Never fails. Always hot, fries are amazing, the people there are super nice. I just wish they were a little bit better at answering their phones or posting holiday hours. Definitely recommend the mango habanero wings, boneless or bone-in. I've never eaten in the restaurant, so I can't attest to any of that, but I can say that the carry-out food is better than bdubs. First visit. The wings are HUGE compared to Wing Shack. 1 Wingstop wing = 2-3 Wing Shack wings. We tried 4 flavors: Cajun, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Korean BBQ, and Mild. We agreed Hickory Smoked BBQ was the best, but it was just good, not great. (Full disclosure - Asian Zing at Buffalo Wild Wings is my all-time favorite.) Service, fries, and veggies were all good. This was our first visit to Wing Stop, heard a lot about their yummy sauces and meaty wings. We stopped in to place a to-go order, 20 wings in all, mild, Korean bbq, Cajun and original hot. First if all, I liked that you can pick and choose sauce options and that the wings were cooked fresh to order. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions based on what we told them we liked. The store was very clean, too. Wings were cooked through but the meaty reviews were definitely overstated. They were nothing special. Despite the place being nearly empty, we waited 35 minutes for our order even though we were told it would be 15 minutes. And then, when we got home we found half the order was missing. Called the store, was placed on multiple holds and had to explain the situation a couple of times to different individuals. Ended up with replacement wings (which we had to go retrieve) and cards for "free" wings on next visit. No responsibility admitted and no apology given. Sadly, the food did not make up for the hassle, it was mediocre at best. Given all the other wing places available in the area, we will not be back to this one. read more

I have eaten here twice now and both times were great. The wings are hot as well as the fries. I highly suggest not getting them to go as they become somewhat soggy when put into styrofoam containers....eat them at the restaurant when at all possible. We have eaten here 3x. The wings are better than wing shack the last we went there but thats not saying tons. The service is slow and sometimes not customer friendly. We went last night and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches paid cash 5 customers came and went. When my husband approached the counter and asked what was going wrong. Apparently they lost our order and couldnt find it. So another 20 min later and he could leave with our sandwiches. No compensation even though other customers were offered comps. Disclaimer: This is my first yelp review ever.. felt the need, though, to post: I love wing stop! But this place was awful!! Wings and fries both undercooked and soggy. But honestly it wasn't the wings that disappointed me- one teenager was training the other, laughing at him and being mean, shaking his head, clearly having had just one more fast food job that the other kid.. I really felt for the poor kid trying to get the damn receipt roll to work, we all know how difficult that is! Very disappointing, I've been waiting for years for a wing stop to show up around here, and would try it again if not for the terrible experience and awkwardness surrounding the training situation. Customer service was a 5: the manager, Travis, was efficient, naturally friendly, and accommodating. The wings were a 3 for me. Even cooked extra time with sauce on the side, they were thick, meaty, and moist with fairly fatty skin. Ha ha I guess that probably sounds good to some people, but I prefer really crispy and kind of tough. Sauces were a 4: Mild sauce (original but creamier) was really delicious, as was the ranch dip for the veggies. So that's where my 4 out of 5 comes from. What a horrific disappointment. If you want wings go to wingshack just down the road. Wingstop has consistently not gotten any order correct. I am allergic to ranch dressing and they had given me ranch dressing on a previous visit... And you pay extra for this. Before I left with my order I double checked with the cashier that this was blue cheese and not ranch and she assured me that it was blue cheese dressing. Since this was not the first time I received the incorrect dressing and you are charged for it I came back to get my money back. They were so rude and uncooperative. They made a huge scene in the restaurant. Eventually I did get my money back...There was a lot of mumbling and I eye rolling and what I'm sure were expletives from the cook and a cashier. At this point I will also mention that the wings were not cooked well. They were quite Undercooked and "sloppy". I kept the wings and cooked them to finish in my air fryer at home. I have given this restaurant numerous opportunities, probably too many. I have complained to their corporate. But I will seriously not be back and will return to my old love wing shack. Went into the store, and was told "unfortunately we aren't receiving any online orders, it will be about 25-30 minutes if you want to place the order now and wait".
