I just got a "pepperoni lovers" pizza from this store. What a terrible pizza. I spent $20 on a pepperoni pizza with hardly any pepperoni on it. And the pepperoni on it was very small, perhaps the size of a nickel. This will be the last time I visit this establishment and most likely the last time for Pizza Hut. If this is the best Pizza Hut has to offer, they miss the mark by a mile. I usually keep a couple pieces for cold pizza breakfast the next day, but these leftovers went straight to into the trash. Little Caesars makes a much better pepperoni lovers pizza than this place, and their price is more affordable. read more

Got into Cleveland area around 830pm and couldn't really find anything that had a kitchen that was open late. We settled on a bar around the corner from the hotel only to find out that the kitchen just closed. We rang up Pizza Hut to see if they would deliver to the bar. 25 minutes later we were smashing down beer and pizza! The staff was great and we really appreciate that they were able to deliver to us in our time of need! 4 stars because I couldn't pay with my card lol but service was great and am thankful. This happened the other week and finally downloaded this app. Been coming here for over two years. Picking up pizza and wings for poker nights. ( I usually only eat the order of wings and don't eat any pizza). And the one time I eat one piece there is a hair. My friends had a piece each without any hair then found hair in both of the second pieces. Half of the pizza had hair in it. Didn't return it that night cause I was about to flip shit up there. It was multiple long hairs. I didn't care to see the color. Fucking disgusting period, never coming back here. Went the next morning and got the refund with the nasty pizza and was told "we get that it's gross but it happens " by the lady with blonde hair. Was also told "ITS NOT MANDATORY TO WEAR ANY HIAR NETS". If that's true with people with long hair and facial hair working with food, I think it's BS because of work for fast food/ restaurants/ other places in the food industry. And if you have the hair that's falling out/ long/ half inches or more facial hair you should be wearing a hair net at all times while working with or hovering over ANY FOOD. We ordered carryout pizza from this location a week or so ago because there was some kind of $10 deal. We ordered pepperoni and sausage on the entire pizza, and mushrooms on one half. They way that they cut it was absurd, some pieces were huge, and some were really small. Thus, most of the pieces had mushrooms on at least part of them. What difference a new manager makes. When the other manager was there (I am sorry but I an terrible with names). Young lady, very petite, and the owner a Veteran, they would take care of the veterans. They always gave vets a discount and the pizza was really good. Now I was informed that there is new management and they are not veterans (their words) don't give discounts and they serve really crappy pizza. I couldn't find any sauce, pepperoni not even crispy. If you are going to take over a Pizza Hut at least serve good pizza, and don't short cut on sauce and topping. I will not be ordering from this place again. There was an issue with the order not going through. Not a big deal but the way it was handled was. The manager told my husband that it was "not her problem" and that we needed to call our bank. It had been awhile (~1 year) since I've ordered Pizza Hut so I decided to give it a shot again. I didn't even get to the pizza part because so much had changed and everything that made the pizza delicious and unique was gone. I was a huge fan of the drizzle, especially the balsamic one, and all of them were off menu. Some of the older toppings they used to have are also completely gone. Not to mention the website looks bland and completely unappealing. I don't what happened to Pizza Hut but they went from being so interactive with the menu and up to speed with young people (they used to do pizzas for YouTube celebrities that were always creative and good). Now Pizza Hut looks like the most basic, generic run-of-the-mill pizza chain and it really can't compete with Jet's. read more

The manager at this location is a douche! I never spoke to him/her - but the info. given to our waitress to tell us, shows he/she is greatly lacking n customer service and needs to look for another job! 1. Had a coupon for a free Med. 1 topping pizza with purchase of a Large specialty. I asked the waitress before we ordered if I could still use the coupon if I was adding toppings beyond the 1 to the Med. pizza and pay the difference for them. She said of course, but was gracious to confirm with management to make sure before we ordered. When she returned she confirmed that it was fine and stated that the manager asked her why she would even ask that. I explained to the waitress that I asked because I have been told before that a coupon wasn't valid - even when you're giving the retailer/restaurant more money. Ridiculous for a manager to deny a coupon when in turn they will make a greater sale for it - but there are idiots out there who have done so. The manager stating what he/she did was just being condescending to the waitress and also to me the customer. What kind of power trip are they on? Just simply answer the question without having to be so dismissive for it being asked - you ass! Strike 1. 2. Ordered only the 2 pizzas, beside ours, the dining room had a total of 2 other booths occupied - meaning, it was practically empty. But it took more than 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Twice the waitress came to apologize for the delay - but did the manager come to do that or make good on it - ha, that would be providing good customer service and he/she doesn't know what that is. Seems they were focusing on fulfilling on to go orders rather than the only 3 booths of people in their entire dining area. Strike 2. 3. Pizzas arrive - the large, a chicken bacon specialty was missing most of the 2 main ingredients in the pizza's name - the chicken and the bacon! There was maybe 2-3 small chunks of bacon per slice, with 2 slices not having any bacon at all and 2 slices only each having 1 chunk. Chicken was only slightly better with a few pieces for each slice. Any pizza with toppings should have a topping for each bite! I didn't order a cheese pizza - but felt like that was what I was eating when I only had a topping within maybe 3 bites of an entire slice. The waitress stopped by asking if after the long wait if it was worth it. I show her the lacking of toppings, but only address the bacon, wanting to know why there is so little. She apologizes and says she will check into it. She returns to say that the manager stated that if they put more bacon on, the grease from the bacon would create an extra layer on the pizza and it'd actually be considered extra bacon then. What? What is the excuse here? One or the other? Neither really - just confirming that he/she is a dumbass! This isn't the 1st pizza I've ever had with bacon on it. I can tell that the waitress is only following through with what she is being told, (and I'm guessing she doesn't want to be put in the position to question this manager any further because he/she likely treats the employees worse than the customers) but even she isn't buying the story. I respond that it can't even be considered a full topping when it is barely seen and not even present on a 1/3 of the pie. I also state that pepperoni is much more greasy than bacon and have no idea what that was supposed to mean. She again apologizes, but nothing is being done about it. Strike 3. My mistake - I didn't ask to have the manager come over. But the bigger mistake was the manager not doing so on his/her own. How can he/she give the lame excuse they did without 1st coming to our table and looking at the pizza themselves? Unless they were the one who made it and already knew they were jipping the customer and just didn't care. It's clear that the manager is ill-equipped for the job and has zero interest in repeat sales. The waitress was very sweet and great at attending to the customers the best she could - she should be the manager - she showed genuine concern with wanting to make sure her customers where having a good experience! Get rid of the fool managing it now. Or not, I don't care - 3 strikes in 1 visit are enough for me - we wont be returning. read more
