We are traveling through Los Cruces and stopped at KOA to spend the night. Decided to order from this Pizza Hut on n main st to be delivered. First of all the driver that brought it in 35 minutes was so sweet and personable. Wish I had gotten his name but maybe the mgr will see this and know who I'm talking about. More delivery drivers should be like him. Now as far as the pizza's and cheese breadsticks go, it was all correct and hot and by far the best food we've ever gotten from a Pizza Hut. very rude unprofessional bad customer service. the staff that Pizza Hut hires are very rude and have no patience when trying to order pizza. I got a guy who didn't want to explain the specials or what kind of pizza they offer. He hung up on me at around 6:20pm 5/2/2025 because I told him he wasn't understanding me. I haven't bought pizza in a while, I was only ordering pizza for my Dad who lives in New Mexico and Iive in Nevada otherwise i would not have spent my money on Pizza Hut. the calls do say that these calls are recordéd for quality purposes I do hope someone from management hears my call with this unpleasant person Pizza Hut has as taking our orders. never again will I order Pizza Hut again. My wife ordered a medium meat lovers pizza and wings. (On-line) The pizza was lacking meat and was well done (almost burnt) pizza was flavorless and wings were not traditional but boneless. Good Grief !! Worse $40.00 +tip for pizza and wings. Good luck and keep up the good work. read more

Ordered through the app. The delivery took forever. The driver text me to say he was waiting for the order to come out of the oven almost an hour after I ordered. I worked at a Pizza Hut in California and actually loved it. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza chain. However when my family and I went here to pick up a pizza we ordered it was not the pizza hut quality I was used to. It was busy but that doesn't mean you skimp on customer service. I walked in and there were 3 employees standing at the podium talking to each other. None of them greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. Then another employee walked out from the kitchen to help us. He was very nice but that didn't really make up for the other 3. We took our pizza and went home. We got the big dinner box. Both pizza doughs tasted old and weren't that typical crunchy greasy (in a good way lol) crust we love from Pizza Hut. I've eaten a lot of Pizza Hut in my day and this just doesn't cut it for me. My bro and I tried the new Detroit pizza and it is weird. Sauce on top is not bad but it is really messy and without it the pizza would be over priced cheezy bread. They went really light on the toppings and they are so thin that they are baked into oblivion. The Beyond Sausage was different but not bad. We cannot tell the difference between it and normal sausage. The only thing that is weird is that when warm it has a really strong smell like sausage and it overpowered the smell of everything else. Not sure why. The normal sausage does not do that. Most likely not going to order it again because it is too expensive - $14.00 for it with no additional toppings or other alterations. The guy at the register is nice but he put the dipping sauces in the pizza box so they were warm. Took them out of the box right away but they did not have much flavor anyway. read more

After placing an order on line for carry out, I arrived 20 minutes later and my order was partially done 30 minutes after that. 12 people working with 2 people in the restaurant. Someone said to me. "We have no idea where your cinnasticks are." The manager basically said that this is normal for this location. I was offered a 2 liter soda, no diet though. I cannot drink anything but! Upon arriving home, everything was cold. This also is not normal, no matter where we have ordered. This is not normal Pizza Hut customer service! Something is just wrong. read more

My husband went in to this location to pick up our order and he was treated rudely. He was not greeted by the employees he felt as he was a bother and was not wanted there at all. After paying he asked for some pepper and was ignored by the cashier, therefore another male employee asked him what he needed and handed him the pepper. I did call the location and it turns out that Brittany one of the managers was the one with the bad attitude. Her unwillingness to provided good customer service showed. How can the rest of the staff do a good job when management sucks. The pizza was horrible. We will definitely not be back to non of the locations. read more

Bad bad bad customer service!! We waited well over an hour for a pizza. We called them after our pizza wasn't delivered after an hour and the employe that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She first said that our pizza had already been delivered and we obviously never got our pizza then She put us on hold for a good 10 min then told us "ok the driver still has your pizza" and just hung up on us! Saturday, 17 April 2021, I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut on North Main, Las Cruces. We like to build our own and always get green chile on it. (Hello, we live in New Mexico!!) I love wings and ordered 12 wings with it. I ordered on-line. The pizza and wings were good and hot when they arrived and were absolutely delicious. Hand-tossed crust, pepperoni, onions, bacon, green chile, mushrooms, black olives, heaven with cheese! The wings were in a garlic parmesan sauce that was so good, I used a small spoon and then pizza crust to get the drippings from the bottom of the container. We're older and can't eat a full pizza in one sitting, now, so I was able to have more today for lunch. The wings? Oh, honey, they were gone the first night!! read more

Me and my wife orderd a simple dinner box thats it, well the delivery guy must have been hauling ass cus the all the toppings on both pizzas were all to one side. No plates no ranch for wings 2 wings short no napkins . When my wife called to complain she got attitude and bs . But when my wife asked for the regional number the attitude went away . This place is a bit sketchy. No one seems to know what they're doing, nothing seems to be put in the right place, and pizza takes a long time. I looked for a health dept rating, but didn't see one. I don't think any type of district manager visits this location. I don't recommend it. read more

Had to do one star as there's nothing lower. Went there on wing Wednesday...wings are supposed to be cheaper. Boneless are .10 less than bone in...don't understand that. They ask what kind of sauce we want...we answer Ranch. We get charged another $1.00 for sauce. Yikes, who buys wings with no sauce? Once that charge was corrected, we left with 8 wings & hand tossed pizza. Awful...wings were tiny tiny and pizza was dry. None of it was hot and no flavor. Very sad. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever.! I placed an online delivery order on a Tuesday night 8:55 pm. After placing my order, the confirmation email stated it would be delivered at exactly 9:58. It is now 10:27 , and I still haven't received my Order. ( 1 medium pizza and 8 wings ) WTF. As another review states , I could've just drove to the Pizza Hut in El Paso and already been home. So my delivery driver got to my house at 10:50. Ten minutes before their store closes... Anyway, she shows up at the door, friendly girl , but she has the wrong order. Explains she has three other orders in her car. So she runs back to her car and brings the correct order. At least she brought peppers and cheese , I still gave her a tip for her trouble. I have never felt the need to write a review before today, so understand that the fact that I signed up just to review this, and I use the term very loosely, restaurant, that I mean it was bad. I put in an order using the android app and after submitting the payment it comes up with the expected delivery time. Exactly two hours. I could literally drive to El Paso, pick up a pizza from anywhere in the city and still make it home with time to spare. When I called to verify the time was correct, which was correct, I tried to cancel the order, I was told the refund could take up to a week to be returned to my account. That is utterly ridiculous! When I called two hours later, as the pizza was still not here, they said it was out for delivery and would be here in a few minutes, not so. 40 minutes later, it shows up. When the delivery guy finally got here, he pulled the box out of the neat little bag that is supposed to keep the pizza hot, and what do I see, but the box is crushed. Awesome. He puts the pizza in my hands and it is at room temp. Double awesome. I'm finally sitting down to eat because I have been waiting an eternity, and the pizza has this weird aftertaste, like moldy cheese. That's the last straw. I contacted corporate and they gave me some prewritten apology and mailed me a coupon for a free pizza. No thanks. read more

though not my favourite pizza place, my group had a fabulous server, Steve. he was patient with my lack of knowing what i wanted, kept the salad bar fabulously well stocked (salad and a slice i do enjoy most), and checked in on us to make sure all was well. very friendly, personable, professional. our server Steve made the experience worthwhile indeed, as some others just seem rather annoyed to have customers dining there. as far as a "restaurant" option, expanding the pizza topping selections/varieties would be a welcomed improvement.
