Efficient and fast. It's purely takeout so the inside doesn't have the nostalgic vibes of a standard Pizza Hut location. But it's a useful stop when you're on a road trip. My Father was laid to rest yesterday , My Father is a retired Police Officer and the Sheriffs department were the pallbearers providing escort to the national cemetery from Walterboro SC. To Beaufort . Today I ordered over $100.00 of Pizza Hut food and drinks at about 1 pm 03/30/21 To be delivered at 3 pm to the Jasper County Sheriff and staff to be delivered. The Sheriffs office is roughly 1 mile away from the Ridgeland, SC. Pizza Hut.at 231 pm I received a call with nothing but Pizza Hut promo audio. I called the office Back who explained they were short staff and could not deliver the meal until 5 pm, I explained to them this is not acceptable ... I spoke with Management who would not reveal the Franchisee name, and after speaking to managers they said they would immediately contact the District manager and that I would be contacted by the same , I received no call back..., being close now to 3 pm , I called the store back to check on the status of the online order for 3pm. I was hung up on once , I was called rude (I was direct and not rude) I was humiliated and went into an internal spiral triggering a bad PTSD episode, anxiety and panic attacks /depression. They refused to fix their .... hUGE mistake, there was no accountability... shocking for a food chain Franchise that I supported for most of my life as a patron , devastating ... I cancelled the order which I asked the Sheriff and staff to enjoy a meal and drinks I appreciation for recognizing my DEAD FATHER who was a 80 year old lifetime patron of Pizza Hut . I encourage all to not patronize a franchisee of the Pizza Hut in Ridge land , SC. Turning their backs on the badge . I've owned and managed businesses , I supervised and managed businesses , I learned the failure is not on the bottom that if there is a failure at the bottom , it leads to the top of the ladder , so this goes beyond Franchisees, but to the president and or owner of Pizza Hut . At this time I vow to run this poor business out of business and buy them out , only employing those who will give too quality business , top quality , I have a lifetime to achieve this and when I set a goal especially with nothing but time in my side, integrity and diligence . I will shut your doors down ... Mark my word . They offered to deliver the Pizzas at 530 pm I ended up canceling and give me a 20$ credit to my next ... LOL order... I hate to leave a low review for anyone but Pizza Hut Ridgeland has earned it. They rarely have drivers. Our orders are usually wrong or missing items. The staff is friendly when you do a pickup order but the pizza is subpar, at best. If you do try it, I strongly recommend that you have an abundance of paper towels to sop up all of the grease from top and bottom. My recommendation, venture out of town for a good pizza. read more

I have never been so frustrated with ANY type of delivery service as much as I am with this Pizza Hut! We placed an on-line order for delivery at about 645 pm. I never received a phone call but by 830 I tried to call them multiple times but ended up in an endless loop of them telling me how important I was to them. It took 3 phone calls and 20-25 minutes before I was able to reach a live person. I asked to check on the status of my order and was told the order was CANCELED due to they were not sending out any more deliveries for the night. I was told they tried to call me 3 times but I never received ANY missed calls. To top it off my sister drove over while I was waiting on hold forever and she was told WE called to cancel the delivery. (Are you kidding me!) Is it to much to expect integrity and someone caring enough about their job to follow through? I WILL NOT be using this establishment ever again. Good quality for the price. Placed and order here tonight and the website as well as yelp says it is open till 12AM EST. However after I ordered one of the workers called and stated it closed at 11 and my wings couldn't be cooked, completely understandable I switched to a calzone. By far this was the worst pizza we ever had!!! The guy taking our delivery order sounded like he was stoned out of his mind and Pizza Hut was the last place he wanted to be. The one thing that happened right was the time on delivery. So, the delivery guy came to our door with the pizza bag sideways not flat . He gave us pizza and told us to "have a blessed day". The "larger" (looked more like a small) pizza, which we paid $23 plus tip was very, very very under cooked and the topping where ever where and it tasted like the box it came in on !!!!! So...I guess that's why they made the 30 min delivery time. Needless to say this will not be a stop for us EVER! read more

It was Pizza Hut. Nothing special, nothing bad, nothing to write home about and nothing really note worthy. I am amused however by the "pretzel crust" that is very obviously just their normal crust brushed with butter and sprinkled with salt. The server was nice though. read more

The workers there are kind, there service is great, the food tastes delicious, but I would only recommend a change of location.

Whether it's a day at home or a night out, Pizza Hut never fails to leave a customer with full and satisfied. It would be nice to have deliveries farther out rather than getting pick-up since this is the only pizza place in sight for a while. read more
