The new website has a nice layout. Ordering was easy and quick. Food arrived on time for the time we selected. All food looked deliciously appealing. The pan pizza tasted slight bland and the cheese was minimal. The hand tossed had a great variety of fresh veggies but the crust was just dreadful. It was slightly mushy in the center of the pizza and tasted like rolled out biscuit dough it was lacking the crispy chewy crust you expect from pizza dough. The cheese sticks were great and seasoned well the boneless chicken wings were not tossed in the sauce but tasted good. First let me say I am writing this as a door dasher. For some time now, maybe months the management at the Mebane store has encouraged its employees to " bump" orders that are not ready yet to help make their completion time better for their orders. So to explain in detail, doordash sends us to pick up the customers food and gives us a pick up time. Lets use as a example 8:00 pm. We get to the store at 7:55 and click on our door dash app that we have arrived. We then send the customer a text saying we are waiting on their order. Pizza Hut bumps the order ready ( marks it ready for pick up) but the order is not actually ready. They bumped it at 7:54 before we even got there. I sat in the store tonight and waited 11 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready before I finally asked was it marked ready yet. It was marked ready 15 minutes at this point but the order was still not ready. That makes me look like I am sitting around getting paid ( pay by time ) and I should have already picked it up. Doordash has a violation policy on lateness . If You are late to many times either picking it up or delivering it, you can be terminated. In other words, I could potentially lose my job because the employees at Pizza Hut are trying to make their time look better to corporate and don't know or care how it makes me look or if I get in trouble and lose my job! This has been going on for a long time and I have said something to management before and all they say is it makes their time look better. What they are saying to me is they do not care about me and my job as long as they look good. I wonder if they get a bonus for having quicker completion times? The district manager or corporate needs to step in and do something about this. Not only am I looking bad and maybe getting fired for being late but the customers are also getting their food late and potentially blaming me and giving us a bad review. Please corporate , do something about this! I have been doordashing for over a year and have over 5,000 deliveries. I work hard to make sure my customers get fast , friendly service that is delivered on time. What this store is doing is not right and from now on, I will write a review every time this happens to me. read more

The online ordering system does not work. I placed an order, waited an hour and a half called to find out there was no order. I got an email confirmation telling me it would arrive in 40 minutes, called and found out they never got the order. I could tell by the way the staff handled it that this happens all the time. Seriously. The reviews on the ridiculous wait times for delivery and poor central ordering system is spot on. The store will cancel an order in a heartbeat if they are unfamiliar with your delivery location. It doesn't matter if you are only 2.3 miles away. And to beat all, the store won't notify you when they cancel your order. When you attempt to track your order with the store, they'll deny having received the order. ..... Now, good luck getting that refund. Because I promise you'll get charged before you hang up from placing your order. read more

This is the worst delivery that we have ever gotten from them. I called 4 times to find out about our order and was hung up on twice. When I did get through I was told the food should be here within 13 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and was told that it should have been delivered 15 minutes earlier and that the delivery person was running behind. We are going into the 2 hours waiting for this pizza, my company that was going to share our meal, go so hungry that they left. The manger on the last phone called said it should be here within 10 minutes.. It has been almost 15 minutes longer than that. Do not order from this Pizza Hut on a Friday night!!!!! read more

When I go to Pizza Hut I usually go to the one in Hillsborough, and they're pretty good. When I went to the one in Mebane last week they gave me a pizza and side that had obviously been there for hours. I got home and both items were dried up on the surface and unpalatable. Driver arrived quicker than expected but when I went to the door he gave me the total so I politely asked him to wait while I grabbed my wallet went back inside grabbed my wallet and let's exaggerate two minutes had passed when the driver decided to leave. He was talking off with my pizza! I stopped him and asked him to come back he looked irritated,I paid and then he left. Had I known how bad the pizza was I would've let the driver go. I had ordered the meat lovers with their garlic seasoning on the crust; the pizza was so undercooked that you could see the dough sticking together. A few minutes later I get a email that said the order will be order will be delivered at 10:44 pm, then I get a phone call from an "Restricted Number" which I didn't answer.
