We waited almost 2 hours on our food...Time kept going up and up and food was never delivered. Delivery driver number that we recieved never answered phone as well as we couldn't get in touch with anyone at the store. Robertsdale Pizza Hut is a fucking joke. The gm is a joke. They run the restaurant with food temperatures above what they should be. The hot water went out and they still washed the dishes with cold water (which didn't clean them) the gm will change the schedule without informing employees. She won't work past 8 pm. She pushes employees to be trained to be managers then bitches at things they do wrong because they're not trained adequately. The only time she actually works on the line is when her boss is there. The rest of the time she sits on her ass eating pizza. The dough is frozen and it will get left out for long periods of time then re frozen then thawed several times. They don't fire employees that do meth on the clock. The gm will have her boyfriend and employees order food online and discount the total down to zero so they can leave good online reviews because their reviews are garbage. (For good reason) which is actually illegal. There were employees stealing product so they changed the locks then brought those employees back in. (Same ones doing meth) the gm will cut employees hours to make them quit. Tell everyone in the store that's what she's doing. Nothing in that store runs the right way for more than a week the store is gross and a health/fire hazard employees pick at the make table there is only two employees that actually wash their hands before touching the food that are supposed to touch the food. The gm shows favoritism to the employee that's doing the most for her at the moment then contradicts herself because she's so absent minded. I have been using this place for about fifteen years and I always order the meat lovers hand toss and I can say without a doubt that the toppings is getting lighter and lighter. If I had paid the full price I would be highly disappointed but since I got it for twelve dollars I won't complain but this is to warn everyone that if you are going to buy one make sure you get a discount for paying eighteen dollars is way too much. read more

the general manager, Dallas Hardy, is one of the most unqualified and unprofessional people you'll ever meet. as a former employee, i can say with confidence that he does not utilize FIFO, leading to many expired products being served to customers. cut my hours without giving me an apology or letting me know. the sauces go up to a month without being changed out, he prepares food without washing his hands or sanitizing the prep areas, and refused to close down the store when our oven had a GAS LEAK which was detrimental to both customers and employees alike. when i asked for the district manager's phone number to inform him how the store is being ran, he not only refused to give me his number but also fired me. even though the store is VERY small and even a monkey could manage it, he's proven he can't handle even a simple task like ordering more Pepsi products. don't waste your time. read more

I ordered my food, was promised a certain time... I give 10-15 extra minutes because you never know what could happen! Well 25 minutes after my promised time I got my order. Pizza was COLD!! I also ordered Chicken Alfredo that comes with breadsticks. I guess they didn't think I would notice the cinnamon bread they gave me that they just added garlic salt to but I did!! I just wanted to give a shout out to the Robertsdale AL locations manager, Julie. I had a problem with getting my pizza extra crispy and she told me how to fix it by putting cook 1&1/2 times instead of putting extra crispy. Julie was extremely helpful and professional about it. Don't EVER expect for your order to he correct. They're likely to give the wrong type of crust and toppings. The cheese sticks are often devoid of any cheese. Half of the time, the pizzas are a little undercooked. Fortunately they have a drive through. read more

This is a pretty rough pizza hut. Today it took an hour and 20 minutes for the pizza to travel a 5 or 10 minutes drive, and on top of that the driver forgot the pepsi.. He did however apologize, and perhaps there was a legitimate reason for the delay, but it was still an inconvenience. earlier last year I had to return a pizza twice because there was literally no sauce on one, and maybe one spoonful on the other. The third pizza was still fairly "dry" but the girl on the phone was cool and gave me a 20$ credit for being cool about the whole thing. The employees are pretty cool, the service just kind of sucks to be honest. I would order from here only because there is not another pizza hut nearby. read more

Been getting delivery for past year now all of a sudden there delivery route has shrunk. So disappointing. Sounds like laziness.

I had ordered a pizza from home. Went in the pick it up because I was out of the delivery area. When I got there, I waited my turn in line to pick up my pizza, yet when it was finally my turn, another customer arriving after me was known by the counter person was serviced ahead of me. When I pointed this out, I was told that this person had already paid. This counter person did not know how or when I ordered or whether I had paid or not. This was rude of the customer to inquire knowing I was ahead of him but more importantly was the fact that the counter person knew I had been standing in line, but did not care. I left the store as my anger was building. I phoned and asked to speak to a manager, the lady that answered indicated that she was a manager and when I explained, she obviously did not care nor did she offer any solution, she obviously had no financial stake in the business which is typical in these types of franchises. I will never return to this business and I had been a long time customer of pizza hut in multiple states. Business that actively practice in these poor business practices and the total discriminatory customer service practices such as Pizza Hut should be avoided by all. read more
