I talked directly with the chef (and I think he's an owner as well). He advised me the Chicken Lemonato is not gluten-free or dairy-free. However, do you know what he did? He offered to cook me some chicken with just olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper! A customized dish just for me! I am blown away at the accommodations he offered to make for me, and so grateful.
