I've tried ordering from this Blaze Pizza location in Midtown Mobile on three separate occasions, and every single time there has been an issue. The online ordering system has been down or orders won't go through, and when that happens they also do not honor the advertised online deals in-store. Most recently, their card readers were down as well. Management basically said it was a "technology issue outside their control" and offered no compensation or real solution. The biggest issue for me is time--I'm usually on a 30-minute lunch break, and I've now wasted my entire break on multiple occasions trying (and failing) to get food here. At this point, it feels unreliable and frustrating rather than convenient. I hope corporate steps in and addresses the ongoing operational issues. read more

I heard my co-worker talk about Blaze Pizza. She really had very good things to say about them so I had to try. I was doing some holiday shopping and was out that way. Looking at the menu I couldn't decide what to get. I saw there was an option to create my own with 2 toppings. I usually like a sausage pizza so I ordered that and added roasted peppers. I chose the base option crust and red sauce and chose Parmesan cheese. When I got there my pizza was waiting on me. I also noticed that is was busy so I was glad I ordered online. Since Blaze is not really near my home my pizza did lose some of its warmth when I got home. That is no fault of Blaze. With that said this pizza was so delicious. I don't know what set it off more but my guess would be the peppers. They were roasted to perfection. That along with the Italian sausage made for a wonderful combination of flavors. We tried the keto crust pizza and it was delicious! It's a combination of cauliflower, mozzarella, and egg. There are a few other crust options including gluten free and cauliflower. So this was my first time here. We used the online order system, which was incredibly easy. I walked in at the scheduled time and yes, it was ready and waiting! The young man was just putting another on the pick up rack and helped me find mine. Can I say yum?! I am eating keto and the keto crust with grilled chicken, white sauce, feta and a host of other toppings was so freaking good. My friends also loved theirs and raced about the flavor. FINALLY blaze has made its way to lower Alabama and I am PUMPED! This has been one of my top pizza places for years back when I lived in Florida. If you are unfamiliar, Blaze is similar to a MOD, aka the chipotle of pizza (but way better)! You can order online or customize in store, they've come a long way and have MANY options now including garlic knots, salads, drinks and dessert. You have the option to build your own, do a one topping or two topping pizza. If you do a build your own, there is no limit to what you can add! Many different choices of sauce, cheeses, veggies, and meats. If you are a lemonade lover like myself, I recommend giving theirs a try because they have some of the best. The blood orange is my personal fav. And if you're feeling something sweet, don't be shy and try the s'mores pie! They'll even warm it up in the oven for you want (which I highly recommend). First Timer and I am pleased with the Blaze experience! I ordered the "Build Your Own" pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was fantastic! Tasty crust, delicious cheese, and a wide variety of toppings and sauces. The garlic knots were made of dough, pesto, and cheese with a side of marinara sauce. The only improvement would be to serve the marinara sauce hot instead of cold. Not sure if it is normally warm. The speed of service is average. read more

Lots of pizza options to choose from here. They build 'em right in front from a bunch of fresh toppings. Shockingly the toppings are as fresh as they look. The pizza chefs are knowledgeable about the toppings and operation of the equipment to make and bake the pizzas. You can watch your pizza or cheesy bread bake in the fired oven with little to no wait. The pizzas are light, crispy and not lacking in toppings. The atmosphere is kid friendly, does serve bottled beer and fountain sodas. The prices were very reasonable as we got two pizzas, cheesy bread and two sodas for $32 and change. I have never had an issue with this location but there is always a first. I came into the store order my usual cauliflower and pepperoni pizza. I had 2 loyalty coupons. One for 30% off and a free drink. They refused to honor both coupons. The general manager said that she will not honor their loyalty policy. The free drink was scanned. I asked for my 30% coupon to be used. The manager stated that they would scan it. But, in the process took away my free drink. Tia and the rest of the working crew did a fantastic job helping with our event and the regular Blaze crowd! Pizza is decent. But I hope they get their ordering cleared up. I tried ordering on line and the system would not take it. Said they were too busy. Tried calling it in and I got an automated phone loop with a self proclaimed 15 minute wait time to answer. Drove down there and the place was about 10% capacity. Was told they didn't take call in orders and must use web site. Told them it was not working and showed them the screen shot below. "So sorry we'll be glad to take your order here". I ordered and was charged a different price than advertised and was told that the advertised price was only good for online orders which was not working evidently as I showed them the web site again. Do not eat here, especially do not work here. The managers treat their employees like they are expendable. I was unceremoniously taken off the work schedule when I called out of work the day before hurricane Sally hit to help family evacuate in coastal Mississippi prepare for the storm. Not only was there a state of emergency declared at this time, but many stores and restaurants were already closing, or would at least be closed the next day. I also informed them of this hours before the store would be open, giving them ample notice. The management here made it clear that helping family and loved ones during a natural disaster is not a bigger priority than coming to work for them. PS. All of the gluten free/vegan crust and allergen option pizza's are all cooked in the exact same oven as everything else. So take that for what it's worth. You build your own pizza they put it in the oven and you have it in less than 10 minutes. Excellent taste and quality and the employees are very friendly and informative. I came in to this establishment today and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The manager on duty, Taylor, did not acknowledge me when I walked in and was very rude to her staff members while I was ordering. Even though this was happening the employees did not let it affect them and made my pizza to perfection. I do believe this establishment should consider who they are putting in charge over others as this can affect the service to the customers and create an overall hostile environment in the workplace. read more
