This place was great! Let me tell you what the got right: The service was phenomenal. As we were dining two people came to us a few times to ask if we needed anything and to see if we were still enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the sampler platter, as it had a small taste of all of almost all their appetizers and I also ordered the filet mignon sliders. Whereas the filet mignon sliders were good as they were I was a little conflicted. I feel a slider should come with cheese, but then who puts cheese on filet mignon? Maybe an option of cheese, like a nice Gruyère, lol. The sampler platter is HUGE! It says it's for two but could comfortably be for three. And they give you four different dipping sauces, which other places I've been have only given two or three. There is a ton of seating and they do have an option of sitting in a smoking section of non-smoking. I plan on staying in the same hotel for all of my little weekend getaways to Vegas and this is a 5 minute walk away so I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Cute Chicago style brewery hidden in the back corner of the casino at the Four Queens hotel. Service was so quick definitely impressed with how busy it was that day. Everything was good especially the garlic knots. Perfectly seasoned and buttered up. Wings were decent too. Beer was amazing loved the German selection. Only issue was the pizza because it truly isn't a deep dish Chicagoan pie but more of a thick crust. Still highly recommend this brewery if you're in for pizza and beer on Fremont street. read more

It had been far too long since my last visit, but I'm happy to report that Chicago Brewing Company's pizza is still every bit as fantastic as I remembered. There's just something magical about that signature deep-dish style--fluffy, buttery crust, bold and tangy sauce, and that glorious, stretchy cheese pull that could make any pizza lover happy. The atmosphere is relaxed, with friendly staff who make you feel welcomed. The layout is smart too: a cozy dining area for full meals and a buzzing bar and cigar lounge on the other side. When my pizza arrived (quicker than expected!), I couldn't wait to dive in. The first bite was perfection--the crust was pillowy with melted cheese tucked right into it, and the sauce had the ideal balance of sweetness and tang. The pepperoni and sausage added just the right kick of spice and richness to tie it all together. Chicago Brewing Company hasn't lost a step. The charm, the service, the flavor--it's all still here. Went for Dinner Food - 4/5. Cowboy bites were rich and creamy with a slightly crispy batter. The spicy ranch aioli gave it a much needed kick to cut through the heavy flavor. Garlic knots had a good chew with plenty of garlic and cheese. Marinara sauce had a nice balance of sweet and our that complimented the knots. The Chicago deep dish was interesting. It had a very strong sauce, which combined with the bountiful amount of cheeses and meats, meshed together to make the decadent, over-the-top flavors of Chicago. However, the dough was just not right. It was too thick, making the texture and filling to bread ratio off, and tasted too doughy. Close but no cigar. Service - 4/5. Friendly and quick service. Value - 4/5. The restaurant has a theme and it does a pretty good job. Food was alright, but a little on the pricier side with appetizers in the high $10s and the deep dish pizza at $21. I've been here a couple of times the craft beer they have is very good and the service is as well. The pizza tastes alright I wouldn't say any better than any major pizza place unfortunately and the portions are very small for what it costs. The main issue with this place is the price, the pizzas alone run you 20+ and the beers are also quite pricey not to mention anything in the cigar shop is priced to the point you may as well just bring your own smokes. GREAT VENUE WITH A STAFFING MODEL THAT DOESN'T WORK The Chicago Brewing Company is a full service bar & restaurant in the the Four Queens casino downtown Las Vegas. The space has a non smoking side with booths and tables and a cigar friendly side with a video poker bar and additional tables. The Brew Pub as I call it is staffed by cooks and bartenders, no host, no waiter no bus help. When the pub is slow this works fine and you will get good service from the bartenders on duty. However if the venue fills up on both sides the bartender only model quickly results in slow and chaotic service for all customers bar side and non smoking side alike. My advise, if you walk up the stairs and see the pub is full, turn around and go somewhere else. Management is aware of the problem they just don't care. read more

If you're downtown and in need of a drink, go here. They have a great Hefeweizen and an even better Root Beer! I first had this root beer many years ago when they included in their 9 beer sampler and it was a great ending to the generous flight. The Big Pretzel was amazing and the mustard was way better than the cheese. The deep dish pizza was just ok and I wouldn't get again! I've always wanted to try this restaurant but it was always packed. Decided to take my daughter since we were celebrating her birthday week. We are asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking. We chose the non smoking and were the only ones there. If 15 minutes our side filled up so it was pretty nice. We ordered the cowboy bites which I found to be really good. We also ordered the meat lovers pizza which was excellent, loved the thin crust. Our waitress was also very friendly. The beers were excellent, we normally drink at 777. My wings were super tasty and boyfriend ate half of them. There were so many I couldn't finish them all. Boyfriend had a hotdogs with everything on it the pickle relish was to die for. Our friend had the chicken fingers and he said they were perfectly crunchy. My childhood memory of this place was their 24 oz in house brewed root beer. The service in the bar and cigar area was wonderful, our waitress remembered my boyfriend from the last time he was there a few months ago without me. Poor service, our server Steve seemed perpetually hopped up and could linger tableside long enough to converse with. He darts around. Don't get it, his section was not busy. On top of it all, when i presented my 55+ players card, believing it would give us a 10% discount, no it does not, Steve tells us after I'd already paid. It's only 10% per entre and my husband didn't present his card, so no discount there. Steve COULD have informed us of this before he presented the bill. But he didn't. We will never return. We tried earlier going to Magnolias but they told us to wait, with over 12 empty tables in sight. Would it be possible to stagger your shifts so that four waitresses waiting to start (2:50 pm) wouldn't be laughing by the register while would -be diners stood awkwardly by. I used to come here just for the onion rings. They were EPIC!!! Homemade batter, not the factory made and frozen stuff you get anywhere else. They were delicious, fresh, and a tower of 1" THICK rings served with their own signature ranch. The rings would bring me in and I'd stay for the atmosphere and order a deep dish pizza. I'd brag about those rings to everyone... but now they "revised" the rings and they're so small the table appetizer only serves one and they're as average as everyone else. Now the filet mignon slides were the best thing they serve and I'd recommend those. The atmosphere was different because it's also a cigar lounge on the other side. I understand it's a casino, but cigar smoke and trying to eat . They should get a little more motivate staff and upgrade the food a little.
