Everytime I have gone to Taco Bell in Ludington Mi in last few months the food has been over cooked and they barely put any ingredients on the tortilla shells. The new crispy chicken burrito was way overcooked it was so dry I couldn't even eat it. read more

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The food is good fast food, perfect for when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook. My orders are always correct, and on the rare occasion that something is overlooked, they correct it without hesitation. read more

An absolute hit every late night tb run. After working all day a grilled cheese burrito is just what I need. Service is always amazing some nights they are very short staffed and it shows, but they do the best they can. Never had my order messed up. Ambiance is well its taco bell. I placed a to go order online. I didn't have much time so I called and asked if i could pick up my order inside since the drive thru was packed. The lady that answered the phone had the audacity to yell at me about wanting to come inside and get my food. She said "NO!! THERES ONLY 2 OF US WORKING" In my defense I had placed my order early and gave them just enough time to receive it and have it done. I placed it 20 minutes in advance, the app had said it would be ready in 8. She shouldn't have gotten angry at me, she should've just done her job instead of wasting her time yelling at me over the phone. This time could have been used to grab my food and hand it to me inside or outside. Overall a 0/10 experience here. I will never be coming back. Whitehall taco bell only. read more

SLOW. I MEAN REALLY SLOW. I've stopped here several times in the last 6 months, twice this weekend. One thing that is consistent is it takes a long time to get your food - every time. Two nights ago there were two people eating in the dining room and four cars in the drive-thru when we went inside. A full 15 minutes later we had our order. It wasn't s big order. 4 burritos and a drink. Tonight I skipped the dining room in hopes of the drive-thru being a little faster. From the point of pulling up to the line and having my food handed to me....19 minutes, 11 seconds. Again, small order, and only three cars ahead of us in the line. Watching the cars ahead of us it didn't appear that anyone order an excessive amount of food, just typical orders. The dining room did not appear overwhelming with only a handful of people eating or at the counter. With 5-6 employees inside the only explanation for this slow of service is poor management. Food was good and the order accurate which is s major piece of the overall experience but 20 minutes for fast food is unacceptable. After leaving Taco Bell we headed down the road to McDonald's and managed to spend a total of 1 minute 28 seconds from ordering a McNugget meal to having it in our hands. No one was in the drive-thru line, but still far more impressive service. Get it together Ludington Taco Bell. read more

Taco Bell needs to start putting in the work they need to stop canceling orders and they need to start acting like a business. A lot of places are pulling 100% and I do not get that from Taco Bell. They have horrible attitudes, no sense of urgency, and horrible communication along with no greeting. Ordered food inside at 9:07pm, did not get it until 9:23pm. Only one other customer in restaurant. This Taco Bell had only 4 workers, appeared that they ignored us and did the drive through orders first. The walls had broken plaster and the floors were disgusting. The workers were busy and not standing around so not sure what the problem was. read more

It's Taco Bell, so it's always good, but for the love of god just get my order right for once. I'm a patient person. I'll give multiple chances before I get irritated. Well after about 4-5 mess ups, I think I'm done with the Ludington Taco Bell. I ask for no lettuce, always receive it anyways. Ask for avocado ranch or sour cream on things (and get charged for it) but none of these make their way onto my food. Like seriously just open your eyes and read the orders. Some people have allergies and need items left off, not in my case, but still, it's something that happens. I shouldn't have to sit at the window and check all my food before I drive off, your employees should just be competent and able to read. read more

I love taco bell, but the service at this location is not good. It seems that every time I come, the order is messed up. The most recent time I came, they completely messed it up. Like, really messed up. So much was wrong! Cinnabon delights mistaken for twists, wrong burritos, wrong number if nachos, etc. Also, the place needs a very thorough cleaning. Its kinda gross. This used to be a decent taco bell, used to is the key word. The service is terrible, they constantly forget things on my order and on multiple occasions I've had to wait 30min or more to even place my order and another 15 to wait for my food. Worse Taco Bell Service EVER!! Pulled in was told the system was not up yet, it was going to be awhile. Went to the window I asked what time they get to work to start their system was told 6am. I said its 7:15. The manager told me she can't help when her system boots up its automatic. My wife and I tried to voice our complaints about the service at this location and she was rude and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. We left and did not order food. Previously we attempted to go there on 10/2/2015 at 7:15 am the place was pitch black, no light on at all. These are not the only times this has happened where they are not open for business at the advertised time. Other times when they happen to be open we have been told there are no biscuits ready and they are still frozen. We eat fast food maybe 4 times a month and I find it hard to believe that is a coincidence that the few times we try to eat there they are not ready for service. This must be a very common behavior for this location. And the manager was rude and looked like she just climbed out of bed. It's not only the morning service that is like this other times of the day it has been just as unprofessional. I don't like fast food but when I choose to eat it I eat Taco Bell. But since moving to Ludington I hate Taco Bell. I've put off complaining for months hoping it would improve. I don't know how this location is even staying in business. read more
