I ordered 8 wings. Why did I get pebbles instead of wings. They were so small I wouldn't even consider them nuggets. Nasty pizza, was burnt and cold how do you make pizzas with barely any cheese. Or toppings come on train them how to make pizza. Don't just throw them out there because you hired them to do a job. If the pizza gets burnt and does not look edible, do not send it out remake it. I'm sure you and your workers would not have ate it. We asked the delivery driver if the blue cheese was in the bag and she said yes, she asked them and they assured her it was. It was not. This Pizza Hut was amazing on every level. We had several direct care employees stuck at work due to weather. They couldn't deliver but said we could pick up. They gave us a free pizza (because it was made for another order but they didn't pick it up) and table ware when they found out the situation we were in. The pizza was amazing. One of the best ones I have had from a Pizza Hut. The place was clean as a whistle. Employee was professional and attentive even though she was short staffed due to the weather. Never been here but will go out of my way to support this business because of her. Visit was on 1/14/19. I hope her boss sees this and gives her what she deserves. My parents have been going to this Pizza Hut for 19 years, I have been for about 6 years. If not longer, normally service is pretty okay. Not a problem, until this time. We ordered 3 pizzas, meats, cheese, and pepperoni. Two orders of wings, and cinnamon rolls. In all our total was about $80. No big deal, this is about normal for us. All for delivery. We waited about an hour, nothing. Waited another hour. Nothing. One more hour, still nothing. We called the store and asked if we could just pick it up, "Sure! We haven't made it yet, 20 mins! " My first thing I was already pretty upset after waiting three hours and it still wasn't made. Not only were all the pizzas burnt, and the cinnamon rolls, we were still charged the delivery fee, and they kept the tip. The manager was rude, and yelling at me. A couple of our friends heard and have already said they won't be going back. That's some pretty regular business between the large group of us. Never again. read more

When I opened our two pizza boxes, I could see that they hadn't been handled with care. They appeared to have been dropped. When I called to complain, I was told they would make new pizzas, but I had to return the other two. I didn't care about that, I was irritated with no apologies being offered and I was going to have to wait another 30/45 min. I told them I would never do business with them again, and I wanted to speak with the manager. The manager was very rude and wouldn't let me speak. She said, she was too busy and didn't have time to deal with me. I told her she was being rude and she told me I was being nasty. But you have a blessed day! She hung up! I called back, told them I wanted them not to make me another two pizzas and to just pick up their food. I wanted a credit/refund and when can I expect that. The manager also wouldn't give me her name. But again told me she hopes that I do something productive with the rest of my day and hopes I find Jesus! I phoned their corporate customer service hotline and reported her. As a Christian I was deeply offended by her comments. I felt like she was using my saviors name in vain and using it to try and hurt me. This is a business and a member of management for this company is using religion to be combative with a customer. The customer rep agreed and said, she could see why I got so upset. That manager displayed a great deal of poor customer service and no way should she be a representative let alone a manager! Food is great.. when you order carryout. I've tried delivery multiple times and if it's not cold pizza, or an extremely long wait, then you're missing an item or in my case 2 items! Try to be more careful before leaving with an order. Triple check if needed! I had to wait another 45 mins before i got my breadsticks and wings. read more

We ordered pizza at 5:58 p.m. and the tracker said it would be here in 45 to 55 minutes. An hour later it still wasn't here. We called to ask where our pizza was because the tracker said it was being delivered at 6:48. The girl answered the phone said our pizza would be here in about 15 minutes and that was at 7:00ish. Then around 7:30 our pizza still wasn't here. So we called back and they said our pizza would be here shortly that it was already out for delivery. So 7:45 came our pizza was still not here so we called them back they offered to give us a partial refund even though we spent $65 and left the driver and $8 tip. They told us our pizza would be here within the next 15 minutes again or they would give us a full refund. Then a rude young lady called me from Pizza hut at 7: 55 and told me my pizza just came out of the oven, and asked me if I still wanted my order. I tried to explain to her that I was sick and unable to speak on the phone and I would have get my husband to talk to her then she hung up on me. My pizza showed up about 10 minutes after that and it was cold. Not just a little cold but it was also soggy from sitting in the hot hold while it was hot and steaming hitting the cardboard box and bouncing back onto itself making every piece of dough wet and soggy. I have four kids here I am sick and my husband is at work. This was the worst Pizza hut experience I have ever had in my life. What made it worse was the girl lied to me and told me my pizza just came out of the oven. If my pizza just came out of the oven why is it soggy and not hot when it gets here. $65 is crazy for some hour late Pizza. Can you imagine for elementary school kids waiting 2 hours for pizza while their mother is sick. The customer service was horrible, nobody deserves to be hung up on or asked if they still want their order after they've been waiting for nearly 2 hours and lied to. This was at the Raytown Missouri location off of East 67th Street. it literally only takes 8 to 10 minutes to cook a pizza. if they knew that my order had been sitting in the hot hold for over an hour they should have refired me a pizza and brought me brand new pizza. They did not even care to make it up to me, it was easier for them to call me and ask me if I still wanted an order that had been sitting there for 2 hours and lie about it just coming out of the oven.if you're going to charge people $65 for some pizza at least have it be hot when it shows up. After 5-6 calls back and forth, we got a refund but now it's 8:30... And we have no choice but to eat soggy pizza or ramen. I received he poorest customer service I have ever gotten in my life. I placed an order through customer service and provided my card information. The rep told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I then called back after 30 minutes and no pizza and was told that it was 35 minutes not 30. The delivery driver finally showed up and told me that I had a cash payment. I corrected her. She insisted I was wrong, huffing and puffing as if she was annoyed by me! I told her you have very poor customer service and proceeded to call customer service to find out what the issue was. She was on the phone with her store supervisor and they advised for her to drive off without delivering my pizza! I called customer service back AGAIN and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor got on the line and very rudely and nonchalantly said he could give me a 15.00 discount but cant deliver to me anymore! This Pizza Hut is delivery and carryout only -- there's no dine-in option. The few times I have ordered pizza from this location, the order has been correct and the food has been hot, but the quality of the pizza is less than desirable. Their ability to distribute sauce and toppings is very poor... a five-year-old would likely do a better job. The employees clearly have no regard for quality. At least the delivery drivers are nice. read more
