My review is based on takeout. We've recently started ordering from Wings and Rings for our Friday night dinners, and it's quickly becoming our go-to spot! We usually get the boneless wings with the sauce on the side, a side salad, and onion rings. The food has always been fresh, well-packaged, and ready quickly. There's always plenty of sauce for the wings -- something we really appreciate since that's a big complaint we have with another "big name" wing place. The wings themselves are a great size and always cooked perfectly. I have deducted 1 star because it is a little on the spendy side for what's essentially bar food Customer service has been excellent, and the whole experience has been consistently great.we'll definitely keep this as part of our Friday night routine! read more

My friend and I had been going to the Wings and Rings in Rapid City about every other month for a salad and a glass of wine at lunchtime. Someone who referred to himself as a manager had promised us that we could get our regular salad comped on the lunch club card. He said if anyone disagreed with this, just contact him. Well, today I had filled my lunch club card and was expecting my complementary salad. This was not accepted by him, my friend said it was the same guy. I was not happy and my friend was particularly upset. The money isn't the issue. It's being lied to and someone misrepresenting his authority. I will not return to the restaurant. When I asked about the owner of the establishment, this fellow said he was likely out drinking. This occurred on Friday, October 17 at about 1 o'clock. read more

This is our second time coming here - our first experience was on a weekday at an off time (like 2pm) so I think the service and food were a little subpar then. Honestly the kitchen crew is amazing for having such consistent product! I let my daughter know that it's one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always amazing . The server took their time. We went at a slow time in the day to avoid any issues. But it literally took close to 20 minutes to take our order. We knew what we wanted when we sat dow. I love this place for the food, but the servers need to improve. If I would have gotten excellent service I would have made sure to tip accordingly ! It really sucked showing my kiddo an awesome place just to have terrible service. She even stated that she will order food to go but will not sit and wait like that ever again. read more

We were recommended this place from a contractor that worked on our house, he said it was awesome. That opinion is debatable. I had the Buffalo chicken Ringer and my wife had the traditional wings in garlic-Q and Buffalo sauce. We both had cheddar jack fries with bacon. The food looked amazing but it came out cold! The taste of the Buffalo chicken ringer was flavorful and the chicken breast was humongous. If it wouldn't have been so cold I would have been very pleased. The wife said the flavor for her wings were mediocre at best. The server we had made the experience less than desirable.
