. The Domino's app also freezes and crashes, very disappointing to have to write a bad review maybe this will motivate them to not take advantage of disabled people!!! read more
