You know what ,,I live out in Northern Madison. This is the best Pizza Hut I have been through in a very long time. I have visited here 3 times before this review....just to make sure about a true review.I hate burnt pizza, loath salty pizza, enjoy JetsPizza, and like local pizza. Every time I have ordered from this location, it has been on point. That said I have mostly ordered online. I ordered the Triple Threat tonight. Food is ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH!! Very friendly staff. I don know who they have in the kitchen but whoever it is, should have an apron saying "kiss the chef." Food is always delicious. I will definitely recommend this pizza to hut all my friends. read more

Very unhappy about this experience at Pizza Hut, we had to go outside to see if the driver was here yet and he was at the wrong apartment building. I pulled up the website and was directed to the commercial drive location --when I clicked on the link and called to order the pizza (the website has a glitch) and I was directed to the keeneland dr location. After going to the wrong location and figuring it out Myself.. i called and spoke to the manager he proceeded to argue with me and finally after my husband is standing there pissed looking at him he offers to make a fresh pizza. Who's not a fan of Pizza Hut? I can see how some could argue how they've experienced better, or how fast food pizza chains like this are just A-OK, but I think deep down, we are all fans, especially of the bread sticks! I had a limited choice when it came to food options while I was in Richmond Kentucky earlier this summer for work. One of the days I actually looked forward to eating Pizza Hut later that night. Horribly rude employees. Woman manager was one of the worst I've ever seen. Called them the day we moved here from another state and she told me that they don't deliver to me, even though we live 3 minutes from the store. She told us to try the other store in town. When we called them, they said to call the one we just called. So I called back & got the female manager again. She rudely said she cuts off our road because she used to live there & doesn't want to deliver to that street. WHAT??? Wow, I was outraged-so u won't deliver because of personal issues??? I've never heard of a problem in our neighborhood. We've lived here for 2 & 1/2 years now and still haven't had pizza hut, but I found that the Richmond Domino's is the best pizza place in this town. read more
