Bad business , I put an order in came back 30 minutes later they never got it made and they said seven minutes was gonna be done , nine minutes passed by and I just asked for my refund because I saw they were not using gloves and they were wiping their sweat and their forehead. Stopped here to pick up an order of wings on my way home from work to go along with the pizza I picked up since Pizza Hut doesn't have great deals anymore. Ordered in the car and when I got there my name was on the tv and my food was ready. I had stopped eating and ordering their wings cuz they were really puny and small. But I recently discovered their wings are now pretty big and tasty. I ordered a 6 piece for about $7 bucks not bad at all. This probably gets said a lot on here, but I've never had such terrible service from any pizza joint. I order three medium pizzas a little before 6:00pm and it said it will be here at 6:30pm. 30 minutes, didn't think anything of it. Around 6:25pm I check the status of the pizza and it said it was still being made. Just thought they were running behind, no big deal. Well, at 6:50pm I check the status and it still said being made. At this point I call the number to see the hold up and I click the "Check Status" button on the machine and it goes "Good news, your order was received and being made!" Then hangs up on me. Slightly irritated I call again and hit the "New order" option to get a live person. Some lady answers "Thank you for choosing Pizza Hut. How can I start your order?" Or something along those lines. I reply, "Hi, I am actually calling on the status......" and she instantly hangs up on me. I could not believe the disrespect I got. I finally get the message a little later that it was on its way. Normally, I do the "no contact, leave at door" for I don't care to interact with people, but I was livid. I waited outside until they pulled up. At this point, my sister was now trying to get a hold of them to talk to a manager. While being on hold this whole time, our driver pulls up. Officially, 30 minutes late at this point from estimated time of arrival. I politely ask for her managers name. She says Jacks and then I continue to tell her how dissatisfied I was in the service I got. I didn't yell or blame her in anyway, because I knew she was nothing but the driver doing her job. She apologized on behalf of her store and said she was going to let her boss know. Well some time later, after they try to out hold us, we finally got a hold of Jacks. We explained the disrespect and unprofessional service we got, and continued to make excuses. "We only have one driver." That doesn't explain the disrespect of hanging up on a customer mid sentence. "It's our call center who keeps having issues." Well the receipt and website says if we have any complaints or concerns, it's to call his store. After going back and forth with this guy, he said he would compensate us and credit my account. Well, getting close to a week now and no sign of any credit on my account. This was my first time ordering from this location and it was a mess. My pizza was raw, my wings were dry, and the inside of my garlic balls was raw. They also forgot my marinara sauce. However when I called the manager quickly offered to make it better and gave me store credit. Everyone has a bad night. I'll update my review whenever I order again. Every time we order from this place they mess something up. Most recently they just didn't show up for our delivery at all. When I called they tried to blame me for it and showed up over 3 hours later! The time before that they messed up both one topping pizzas (how do you even manage that?) and the time before that the manager put me on a "no credit ever" list because I wanted my pizza fixed (I didn't ask for a credit I offered to pay). I've never not had a problem with this place I just keep ordering because it's close and tastes good even if they get it wrong. I've had the district manager call me to actually blame me for their faults and accuse me of lying just because he didn't want to apologize for the manager being rude and dirty looking (like he just rolled out of bed). Continuous issues with this location. They NEVER have their fries fresh no matter if it's delivery or pickup it tastes like they have been sitting while your pizza cooks and they never answer their phones when you call to speak to them about said issues. So i ordered earlier for lunch waymen called me and said there was an issue with my card. I had given the wrong card number so i gave my new card number and all was fine . i ordered the pizza knots pizza.
