Delicious! Well worth the drive from KC. Our server was super hospitable, and had great recommendations. The restaurant was pretty clean, but not fancy.

We ordered the combination plate appetizer, which combined Toasted provolone, toasted beef ravioli, bruschetta and garlic arrosto... it says it's for two or more people, but I definitely think two would be the maximum. Everything on there was very good. Having not been here before I wasn't sure what to order or what their specialties were, but the server made some recommendations and I went with the posture, Trio, Italiano. It combines their white sauce on some fettuccine as well as red sauce on manicotti and spaghetti. I particularly loved having both sauces because I like to mix them together. The flavors were wonderful. Surprisingly you get a complementary piece of their cake at the end of your meal. It was delicious and not too heavy. The portions are generous, so there was a lot of food to eat.

Attended the Sunday Champagne Brunch today. Great service and not too busy today. Yay! The place is beautiful! I did easily make a reservation (recommend). The buffet comes with fruit juice variety, champagne, or mimosas, mixed and matched as you like. You also get the food on the buffet, a small fruit plate per person, and a variety of meats that are brought to your table. Dessert was rum cake and/or pecan pie. Well worth the price for the amount of food you receive. My favorite highlights were the Eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, tortellini pasta with shrimp, the meats, and the juice varieties. The rest of the food was good too! Overall highly recommend. I would definitely do it again! It was the perfect brunch I needed.

This classic Italian spot is a staple. I came in for lunch and was not disappointed. Friendly service, solidly good food, specials, full bar and patio area makes this restaurant a timeless classic. The lunch buffet is hearty with salad, several pasta dishes, garlic bread and dessert. The menu offers gluten free and pescatarian options. I attended a lunch event and the private dining area downstairs can easily hold 50 plus people. Tip: they have a great happy hour and weekday dinner specials and half off full bottles of wine. It's still a great spot to celebrate special occasions.

Went here for a brunch buffet, and I think it was both a hit and miss kind of spot. It was hella packed and this place smells old and looks like it too, it's dark and kinda like Italian place you would see in the movies. I love the juice options and mimosa here. I wish had the buffet got more options, but it felt short. It had some of the major items like eggs, bacon, sausage, a pasta dish, fish, broccoli, and egg benedicts. Most of it was either salty or unseasoned. It's not bad if you live near the area and want to eat. It's like $28 a person for the buffet. I like the shrimp tortellini, teriyaki salmon and the breakfast potatoes. Egg benedicts was cold and yuck. Scramble egg was good. I wouldn't suggest to eat the roast beef, brunt ends, or ham when they give you on a plate on the table, it tasted weird, hard to chew, and too fatty. Maybe lunch or dinner would be better for a next visit.

V's is a long time favorite for our family. The buffet is always great. We came in after the Chiefs win on Sunday!! The service was good, but our waiter seemed to be super busy, so our meal came out a little colder than I would like. The appetizer and salad were proper temperature.

This was our first time dining here and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! So damn good! The best Italian food I've ever had. So many positive things I could say but you just experience this treasure for yourself. The food was amazing. The service was incredible. Very friendly and helpful staff. The ambiance was fantastic. We felt like we stepped back in time. Warm, cozy and very inviting. We will be back for sure.

Toasted Italian Bread with cream cheese and roasted garlic! Yummy!

Sadly, the overall visit was very disappointing. House salad was great, Sicilian garlic dip was great. Beef spiedini tasted charred and was overcooked enough to be dry. The amogio tasted imbalanced and was finished with a soggy wad of parsley. My side of Capelli D'Angelo was actually great. My wife's Chicken Spiedini Garozzo was also overcooked. The 2 end pieces were dry and crusty. Before tonight I've never had a bad meal at Garozzo's. We know the recipes are great. The execution was the problem. To make matters much worse, our waitress was not good. Would disappear for a 10+ minutes at a time. We saw the neighboring table's waiter over twice as often. She started off our visit by bluntly interrupting my wife while she was talking to me. She took away my Old Fashioned without confirming I was done. I wasn't. Usually the service and the food are fantastic, so tonight was a surprise and a disappointment.

When we arrived, the Matre'd welcomed us, asked if we had a reservation, and offered to seat us. Although we usually prefer the bar, it was full. Sensing our preference, he said watch this and arranged with the guests so we could still enjoy our usual spot. His thoughtful gesture made us feel right at home. Choosing a dish is the hardest part. I ordered an Italian beer. Normally a Peroni, but tonight it was a Moretti. The house salad is simple and fresh. Italian dressing with blue cheese crumbles certainly hits the spot and is perfect for the main course. Tonight, I went with one of my favorites, Cavatelli Catania, and it is perfect. So hot that when you turn the pasta over, the steam rolls out. Just the way I like it. Extra cheese on top, and you are good to go. Not only now, but there is so much there is enough to take away and have another meal. I almost hate to comment on Salvatore's because more people will be coming there, and I won't be able to sit at the bar for dinner, a drink, and fun conversation. They take such good care of me; I have to take care of them. Capeesh?

Let me tell you about my experience today at the Blue Springs, MO location. It was as disappointing as ordering a pizza and only getting the box. Honestly, I might have preferred that. First, the pizza itself. It barely had any pepperoni or cheese on it. I've seen crackers with more toppings. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Kayla, the manager on duty. Unfortunately, Kayla seemed more interested in laughing and chatting with her coworkers than actually helping me. When I brought up the lack of toppings, my ongoing frustration with this location's consistent issues, and the fact that I had told my husband we shouldn't order from here because well the pizza is always disappointing. Kayla seemed to find the whole situation amusing. Spoiler: it wasn't. She offered no solutions--no refund, no credit. Instead, she pointed out that since I had given my 3-year-old the smallest piece of pizza to calm a meltdown, where she was screaming "I love messed up pizza," when I was trying to explain it needed to go back... I wasn't eligible for anything. When I asked for the corporate number to escalate the issue, she claimed she didn't know it and wasn't motivated to find it. She eventually mentioned it was online but admitted she wouldn't even know where to direct me. The only real help Kayla gave me during the entire call was spelling her name correctly. That's it. Beyond that, she sarcastically offered to remake the pizza, adding that she didn't know how many times she'd have to remake it since I "clearly don't like the way they make pizza, their crust, or their toppings." Not exactly the customer service experience I was hoping for. At this point, I'm not picky--I'm just looking for someone, anyone, from Pizza Hut to step in and Make Apizza Great Again. Please let me know how we can resolve this. And maybe consider a refresher course in customer service for Kayla--because sarcasm and dismissal shouldn't be part of a manager's skillset. There are two other Blue Springs Pizza Huts that have both provided pretty consistent and excellent service. It's this location that consistently disappoints. Thanks, Jen

Ambiance was cool - it was low light, lots of wood and interesting architecture. Definitely felt "old school" in a good way. Not what we were expecting from the outside which is not particularly unique as far as the build out. We waited at the host stand for a bit but it was clear every worker was in the middle of a task (we saw a very large party and it seemed like food for every table was Just coming out). One thing I really admired was that every employee that walked by (running to a table with a tray of food, turning a ticket in, etc.) made eye contact with us and acknowledged our presence and apologetically said, "We will be right with you!" We didn't wait long at all and we didn't care even if we did, but I just thought that was so kind compared to some joints where employees who are busy just pretend you are not there. We were met with kindness at the door and that meant more to me than the great service and great food. The rolls are SO good and they come out warm. I had the Murphy which was very flavorful and on the spicy side, while my fiance had chicken Alfredo. We both left full and happy! We will definitely return!
