New to the area and decided to give this location a try--big mistake. The pizza was terrible. My son summed it up perfectly: "tastes like cardboard with grease." We ordered a standard pepperoni pizza and were given cupped pepperonis--something I've never received unless I specifically asked for it, which I didn't. I was always a fan of PIzza Hut, but man has their quality suffered through the years. I just recently ordered a Dinner Box and a large pizza. The Dinner Box came with a medium square pizza, 5 breadsticks, and 10 cinnamon/sugar sticks. Both pizzas where rather bland. The crust was spongy and, surprisingly, there wasn't a lot of grease. The bread sticks where just spongy crust with little flavor. I placed the order online and the food arrived about 20mins earlier than the confirmation email stated. Placed an order on their app with an estimated 45 minutes delivery. Surprised to see they no longer employee their own drivers, they rely on DoorDash. While tracking our order on the app, we noticed it was taking a bit of a trip and spent more time on the road than we expected for a delivery. We contacted the store and they were very receptive to our feedback and immediately wanted to make the situation right. Driver ended up reaching out and had rerouted due to an accident- they ensured that THEY reached out to DoorDash to let them know of the delay. Order was still warm and within the 45 minutes originally estimated. Part of the order was wrong, but this was clearly an error solely on the app and the way it processed the order. They immediately fixed this and sent the order out our way. Overall, excellent service and the quality you'd expect from Pizza Hut. Only four stars because of the affiliation with DoorDash for delivery- we have consistently had issues with DoorDash. read more

Omg they suck. Not only did I wait an hour and a half for my pizza, but it was cold. Both the pizza and the buffalo wings looked like they had been sitting under a heater for hours. I ordered online to save time as advertised and was quite disappointed with the service. Our order was only 1 thin 2 topping pizza! It wasn't some big difficult order. Even after waiting a few minutes longer, when my husband inquired AGAIN ...how much longer..He was told it would take another 10 minutes before it would be available. Ordered online two different times, 2 pizzas each time, and both times I experienced good customer service and food. I asked for extra spice packets and they gave me what I asked for. The quality of the food was as expected of Pizza Hut. My only problem is that the box holding the pizza was a little damaged, but the food inside was intact. The WORSE! My order took 2 hrs for delivery and I was missing items I prepaid for on line.. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I live in California and every time I order it takes them 2-3 hours. I think there was that one time it only took an hour, but it was cold. I recommend carry out, if not order prior to getting hungry. I am disgusted at how unprofessional these people are. Im ordering takeout for the first time and waiting outside and just saw a woman sit the pizza bags on the ground so that she could push all of the piles of junk over to the side so that she could have a place to sit the pizzas! I stopped using this location yrs ago and started using the Lusby location for carry out when I wanted Pizza Hut. After years, I decided to try it again. It's been great, the pizza is the best. I have called in and ordered online. The pizza was ready or delivered when promised. Great online specials, too. read more

Pizza was yummy but it took 90 minutes to arrive. The following week, we did take out and had no problem.

Pizza tastes like feet. Not sure if it's the store or all pizza huts in general but the pizza is awful.
