I had the fried shrimp and the housemade potato chips. They make their own chips (good, although unevenly salted) and they come with a delicious french onion dip, just like the stuff I remember from childhood. My husband and I couldn't get enough. My wife didn't even bother to taste it, and I only ate a third of it. Our entrees were well prepared and nicely presented, but our waiter wasn't able to find his way back to refresh our drinks. After an elongated, two-hour dinner, I was left thoroughly unimpressed. There is something going on here, and my guess is that they are struggling to find staff, pay their suppliers, and maintain quality. I certainly didn't share the experience of other recent reviewers.
