The website should state this fact. If I pay a company, in this case godfathers pizza, they are responsible for the delivery unless otherwise stated in an obvious way. The young lady on the phone grunted uhhuh instead of yes or no. I finally had to tell her to use actual words as her grunts were not coming across clearly. What a disaster. If you third party out delivery, and no one shows up to pick it up, why would you not be calling someone, anyone or the customer or anything. When I arrived, three people standing around doing absolutely nothing, I told them I was here to pick up my pizza and I want to talk to a manager. James came out and asked how he could help? I would have thought he would have already known what was going on by this point. He was calm and friendly. I told him I would like to have the delivery fees and tip removed from my check. The person at the counter gave me updates on the progress. While waiting I noticed one person sitting down. I grabbed a Lagniappe and started flipping through the pages. As I stated earlier the wait wasn't long at all. When I got in the car with my pizza I could smell all ingredients I named before. I was starving.
