I had lunch here with a friend while staying at Circa and got the mushroom Swiss burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious and hit the spot. I loved how there were thick mushroom slices in the burger and that the burger was juicy. It was one of those order at the front type establishments instead of full server service. The eating area was clean and had many tables to sit at. I did find the price a little steep for the food as the burger by itself was $15 before tax without the fries but I guess that's very fair for Vegas casino prices. read more

I'm not a frequent visitor to DT Vegas, but friends said we needed to try this place. They weren't wrong. First, it's on the second floor of the Circa and it's a fast food style of ordering, so don't expect fine dining vibes. That said, they're doing burgers as good as anyone else in this price range. I had the mushroom swiss and the mushrooms were flavorful and the burger was done to a nice medium rare (I was told they normally ask you how you want it, but that didn't happen this time, so we got lucky?). I ordered fries on the side, but others in the party got the sweet potato fries which was the better choice IMO. So you go up to the counter and then they give you a number to place on the table, so your burger is made to order! Expect a little wait for them to cook your burger, but it's worth the wait. Try the sauces too! The Bang Bang has a nice little zing and goes really well with the sweet potato fries. So don't forget, you're in a dt casino, so prices aren't cheap. And it's all a la carte, so to get your full meal, you're well into the $20s, but if you're there and you want a good burger... this is a good spot to try. read more

I was at Circa for my birthday trip, watching some games with my group, and we decided to stop by here for some food after a long night since it was our last day in Vegas. I ordered the Hangover Burger. It was loaded with toppings and really tasty, but the $19.50 price tag seemed a bit high. Overall, I'd give it a 7.9/10 - I'd return, but maybe choose a more affordable burger option. Also, you have to order fries separately, so the total cost was almost $25+. The service was decent it's just order at the counter, they give you a number, then you wait for your food. As for the ambiance, it's a great place to watch the sportsbook and all the TVs, but they do limit seating by holding a table for an hour, which is odd but makes sense if the place gets really busy. We were hungry and wanted to try something new and fast. We ordered a mushroom burger fries and the buffalo chicken egg rolls. We picked a table and sat down, we waited estimated about 10 minutes and our food was brought to us along 6 different sauces. I went to victory Burger on my work lunch, and it was closely surprised of how nice and clean the place was as well as the speediness of the staff. I got the barbecue burger with the onion ring, and I had it protein style as I'm not a big fan of buns and it was really good. No real complaints on the food other than I do find it a bit more expensive, especially since it is à la carte with fries. Outside of that it was good and I would definitely enjoy it more if the price was lowered. I did get to enjoy watching some of the sports as it is right next to the sport betting area. Barry's was closed for private event and I'm vegan so I was nervous I wasn't going to find anything to eat. This place was super accommodating and had a Vegan burger option as well as but I opted and got the salad with modifications. It was massive and delicious. The lady who took my order was very kind. Normally staff tend to get agitated with many accommodations and she did it with a smile. Great views for the games if you are in to that! ONE STAR -- and that's only because of ONE employee This establishment earns one star -- and they only get that because of the gentleman who appears to be Filipino. He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution. read more

Honestly the best burger in Vegas. I recommend this burger spot inside of the Circa casino every chance I get. I have eaten here a few times, and each time I am blown away at how good their food is. They bring out the sauce caddies instead of charging for each sauce, and the whole place overlooks the sports book! What more could you want? I ordered the victory burger and fries, and everything was perfect on it, just like the previous visit. They have a pretty big verity if you don't want burgers. Love Victory burger!! This was my second time here, even though it's been about 3 years it's just as great as I remembered! The victory burger itself is cooked perfectly and so flavorful. The cashier was so nice! The fries are amazing, and it's so fun trying all the delicious sauces! Sin City Burger (sub Grilled Chicken Breast) | Jalapeño cream cheese was something new, but not as good as expected, a bit dull. The potato bun was both soft and slightly dense. This burger would have been subpar if not for the Boom Boom sauce. Seasoned French Fries | The crispy fries were coated with generous amount of seasoning mix, which tasted smoky and savory. Chicken Tenders | The crunch from the breading was too good. The meat had a tender and juicy texture. Sauces | The sauces were bomb! Boom Boom, BBQ and Victory Mustard went well with each order. Thankfully Victory Burger has an Impossible option - so many burger spots in Vegas have black bean burgers (yuck!) or no veg/vegan options on their menus. So off top, this is a winner for me. Located on top of the center of the casino action, meaning you can see the sportsbook if you sit in the right area, this is really a higher-end burger joint. With that, it can be loud, so if you're looking for a nice, quiet conversation place, this isn't it. If you're looking for a good beer-drinking time with good food, then you'll love this place! You order at the counter, and then they bring you your food. For some reason, every element of that is slow. Even taking your order seems to take a while.
